I was skeptical about trying this product because you get so many fake manufactured out there they claims their products are good. But since using this product my energy level has increased and am able to sleep though the night. My hair has changed slightly and there is less breakage.
I did not sign up for an auto refill subscription I wanted to try the product And then decide afterwards So why do I get all these emails welcoming me to the auto refill program? It's very upsetting! I haven't even received the product and already I'm upset!
I received my order and started 5 days ago and I can definitely feel the difference. I know it takes a few weeks to see it but you can definitely feel it. I wake up and take 2 tbs first thing in the morning as is, its delicious! The customer service has been superb as well. Ordering was ez and I had a question sent via email and was responded to the SAME DAY by a real person. 100 / 10 all around for Spoiled Child!
I got completely blindfolded by their "try for free" promo. Guess what - it's not for free. It's ridiculously overpriced for a product that's not working at all.
Now when I wanted to return it, the link they provided didn't work. I sent multiple messages to their support but no one responded. I ended up being charged full price for the product I had every intention to return.
I'm pretty sure it's not just bad customer service but consumer rights violations and fraud.

I have just started using there scalp serum for hair regrowth and I believe it is working well. I signed up for the automatic renewals to continue using this product. I was unaware that the replacement capsules go into the first spray container that you receive, so I threw the whole thing away before receiving my replacement. They were super understanding and accommodating to my needs with a replacement, and quick with response! Very pleased with my experience with Spoiled Child so far!

Don't waste money here... getting help only via email or sms is not ok. It takes more than 24-48 hours for response. If they read the entirety of the email and answer ALL of your questions, this would be acceptable. Problem is you have to write the email, wait for a response, and then only get part of your email answered. Then you have to wait another 24-48 hours to get the remainder of your questions answered. Absolutely a waste of my time. I was really starting to like their products, but they have completely turned me off.
Tip for consumers:
Find something similar by doing research and making sure you can speak to a live human if you have any issues. Not having a phone number makes it seem like a scam..

The customer service is non existent. As you'll see on other reviews you can't contact them for immediate response, you complain and get a $100 gift certificate for something you don't even want. They reply "I'm gutted." Is this a ten year old running the company?

I went for the hair park and face lotion and the face JUNK broke me out horribly! They got $110.00 out of my acoustic t for crappy product. They also do not have a customer service phone number. Buyer beware!

I ordered the hair scalp spray gold, my head itches and hair broke off, the collagen mango made me itch all over my body every time I took it I was miserable, the face moisturizer broke me out I have never had acne ever in my entire life I can't believe this stuff my Dr where I work at the hospital said stop using immediately it was bad for my system.so disappointed. And a waste of money.

I hope ppl check reviews before buying. Unfortunately, I didn't check. They started the bottle for free and the charge will be only $9 for shipping. However, they pulled $90 from my account right away! This is ridiculous. They can't sell their products and hence decided to rip ppl off by scamming - overcharging.
Now I have to deal with the bank so they charge me again! Be careful guys with these scammers!

What's with all these online only business that refuse to refund you your money even if you contact them immediately and the product hasn't been shipped out.
I am Canadian and I ordered their "free" bottle you just have to pay the shipping! And then guess what you have to return it after 30 days or you get charged.
So when I got my PayPal receipt saying with exchange it would cost me $80! Plus the $14 I go charged for shipping. I realised I would never be able to afford $80 for one bottle of hair product! I contacted the company and they refused to cancel my order and refund my money.
So now I am paying $14 to try their product for 30 days...

I wish I had read the reviews for this product before purchasing. I got about 12 uses from the canister; not 30-60. I feel ripped off. I'm almost to the point of not wanting to purchase anything I see advertised on the internet.

The liquid and powder collagen supplements are really amazing! The liquid one tastes especially good and I look forward to drinking it every day. I have noticed a huge improvement in my skin from a natural glow forming to my acne disappearing. I have also noticed my hairline is growing in for the first time in years. They also have some of the best service, like sending a personal thank you from a staff member after ordering, a thank you and discounts for leaving honest feedback, and adding a free product to every order.
The bad reviews seem to be fake. I can't imagine that many (over 100) customers being so unhappy with the products and service. Granted, I haven't tried any products other than the two collagen products, but can imagine they are also very high-quality.

Be weary of competing collagen brands leaving fake bad reviews in order to hurt this business. It's high-quality and I'll continue to buy it for my family and recommend it!

I signed up for the try before you buy trial, which I was immediately charged for. They did refund the payment in about 5 days. I tried the product and DID NOT like it at all. It made my hair extremely oily, so I went the their website and initiated a return of the item so I wouldn't be charged. I got an email stating there would be no further charges. I wake up today & I have been charged for the awful product! Do not fall for this scam!

My experience went well. I answered the questions and then I was given a product that would work for me. When it came to making a payment, that's when I got confused. Offers to add other items started popping up! How am I supposed to know which ones are right for me?! Anyways, just got skip and paid for what I ordered no add ons. It would be nice to get free samples after a purchase on the items offered to add to order.

Everything was so simple and laid out. If I had no idea what I needed or curious about what else I could benefit from I could always take the quiz for both hair or skin, which is awesome! They gave me plenty of options and I'm waiting for my liquid collagen to come and I'm so excited!

Product took forever to arrive. Once it did arrive, I immediately put it in the refrigerator as suggested. Started using next day and REALLY like the taste straight from the bottle. Unfortunately, after taking the daily RECOMMENDED dose I ran out more than a week before my next auto ship. There is no option to purchase sooner. I'd love to stick with this to see if I achieve expected results BUT I won't get expected results if I can not consume daily. I also had difficulty logging into my account. I did receive assistance from customer support about 48 hours later with a link to track my shipment. As of today I'm almost two weeks without my next refill…. And using another brand. Cancelling my auto ship.

I've had a wonderful experience with Spoiledchild. Their products have completely transformed my hair and skin! I am on my third month of refills and extremely happy! I've never had ANY trouble reaching customer service or had ANY unauthorized charges from them. Spoiledchild products are lovely! Especially the liquid collagen!

Your products came with good reviews and heard you offered a trial. I attempted to try out your services, took the survey and went to order the trial. Before I could complete my order, you charged my card $112.19 and the "$5" trial. I'm disappointed that you falsely advertised test trial products. I have talked to customer service and I was Leary about how quickly I'd get a response since it's through email, but the communication was fast and answered my questions. Not only does this product NOT do anything what so ever for your hair they keep charging your credit card. I haven't ordered anything else because their product is garbage but I just got another $60 charge for absolutely nothing... I would NOT even bother with this product. Infact they should be charged with theft for charging peoples cards just because they want to. I will be contacting the appropriate authorities until I receive all funds they have stolen from my card.

Being asked to write a review about my experience with SpoiledChild before I receive the product was a bit odd to me, but here we are. The ordering process was simple enough, like most online stores they have it set up as foolproof, they want you to spend money with them so they ensure all goes well in that area. I was able to get what I needed. I thought the products were a bit high in price but again I have not tried them yet to determine if they are worth the nearly $160 I spent. We shall see. I am giving a 4 star rating based on shopping experience and the request for a review without trying the product.

I've been using my spoiled child hair serum for about two months now, and I love it. I have fine blonde hair, and with previous serums, they weighed me down and made my hair look greasy. Not the case with this one at all! I can put it on shortly after I take a shower and have no problem going to work because it sinks in so seamlessly. I definitely see new growth already, too.
I also had an issue where my pump stopped working. After a few days of trying to fix it, I emailed customer service and the representative gave me a few suggestions for how to get it working again. I let her know that unfortunately it still wasn't working and she has already sent out a replacement so that I will have it within a few days. Amazing!

Fantastic customer service. Very very quick to respond explaining everything and how to use the product. I have very long curly hair so it took about two of the hair masks so about four weeks to really see the most amazing difference in my hair. I have now signed up for the one month option and I'm happy I did because if I have any issues this company and the customer support in Melissa you are fantastic.
