I was skeptical about trying this product because you get so many fake manufactured out there they claims their products are good. But since using this product my energy level has increased and am able to sleep though the night. My hair has changed slightly and there is less breakage.
I did not sign up for an auto refill subscription I wanted to try the product And then decide afterwards So why do I get all these emails welcoming me to the auto refill program? It's very upsetting! I haven't even received the product and already I'm upset!
I feel like more of my hair falls out when using this product I thought it was just me until I tried a different product and less hair fell out. I am half black and half white. So my hair is frizzy and kinky. I don't think this product is good for hair like that. It makes it soft but my goal is to help my hair grow and keep it from breaking. I blow dry my hair a when I use the spray for hair roots it makes my hair roots poof out to much. Massaging it in tangles my hair and my grandmother who does my hair has had to pull out knots. All in all not for curly unmanageable hair.

First off make sure you check to see if you sign up for a 60 or 90 day trial. I agreed to try the hair product for 90 days and at the 60 day mark my card was charged. I reached out to cancel/return the product because I did not see a result. And was told my 60 day window closed 3 days ago. They advertise try for 90 day but then charge you at the 60 days mark.
They will not refund me because I missed my window of 60 days (that I did not know about) by 3 days! Wish they'd do what they guarantee! Sad that this happens to people and that this happened to me! Very disappointing! Bad business! Bad customer service!

If you see zero results make sure you cancel at the 59 day mark otherwise what you think is a 90 day trial is NOT-false advertising - and you will get charged.

I bought the "$5 shipping fee and the free sample" deal, they immediately charged me $117, and then 2 weeks later they charged me again $112 without me buying anything, I logged in the official website and couldn't delete my card, I tried to change it to a card without funds and this happened (look at the picture).

I love the liquid collegen. My hair, skin and nails are healthier. I got it for my hair and its growing back thicker and stronger. I also noticed that my arthritis doesn't bother me as bad and my stomach isn't bloated all the time. I've been using it 2 months and ordered a subscription! Customer service is a little slow, you have to stay on top of your order.
This company is total $#*!! I ordered my product over a month ago and it never shipped. I contacted them and they said they would replace for free. I received the box today and it was empty. I've purchased the liquid collagen and the hair gummies and have used it for 6+ months with no evidence of change. I feel like it's placebo vitamins lol. They did nothing for me. The collagen didn't either. I look the same.

I bought two hoping it will last two months. However One bottle only takes you for a week. They said it takes three months to see results, that means you have to spend almost $1000 to find out if it works for you or not.

I had ordered Spoiled Child hair products off an IL Makiage foundation order, and ended up returning them all, both makeup and hair products. I sent back everything, and ended up being charged for the hair care products, which made my scalp itch fiercely! Customer service is atrocious! Deeply disappointed in this company. Just save your money and time and go with a different company!

At checkout after i had put my card details, the response was that my card number does not exist. I was just about to call my bank to cancel before i got an email confirmation. You need to check it out and correct that error for future transactions

I ordered multiple different bottles and every single one had the spray nozzle break on it, so it essentially was a waste of money. There was no way to get the liquid out to put in a different container
Customer service provided me with a new bottle but that bottle also didn’t work.

When I got the stuff for my hair it was not much in the tub they give you. I immediately canceled and they still were taken 135 off my credit card.
I called x4 and just today they once again took a other $135CA off my card. They said it was ca canceled but obviously they don't know what they're doing.
The hair cream comes in the tub but when you open it up. There's another smaller version inside so it looks like you're getting way more and reality or not. I didn't find any Different When I used it. Just be careful when I'm getting subscriptions and nothing is free.! Not worth Is the money or the hassle. They just take whatever they want when they want. Keep in mind they been doing this since March! Taken money from my account sometime 4 times a month as you can see.

You can look anywhere you want and you will not be able to do so you have to contact them which there is no phone number therefore have to send them. An email they will tell you. It is canceled but it will not be canceled and they will continue to take money off your account. So what I had to do Was canceled my Credit. Card? And let them No of fraud activity.. they still asking me to update my card . BeWARE!

I was charged for a full product before letting me try it. Abigail is who I was corresponding with & was ABSOLUTELY no help. She pretty much blew me off. I wanted the order canceled but it wasn't. The order had not even shipped yet. I am so angry and want nothing from this company! Be wary of all purchases from this company!

So this site offered a free trial period. And before they even sent out the product tried charging my card over $200. After that didn't go through, (thank god) they canceled my order. Some free trial!

SpoiledChild ads everywhere. Thought I'd give it a try for the "trial" which charges $10. If you decide to keep the product after use, then there will be a $49 charge on top of that as well as the $9 shipping and handling fee.
It's been over a month and I have not yet received my product. They offered an auto-refill option for extra goodies, but I had canceled this and it had automatically charged me the full $65 for everything even though I had not yet used or received the trial product. Terrible user experience. Terrible business model that is borderline scamming and this product better work if I'm paying $65 for it!

To counter those negatieve reviews: I love the Hair Mask and Scalp Serum. My hair is shinier, softer feeling, and has a bit more body than in years. The free brush is great and use it after the Scalp Serum as a massage. I will continue to use these products as I can manage the auto-ship dates. I'm 71 and like having my hair as healthy as it's always been. I kept the Liquid Collagen and don't expect a refund, but canceled auto ship on that. I'm waiting to make sure it is really canceled and not the others, thus the 4 vs 5 stars.
This company offers products with a free 14 day trial. My credit card was charged in 4 hours the same day of my purchase of $130.00.
The company also automatically signs you up for refills for every two months. Two months after my unwanted purchase my card was charged $86.00 dollars. I have never used this product I did not sign up for any type of refill. The company also charged my credit card and I didn't even receive the product yet. How can I return a product I didn't even get yet. Please don't ever use this company you will lose a lot of money before the problem is corrected. I don't ever write on review websites but today will be the first. This company is fraudulent and needs to be taken down off social media. False advertisement.

This company feeds off robbing consumers. They make it impossible to get in contact with them…any company not willing to give a phone number is a huge red flag. 30 seconds after ordering, I emailed them to cancel the order. They responded saying that "their system is so quick and are unable to cancel orders" ABSOLUTE LIE. The prices are not shown in USD and though this may be my fault for not researching before hand, but my Apple Pay acknowledged my face authentication and that's when it popped up in USD and it went through before I had the chance to move and not place the order. After viewing other reviews I now see it is going to be very likely that I won't receive a refund, and potentially won't even receive the product. This company needs to be stopped and I hope someone out there who's been wronged by them is able to with a lawsuit against them.

I love makeup and skincare products. I must say this product is really amazing. I buy all kinds of stuff, and nothing ever really works you know. But this stuff actually works. It's great stuff and the customer service is actually fantastic.
Don't even click on a "fee" trial. They take over $100 anyway and without u knowing it have u subscribed. They also make it impossible for u to cancel. The say because of how fast the orders go out they r unable to cancel.

Oh my goodness! The apple cider vinegar gummies taste great! They are far best dietary supplement gummies that I have had. I've already ordered another jar before my next auto delivery, as my husband has also tried them. He likes that they have been helping with his gut issues. I got suckered into signing up for a trial but got charged for it. The customer service sucks. After I said that I wanted my money back they gave me a $100 credit. I used the credit and then they charged me again. I complained via email and they did reimburse me but they sent me more products that I don't want and now I'm keeping a watchful eye on my charges. This company is horrible and a scam. If you're having issues with your hair or skin find somebody else. It's a waste for these very expensive products.

The product seems ok IF you can ever get it. The rep that I conversed with on email ( it's impossible to find a ph#) got angry because I wanted a refund due to not receiving my order. I finally did, but refused my refund & blocked my emails. BAD SERVICE
