I was skeptical about trying this product because you get so many fake manufactured out there they claims their products are good. But since using this product my energy level has increased and am able to sleep though the night. My hair has changed slightly and there is less breakage.
I did not sign up for an auto refill subscription I wanted to try the product And then decide afterwards So why do I get all these emails welcoming me to the auto refill program? It's very upsetting! I haven't even received the product and already I'm upset!
Don't trust them there is not a number that you can call. I canceled a week after the trial because it was a regular size bottle alright but practically empty. I canceled on their web site a week later and they still charged me. There is no number to call and you don't get a response back to know they received your cancelation. I found a product that uses African olives that is money back guaranteed after six months and they have a number so you can talk to a live person.

Saw their as on Facebook was checking it out for the try before you buy them decided I did not want to proceed but they are still trying 2-3 times a day to charge my credit card when I check my account there is no orders being processed they are also not replying to emails about my concerns

When I first ordered from them they charged me twice for the same product. When I told them to cancel one order they told me the could not and just return the product. When I returned the unopened and unused product they said they can't refund me my over $100 but would give me a $50 voucher for their product, which I don't want. There is no customer service number. Customer service is not helpful. The product is okay.

They took my money but I never received the product. I asked to be refunded and to cancel services, they finally got back to me and said they would cancel my subscription. Never even brought up the return. They're the biggest scam and don't even deserve one star. There is no number you can call. Just email. Don't sign up with them.

Do not like the idea of automatically putting auto refill on my recent first order. I like making my own choices and not having it automatically done for me. Had a few major problems with auto refill with other companies in the past and it became a real headache and not something I care to repeat.

I bought this products try it for free deal and kept it back in december of 2022, i paid a fee of 168 dollars back then, which was steep but its was okay. I get another charge today, after i never subscribed to them, another charge of 168 dollars, im bugging out. They have no number to call and they never get back to you. I cant stress enough, do not get their products, not only does it not work as intended, they rip money out of your account, i even had changed my debit card and they still have their claws in my bank account.

All went well until I hit "place order"- then the "do you want this?" started "Or this?", or "how about this?" Over and over! Annoying upselling! If I hadn't already ordered, I might have stopped my order right there! Horrible business practice! Makes your company seem very shady.

Let me explain what happened -- a pre-authorization was placed on your card (as stated at check-out). Not to worry, this isn't a charge! Pre-authorization is a fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to guarantee the safety of certain transactions. A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and will not be transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product. We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). You will not be charged for the full price unless you keep the product(s). Sorry about the confusion.
It taste ok, much smaller then I expected considering how much I paid. I felt bloated most of them time. An it caused me to have acne. On overload, my face did not work well it. An I used it constantly as said per instructions. I didn't see much with my hair either. The hair mask was such a small container. Not enough for a girl with alot of hair. Also expected it to be bigger considering how much I paid for it.

Had to call & insist only ordered one bottle and insisted I ordered pineapple which they advertised! They insisted that was a sponsor not them they did not have that flavor. Ended up with same flavor from my previous order!

I started the day after I got home from an 8 day cruise. That day I was able to fast until dinner with no cravings or hunger pains. I have been using the product for two months and I am very happy with the results. My skin tone has evened out and the laugh lines on my cheeks are not as noticeable. My forehead lines are not as defined either. I recommended the product to a friend, so I am definitely a satisfied customer. I was also contacted by the company to check and see how the product was working for me and they even advised me that there was a money back guarantee. I see some negative reviews on here and I think everyone is different. What works for one person may not work for all. So my recommendation is try it and if does not work for you just do the money back guarantee.
I'm not impressed with the customer service. They placed a "hold" on my card and say the charge will fall off. It hasn't. Then I get this canned response of "don't worry, it's not a charge, it'll fall off", but it doesn't. I keep getting the same response, and have even seen it posted here to other reviewers.
They will charge you for the "free trial" and when you ask for your money back, they will say it's "not a charge" and will fall off. Don't fall for it! I will be calling my bank to get my money back (and a new card, because I don't trust them not to try to charge me again) and I am done. Horrible, horrible company.

Regardless if the product works it's a $50 product that takes more money quicker than you see results.
You can get $25 hair regrowth kits at box chain stores that have 3x the product for half the price.
Don't be fooled by social media that target you.

I had a bottle top break which prevented me from using the product correctly. I emailed the company and described what my situation was. Your response was to provide me a 50% off of an item, but my situation was not fixed.

I was looking at the products yesterday and started checking out and stopped to read reviews. I decided not to get the product after reading them. Today 05/02/2023 I get a notification my order is being prepared. I emailed them back and said I never ordered and to cancel. No response. This is fraudulent. I will be reporting to my credit card. I never hit submit on this order!

I do love the collagen, BUT when I needed to change my frequency of auto shipments there it gets ugly. I asked for it to go to every 6 weeks and it kept coming at 4 weeks. So then I asked for my money to be refunded and them to not ship it, they said they couldn't refund or stop the shipment, even though this was within 1 hour of the notice of them billing me. I've emailed back and forth with a rep for 2 days and all they say is click here and you can change your frequency. Then you click it and it says, we will send you an email to further your login, and I never get the email. It's a joke. I emailed back and explained this twice. I'm still trying to get my account shut down. It's a shame too, because I liked the product.

Their web site does not show that the prices are in U.S. and when I saw the charges on my credit card, I tried to cancel my order before it shipped and they refused. I can return the products and get my money back but not the shipping cost, even though I tried to cancel before the order was shipped.

I got my extra strength collagen super fast and they have been so awesome to check in on how it's going so far for me which I love! I got the mango flavor and love love it I have been putting it in my juice or just taking it straight and both are great! 10/10 recommend!

Don't be surprised by future Class Action Lawsuit. ADS claim FREE trial: they put you on subscription service & say they take you off- I had to manually report to bank! This company has multiple ads on Facebook and InstaGram claiming a FREE trial. Melissa won't let me return the product or give me my double charged cost. She CLAIMS it just FALLS off. They refuse to provide their business address. SCAM ALERT

Melissa changed the days of ability to return the FREE trial! It went from 60 days to 30 days as soon as I tried to print my return label. I asked for the business address, & refusal to provide it occurred.

I purchased this product and it seemed to be helping. However after about 10 days it quit spraying. I was told by Customer Service that I was not using it correctly and they proceeded to tell me how to use the product. I feel sure after using it for 10 days I did not suddenly forget what to do. Thought I would be paying only $5 for a free trial on 3 products. My 1st card got declined. I didn't know why. I had beforehand moved money out of my account just in case it wasn't $5 and I had to pay a little more than expected, so there was $10 left in my account. After my card got declined twice, I then used my AMEX card which also got declined and I got a fraud message from AMEX blocking a purchase of $162.56 from Spoiled Child! The short story being this site is a SCAM! DO NOT try to purchase ANY of their products!

1st I just looked up the site by answering the questions. My auto fill for some reason filled up payment options but I immediately canceled it. Well the next night, yes in the middle of the night 3am, my account was charged 70$ for something I never agreed to purchase. Impossible to contact them and can't seem to cancel anything even the auto refill. I'm certainly going to look into bring them to court. Scammers 100%
