I was skeptical about trying this product because you get so many fake manufactured out there they claims their products are good. But since using this product my energy level has increased and am able to sleep though the night. My hair has changed slightly and there is less breakage.
I did not sign up for an auto refill subscription I wanted to try the product And then decide afterwards So why do I get all these emails welcoming me to the auto refill program? It's very upsetting! I haven't even received the product and already I'm upset!
I tried contacting company but won't let me because I didn't purchase anything.
I was trying to place a order for "try before you buy"
Well I only have $20 dollars to my name till my next pay check and the second I hit submit I got a alert from my bank they decided a $104.95 charge "3 of them back to back"
So I then go to email them and it says it to long I could only use 200 characters so I try and shorten and figured I would send multiple back to back.
Well nope says I can email with out being a client or something I am not 100% on why I couldn't email them.
But this was going to be my email I copied & pasted it so I could send it in pieces

It is not a BUY BEFORE YOU TRY. Pay only Shipping. They took $163.00 I I l only authorized the $5.36. I immediately contacted my bank to dispute both transactions. I will be contacting the BBB about this.
Tip for consumers:
Don't be fooled by the BUY BEFORE YOU TRY AND THE CHEAP SHIPPING FEE.

Hi!
Let me explain what happened -- a pre-authorization was placed on your card (as stated at check-out). Not to worry, this isn't a charge! Pre-authorization is a fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to guarantee the safety of certain transactions. A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and will not be transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product. We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). You will not be charged for the full price unless you keep the product(s). Sorry about the confusion.
I never received the product. I couldn't call CS to see what may have happened, so I had to email. I contacted them on four different occasions and never received a response. I never received an email with an order number, never received information about the product being shipped with a tracking number. I had to file a complaint with PayPal, and they gave Spoiled Child 7 days to respond; they didn't respond to PayPal either, so they gave me my money back. I forgot I signed up for auto-refills, and now I am waiting to see if I receive this shipment so I can send it back and cancel this BS along with it. I do not want to do business with any company that does not answer emails or doesn't have a phone number for things like this. Very deceptive.

The purchasing process was easy to follow and it's nice to receive some gifts with my purchase, however, it may be beneficial to give gifts that everyone can enjoy. I was given a tinted lip plumper and a scrunchy, which are two things that some people, myself included, wouldn't really use. Looking forward to trying the product, though!
Hi Kevin - thanks so much for the review and for your feedback - we really do value your opinion and I'll be sure to pass it along to our product and packaging team.
The "pre-authorization" that they say you will get back? You never will. They take the money and then claim the authorization fell off "on their end". While on "my end" I can see I was charged. COMPLETE SCAM.
Tip for consumers:
They stole my money and will not return it.

I'm about to start my third bottle of the collagen. My hair is thicker and my nails are longer and stronger. I have recommended this products to friends and family members to improve their hair, nails and skin. I will use this product for the rest of my life. As we age, we loose the ability to produce enough collagen to keep us young looking. So using SpoilChild can help with that. A good diet also helps. I love the collagen and I truly love my results!
Results never get old!
I have tried this product was promised if it didn't work they would not charge me! Big surprise they keep sending me product and charging me! I can't get them to stop! I'm going to report this too my bank and block them!

Was willing to try the "try now pay later"…was told the charge would be $5.33 today…put in my card number and they hit my card for $93.43! Good thing it was a card I transfer just enough to to cover a charge…so now they get ZERO and a true review!

My products that's I've order were all wonderful! I ordered the extra strength liquid collagen, and the shine activator hair-mask. I received the hydrolock lip mask as well and may i just say everything is BOMB. The collagen is so delicious I never mix it I just eat it straight, and I have been seeing a difference in the firmness and overall glow of my skin and it is real! The hair mask is so potent and it smells wonderful, you can tell it is a high quality product. My favorite is hands down the hydro-lock lip mask. I used to use bedtime story by Mr.wu but this is perfect! It stay on all night, absorbs so well and makes your lips so juicy i love these products and i will be a regular customer from now on! They are expensive but it is worth it because the quality is so high! I love it here!
The love is mutual!
I just order then canceled within less that 10 mins. I received an email stating my order can't be cancelled! Why is that when I did the 30 days free trial but I'm seeing pending charges to my account. Then I get an email stating I can't cancel. I need someone to explain to me why?

I have never even heard of the website they're saying that I ordered a free trial and that I can send it back if I don't want it but I never ordered it. No matter what I don't get the shipping back that I didn't offer to pay. I have a feeling it's going to be pretty hard getting any money back from them
Tip for consumers:
I'm assuming it's a clickbait ad or something I must have clicked on and they got my card numbers because I never ordered a thing from these people

After my initial attempt to try the product, I was charged $226 more than the transaction record stated. I reached out and requested the account be closed, the trial canceled (because of the sneaky charge and deceit), and the pending shipment terminated (not sent). I was refunded and assured that the account was closed. No product was received. Two weeks later, I was charged again. I then emailed them again, was given the same runaround and assurances, and was refunded. Two DAYS after the refund, I was charged again and am going through the same thing again. I cannot get them to close the account, remove my card information, or follow through with any of their assurances. I am at my wits end and now seeking legal help. Don't get yourself trapped with this company.

Don't TRUST THESE PEOPLE! If they are not professional enough to uphold their own advertisement, "try before you buy"! I do not want this order. When I tried to place the order I got all the way to the end and NEVER completed the order. Because I saw they were asking for all of the money up front! So why have you taken money after I cancelled? Then I tried to submit a note where you are supposed to contact customer support, and it kept saying there was a 200 word limit. Well, I only typed three short sentences. It still wouldn't let me submit my concern? BTW! You have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER! This screams SCAM! Refund my money, I NEVER got a chance to complete the order. I NO LONGER DESIRE to try this product anymore! The way you are handling my bank account let's me know I don't want anything of yours in my head or on my skin. Contact me at *******403 to discuss this matter.

Received my Spoiled Child Anti aging glycol renewing serum when I purchased something from El Makiage. When I went to return both products, El Makiage let me keep the product. However when trying to return the Spoiled Child serum I followed the instructions, received a message that said I could keep the product after clicking on an authentication email before the free trial period. Well, I never got the email. I followed the instructions three times. I finally got in touch with their customer where they sent a return product label. In order to not be charged I must return the product before the end of the trial. Very confusing. Very difficult to deal with. Didn't work and definitely not worth the price point.

They have stole my money. They fooled me on my second purchase, when i placed my first order it was a damaged product so one of the representative offered free product but they deduct the money and then i asked why, no one respond and said return the product then they will refund the money, when i returned the product they said they applied a discount, they cannot refund, I have sent all my bank statement as a proof. But they blocked me after word, and they stole $100
Tip for consumers:
don not buy, there are more reliable companies available on the internet

Do not order from this company. I ordered a $5.00 trial package for my grandson and he received the trial package but has also received two packages for which I was charged 38.50 for each. He has been trying to contact the company through emails to stop the deliveries ( there is no phone number available) and has had no response. Do not order from this company...total ripoff and scam. I did not want to give ANY stars on this review but I had to give at least one to proceed.

This business is a scam that is taking at the minimum $6 from millions of people! I was going to try their product and paid for everything and the company placed a hold on my checking account but after 3 business days I noticed they had immediately got a tracking number but after that nothing... If a business is out of a product they wouldn't take your money unless they had the product on hand! So needless to say I gave it a shot and after a few days of no activity I shut it down, they kept $6 and that's fine but not if you're doing it to millions... I also looked into company info and the address they had on the shipping info did not match up with the business and I also couldn't find anything on the business like phone number or address on their website and if I did they also did not match businesses so that tells me they are not a legitimate business! Shame on you guys you should have been shut down by now!
Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware this is a scam! Look up company address than Google that same address! Also no phone numbers don't add up to company! Scam! These people will charge you regardless of if you even receive your products so do not do anything without research first!

I wrote a review a couple weeks ago because I wasn't happy at all with the collagen, I wasn't expecting them to reaching out to be more specific (Melissa), she was emailing me all this week to make sure I was happy and I'm now! And I will definitely try another product for sure.
Thanks.
So happy we were able to make the situation right!
First time ordering from Them & They messed up the flavor I wanted. & then They send a code so I can repurchase one. Instead of sending Me the flavor I wanted because they messed up. Rip off. Never ordering from them again. First & last time. & the shipping too it took a while!

I have been using spoiled child for a couple of months. I have received results as advertised. I will continue to use product for another couple of months and I see positive results. I will renew my subscription.
Consistency is key
I thought the smell of the gummies was awful, but I persevered and continued with my purchase. The taste is much more pleasing than the smell! I actually just ordered a second bottle as I do believe the product is working. I am going to give it a second month! I do appreciate your wonderful customer service!
Consistency is key!
I got charged by the company when I have never once ordered anything from them or ever been on the website and they told me there was nothing they could do to refund me my money

The mango flavored liquid collagen isn't as sweet as people are saying it is. It's quite tolerable, and even less sweet when mixed with water. So far so good with it, we will see after 30 days. I got gifted the Hydrolock lips mask, and it is amazing! A little goes a long way, and my lips feel so smooth without feeling greasy. So far I'm happy with my order and my experience with this company. It's only been a week, so we will revisit at the 1 month mark.
Cannot wait for you to see the results
I bought the G25+ Anti-Aging Retin + Night Rewind Serum, and after 7 days of using it I was shocked at the results I was seeing in my skin! I already have a my skin routine which already gives me amazing results but adding this product to the list was the best choice. I can't put into words how beautiful, bright and healthy my skin looks. The ads they made with real people using this product is 100% true!
Thanks so much for the love! This made our day.
