I was skeptical about trying this product because you get so many fake manufactured out there they claims their products are good. But since using this product my energy level has increased and am able to sleep though the night. My hair has changed slightly and there is less breakage.
I did not sign up for an auto refill subscription I wanted to try the product And then decide afterwards So why do I get all these emails welcoming me to the auto refill program? It's very upsetting! I haven't even received the product and already I'm upset!
I was just shopping on SpoiledChild.com and i had a very pleasant experience! Found everything so easily very fast unlike some websites that take forever to navigate.

Do not buy from them, I like so many others did the "Free Trial" only for them to charge me the entire $110.00 and tell me the charge would "fall off"
of my account within 4 days... its been over a week and it`s still there. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Customer service literally said "there is nothing we can do" and I canceled IMMEDIATLY after purchasing since I saw that charge and they refused to cancel my order.
This company got into my account after I just viewed their page on Facebook. I have had to get two new bank cards already and am still trying to stop them from getting into my account.

Well when I first trying to make up my mind you offer me the 3 products for $167 and every time I went back to the site it kept going up in prices for the same products that was not good I thought but I finally decided to buy it and still was higher than I wanted to pay but will see how I like the products thank you

I'm only gonna give a review about the service I ordered February 27th and it just came today not bad at all to me also I didn't do a trail o ordered the spoiled child collagen hoping it works I'll be back with a better review once I start using it and I also go some free things but I had to partake in preordering which can be turned off

I've noticed my hair is much shiner, and I sleep better. The only side effect is ai started break-in out. Still taking and hoping my skin will clear up.
Good experience with getting out and knowing about possible delay.
I assumed this product was pul based but it is more like water. This causes my hair frizz up and wouldn't be practical for me to use daily. I'll be returning the item very soon

Never heard of this company nor used them but woke up this morning to find they've taken money out of my account and allowed a fraudster to use my card and place an order
SpoiledChild is a 100% contradiction to their name brand! This company goes above and beyond with everything they do. Their formulas and products are out of this world and they actually do work. I have personally used several different skin products and hair product that I can attest made a difference, noticeably, that turned me into a dedicated believer in this brand. When you view the product choices that SpoiledChild has to offer, it's not overwhelming where you spend hours searching for the perfect product. They have formulated ingredients together to cover multiple areas so that you do not need five or six different bottles of skin care products. All you need is one, maybe two, of their reusable & refillable capsules. The look of the product itself is very fancy and classy with a modern twist. The feel of the actual product itself is very light, not oily or heavy feeling. You can't go wrong with any of their products, you really can't! Not to mention they have top notch customer service! There staff or whomever handles customer relations Is one of the best if not the best that I have ever come in contact with. They make sure that you're not only just satisfied but that you are completely and fully satisfied and if you are not they will make it up to you by many different ways and many different means! If you have an issue with a product you don't have to worry about it because they'll find a way to make it better for you and they do go above and beyond every time with every conversation no matter how minor or major it may be! Two thumbs up from me... This is one hell of a stand-up company!

We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). I found an ad that said to try before buying what caught my attention, I followed the process and in the end if they charged me for the product that I just wanted to try, I tried to communicate to customer service but it doesn't work, I feel scammed and I don't know if they put me on a subscription

I had purchased a trial of the hair serum for my husband. He's only used it now for 3 weeks but seems to like it. I was told that it was a 2 week trial. If I didn't see a difference, I send unused portion back for a full refund. I then read that it takes about 4-6 weeks to notice a difference, so I called them to return since trial ran out in 2. Told them it made no sense to do trial for 2 weeks is it takes 4-6 to see results. They offered me a $75 coupon to use on next bottle or a return label for a full refund for what I already had, I had no issues with customer service. They were very prompt and professional. They had charged my account for the first bottle, but I was ell aware that they would. Hense, the "refund" if item didn't work. My husband decided to use the coupon and give it another month to see if it actually helps at all. If it doesn't I can cancel my auto-ship with a click of a button and try something else, It's that easy I can tell you that I use their sister brand "ILMakiage" make up and it's the best I've ever used in that price point. So I'm hopeful that this hair serum will help.

So, when I looked in my account the day they charged me, it was well over 180 bucks in Canadian money and I lost my $#*!. They've been telling me that they voided the pre-authorization, yet I don't see ANY of my money back. Worst of all, they take up to 24 hours to reply and I've threatened to tell everyone that they SUCK and HERE I AM! DONT BUY IT OR YOU'LLL SUFFER LIKE I DID!

In 2022 I should have read reviews first-- Unfortunately I did not. But I did return the product. Notified my bank to not put through any payments to SpoiledChild. SpoiledChild kept sending (sporadically) hoping customers forget or don't check their accounts. Here we are July 2023 they put through a $92 charge to my card (my bank is refunding me, BLOCKING them again, and changing my card #/banking info) and SpoiledChild sent me another box. I've emailed customer service 2x today regarding all of this and how to send their bs product back to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! (Kimberly DeLeva)

I order a lot online. I also like to try new products and brands I've never heard of. When they have the, "try it before you buy it" offer then I'm all for it. I've found some of my favorite brands, I still use today, using this method. I didn't lose out like most, but I got charged as well. Just a tip if you do try it, Make sure you return within the 14 days. That means make sure your order gets to them within 14 days after delivery. I read somewhere that after that they would give you store credit. I just wouldn't risk it because what the heck are you gonna do with store credit on a product your returning? Should be a red flag. Also, I've noticed imaginary refunds that they posted to my SpoiledChild account, but never actually got refunded to my credit card. I got charged full price for the product that was returned within my 14 days. Still haven't been fully refunded yet. Not sure if u will be. Customer service has been quick, but not informative. So makes me think it's just AI generated or something, or just templates that they send out. Nothing that actually describes my issues I have. So still waiting for my full refund, but other than that DO NOT BUY from them!
*Btw product smells gross, at least I thought it did and I don't think really does anything tbh*
