I was skeptical about trying this product because you get so many fake manufactured out there they claims their products are good. But since using this product my energy level has increased and am able to sleep though the night. My hair has changed slightly and there is less breakage.

I did not sign up for an auto refill subscription I wanted to try the product And then decide afterwards So why do I get all these emails welcoming me to the auto refill program? It's very upsetting! I haven't even received the product and already I'm upset!

The whole time I was filling out the order form it only stated that I would be paying $5 for shipping that's it and as soon as I placed the order it took out $110 I got an email saying it's just a temporary hold and it'll be back in 1-4 business days it's been longer then that I tried to cancel the order after it took the money and they wouldn't let me cancel and just offered me credit

Let me explain what happened -- a pre-authorization was placed on your card (as stated at check-out). Not to worry, this isn't a charge! Pre-authorization is a fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to guarantee the safety of certain transactions. A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and will not be transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product. We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). You will not be charged for the full price unless you keep the product(s). Sorry about the confusion.

I was charged for a trial for a product I never received. I did the Try Before You Buy, but never received the product and was only offered $100 credit instead of a refund. The thing is, they OVERCHARGED my card that could not be overcharged. Customer service seemed more like marketing bots, suggesting to me what to buy with the fake $100 they gave. NEVER AGAIN.

Tip for consumers:
I will always read reviews before buying. I wish I had seen how many low ones it had before I tried it.

Do not buy anything from this huge scam company.
I bought a 50 ml bottle of serum and was charged almost $400 on my Mastercard over 3 months. I did not realize the reoccurring charge happening and when i did, i reached out to this company and they said... since it was over the 60 day trial, there would be no refund. I'm a 19 year old University student and cannot afford to spend $400 on one bottle of serum. And WILL NOT return my money. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!

Never replied back to me regarding their pro making my hair fall worse.

Out of desperation to regrow my hair. But I have realized after all the so-called hair growth products out there, that none of them work. It’s just companies getting rich off of our desperation.

After my purchase I was reverted back to the Home page without a reciept, order number or confirmation however, the funds were immediately taken from my bank acct. My SC acct shows no orders & my auto ship shows no subscription. I complained to customer with this information and was asked for an order number! WTH! That's the reason I contacted you Linoka Chishi (SpoiledChild)Feb 11,2023, 16:28 EST. So sick of companies like this one money grabbing and not fulfilling commitments to comsumers. Ill have to contact my bank and go through the long 30-60 day process to get back my money. ALERT DO NOT TRUST

I was tinkering with the idea of trying their hair care because it looked like it would only be shipping until 60 days. I did press place order. But that's when it stated in bold that it would be 89 and change and asked to confirm order. I NEVER CONFIRMED. But it still went through immediately. When I immediately reached out, they told me that they couldn't give me a refundbecause supposedly it was already in shipping. Shipping in one minute from order time, mind you. That the charge was a pre authorization. Bull$#*! it went completely through and 89 was taken out. IT WAS NOT PENDING. They did tell me I could send them back for a partial refund. Why would I do that? If not for a full refund. I did not want to deal with it. So I kept the first set of products which sucked and no where worth the money. And I emailed them as long as my account was cancelled. Which I was assured I was. Now seven months later I notice the card I rarely use but used for this has been charging 89 EVERY MONTH since January. And I never got one other $#*!ty product from them. They have one day to respond to my email and I'm getting my cousin business lawyer involved. I don't care how much my cousin will want. It won't be as much as they've stolen. And I'm livid enough to not care how much it will cost to bring these bastards down. BUYER BEWARE!

I gave the hair mask to my 10 yr old daughter who later told me I got robbed. The scalp serum isn't even a serum and is effective as water.

Here's the email I sent the team. Tells you pretty much everything.::: I am already annoyed beyond end at the fact you people LIE to get people to be STUCK with your product. It clearly states that "what is owed today $5.35", and once the card number is put in, you hold the whole product price until it ships, takes longer than all hell to get here, then we have to label it and use our time and to send it back. I made sure BEFORE I hit submit that I clicked on "how it works" (the payment "try before you buy")... and it DOES NOT state that you will be holding the whole amount until we send it back (which I took a screenshot of). That's the way you people have to make your money, it's sad. Ugh. Anyway, IM STILL waiting on my product and you guys sent an email apologizing, gifting me $15. LMAO. That's $15 OFF of another product I clearly do not want, just because of the way your company conducts their business. I'm sorry. No. I need you guys to compensate me in a better way than that, and I need confirmation that I am NOT a subscriber to "spoiledchild." I look forward to hearing back from "your team."

I attempted to cancel my order about 30 seconds after I placed it since your company lied in your advertising. When I was researching your company, I was told I would get a free, full-sized sample. After I placed my order, I was told I would be charged if I kept the sample. That does not constitute a free sample.

I was told when I immediately attempted to cancel my order that it was impossible to place my order as it had already shipped.

And yet I did not get shipping confirmation for nearly 48 hours.

When you (YOU) sent me a customer service notice, which I responded to, it went to your sister company instead and I was subsequently chewed out and dismissed for not sending it to the right place.

Your company lied to me multiple times, your service agents were rude and dismissive, and every single person I have dealt with has been utterly inept at their job.

I have filed a chargeback with my bank and I will refuse any package you send me. You could've avoided the shipping charge you will now be held liable for by canceling my order like any legitimate business would.

Spoiled Child is a great name for you. You are greedy and you are children.

So far I've gotten to browse all the products available from SpoiledChild. I got to read how their products can help me. From skin care to hair care to dietary supplements, all the products explained what they were how they could help me and even other people who have tried their products and their experience using them. There are alot of good products, what I didn't like is that there wasn't really a percentage or an amount of each ingredients in their products that was used. And they do use fillers as some of their main ingredients in their skin care products which i didn't like.(This is on skin care products that I was looking into). To me that's like watering down some key ingredients that make the product work just enough to make you keep trying it hoping you'll get better results if you keep using it for longer periods of time. I haven't tried their products yet but I'm starting off with their skin care products and will try other products if im satisfied and actually do see results from using SpoiledChild. It was easy to pick a product put my payment info in and complete the order. Fingers crossed I get good results. Thanks guys!

I decided to give the product a test…… and oh my gosh! I love it so much! My hair loves this product. It feels fuller MUCH healthier and I've only been using it for just a week or two. And bonus-The 90 day treatment tracker also seems to work as a dry shampoo -my hair easily gets greasy and flat after about three days and I only wash my hair once a week, but because of this product not only does it keep it fresh all week, but it also has given my hair back it's health! I have two toddlers who constantly pull up my hair and there's so much damage. And stress has made my hair fall out quite a bit with all I have going on. This product is saving me!
As for The rapid recovery hair mask ….the first time I used it I followed the instructions and wasn't a huge fan… I have incredibly thin hair, but I have found a way of using it that I love SOOO much and my hair LOVES it. I take a little bit of the product, rub it into the ends of my hair and leave it and my hair has looked so much better every day sense. I have a new hair routine. That's so easy simple and I love it. Takes me five minutes or less every day and I feel fresh and looking good.
My hair has life again!

IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD HAVE THIS COMPANY HAS CHARGED MY ACCOUNT OVER AND OVER AFTER I SENT THE USELESS PRODUCT THAT DOESNT WORK. THE PRODUCT WAS RETURNED AND I WAS STILL CHARGED THE $125 THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!
