I was skeptical about trying this product because you get so many fake manufactured out there they claims their products are good. But since using this product my energy level has increased and am able to sleep though the night. My hair has changed slightly and there is less breakage.
I did not sign up for an auto refill subscription I wanted to try the product And then decide afterwards So why do I get all these emails welcoming me to the auto refill program? It's very upsetting! I haven't even received the product and already I'm upset!
Excited for the purchase to come, but trust that the consumer did their homework and doesn't want the upsell on every product this company makes.
Using the app is okay the final outcome will be how long it takes for me to get my product then I can make my final judgment

I have not tried product yet but the survey was easy and checkout was painless. Love the free gifts!
It tastes good so far but in not sure it will last 30 days and only take 1 tablespoon a day. Not sure on effectiveness yet.
I have always had frizzy hair that all I could ever do was put it in a pony tail. After one use of your hair mask the friz is gone! I am in love!

The experience was good, however after checking out, all the things they were trying to make me purchase was a turnoff.

Thank god my bank screened this. It says &5 bucks, but they tried to charge $112. Do not do this! ….

Let me explain what happened -- a pre-authorization was placed on your card (as stated at check-out). Not to worry, this isn't a charge! Pre-authorization is a fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to guarantee the safety of certain transactions. A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and will not be transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product. We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). You will not be charged for the full price unless you keep the product(s). Sorry about the confusion.
They tease you with a trial for 5.00+ then get your credit card and keep charging it. I have a charge for $100 and have not received anything,

I'm reading the comments and am shocked and saddened that so many are having billing issues. I just made my very first purchase last week and I ordered the two collagen bottles and the scalp serum and face serum. I was certainly billed for all of it but when I got the products, I thought it was worth it just in the packaging.
The collagen bottles are in squeezable plastic bottles and it is a bit difficult to read the label because the lettering is in a light orange on a white label. The scalp serum, face serum and vitamins bottles are in more solid plastic and glass containers. The packaging came with easy instructions on how to use. I also got the full size hair vitamin bottle free with the order a scalp brush and a tinted lip balm.
So far, I like the liquid collagen (mango). It is a bit thick and like a gelatin fluid but otherwise easy to drink with water. Their face serum smells divine! I've tried and spent $$$ on many serum brands from shiseido, Lancôme, charlotte tilbury, tatcha, etc, and spoiled child's serum (blue bottle) has a lovely light scent that smells spa-like. I have dry skin and so far this is a nice barrier I use under another serum
Their scalp serum spray comes in a very well-made glass bottle as well. I did notice that the spray comes out in almost like a circular ring, so parting the hair and having the spray too far from the area won't get it in the part so you'd want to bring the spray bottle in closer.
I normally take Vital Proteins collagen powder with coffee and bought Spoiled Child collagen for something stronger. I look forward to the results. Total billed was $156 but so far, I think it's worth it.
