I was skeptical about trying this product because you get so many fake manufactured out there they claims their products are good. But since using this product my energy level has increased and am able to sleep though the night. My hair has changed slightly and there is less breakage.
I did not sign up for an auto refill subscription I wanted to try the product And then decide afterwards So why do I get all these emails welcoming me to the auto refill program? It's very upsetting! I haven't even received the product and already I'm upset!
I have been using their rapid recovery mask and probiotics gummies for almost 6 months now but from past 3 months I have noticed that their shipping is too slow, takes almost a month to get to me and the tracking on the website doesn't work. Please fix it or I would have to cancel my subscriptions.

I was intrigued to try this product as they advertise you can try it free by just paying $5 for shipping. With the option to return after 21 days. Well, immediately after my order was placed they took another $116 out of my account on top of the other $5. I reached out to customer service and they assured me that this is a pre authorization and will be released after 4 days. It is now day 5 and the funds have been physically taken out of my account meanwhile I still haven't even received a product. Customer service assured me there is nothing they can do. It seems like they have this issue a lot and maybe shouldn't advertise a free trial that is in fact not free. So turned off by this product and company now I'm not even wanting to try it. Will be immediately returning as it seems they just scam people.
I was just browsing at the luxury of this stuff then eventually the try b4 u buy popped up I thought I was gonna be paying 5$ I ended up being charged 108$ all together my daughters party tomorrow an I don't have any money now cause the thieves swiped my money out of my account just to say nothing to do about it I'll be telling my bank an changing my information just in case they try something else

I've being trying to cancel my subscription since I got my first order no one responded and they are still charging me this is the worst company I've ever dealt with and they don't even have a phone number to call. It's like they want it to be hard so they can continue to take your money. I will not recommend or ever use this product! They should even get a 1 start rating

I have been a SC user for over 1.5 years the mango is good but the pineapple much better flavor. The product works wonders for your hair, skin, nails and weight loss. There are pros and cons to anything those are the pros. The cons the free or trial products you get charged a fee which your not privy to during the time of purchasing, the cost is extremely high, several charges on your cc over time and no product to show for it this has only happened about 4x.
Overall product is good but definitely need to work on their accountability.

I bought the apple cider, gummy's, hair serum, and liquid collagen. The order came fine, no issues. Now that I want to re-order I can't get anyone to help me. They have no phone number for customer service, you can only email Which I have been doing for days now. And all I do is go back-and-forth with this company and cannot make any headway. I want the apple cider gummy's It should be on AutoShip for $39.20 but I can't get it to be part of my AutoShip order. They're telling me that the hair serum you can't do on AutoShip, but if you look on their website right underneath it, it says AutoShip. Also there website says authorships are $39.20 but then your cart says $44.10! I can't seem to get a straight answer via MANY emails with this company. I like the products but I feel like their customer service is lacking to the point where I'm frustrated and I am giving up on buying their products!

Companies like these should really be taken to court for fraud like seriously we are in 2024 and company's are still able to scam people like this. I've been getting lots of ads from this brand and me personally I'm not one for shopping and all that but my hair is going through it and it said try now for $10 and if your not satisfied return it. If I don't by the end of the trial than I'd get charged so why is it that as soon as I placed my order I got charged $165. Also what company in this day and age doesn't have order cancellation the same day u order. I want a refund!

I am new to this brand. But I have already encountered their bad, corrupt behavior. I made sure that I selected "no" for refills. And they sent me an email confirming my refill subscription. I did a friend poll regarding this company and found that they are notorious for placing refills, unauthorized, onto your cards used to make purchases. Bad, bad, bad business.

This company is a fraud. They will offer free trail product for you to only pay 5 and try for free, but will place a pre-authorization hold claiming it will drop off. They stole 239.00 dollars from me. On the charge it show a company named House My Med Products with a number *******826. When you call the number they claim to be a answering service for them and claimed my order had shipped when I had just ordered 5 minutes ago. Then offered 50% refund. When I sent email it keeps saying same excuse from Melissa. Please do not order anything from them. I don't want you to go through what I am going through. Unfortunately for me, it messed me up with my finances. I help my family and times are hard so loosing that much was hurtful. In reviewing other reviews, this is a scam that they have been doing on others and it needs to stop.

I canceled my subscription with them the same day I placed my order due to them over charging me. I got charged again today after receiving a confirmation email from them showing it was cancelled. I noticed in every complaint it's the same response we tried to reach you no response please contact us. This is a fraudulent company and they need to be stopped.
They just kept taking money from me. First off they took a preauthorization that took almost 2 weeks to be returned. And then it took almost 3 weeks for me to receive the items. I finally started it on March 1st only for them to charge me again before I have even tried it before the 30 days! I was less than 10 days in before they decided to charge me for their products that I haven't even decided I wanted or liked or if it was even working! And now NO ONE is responding to ME! I'm a single mom and I thought this process would be easy and I could try it without forming up the money until deciding if it was worth it or even worked. Try it then if I don't like it return it! Hassle free right? NOPE! It's a SCAM! They do this because they know that they can get away with it and people will have to fight for their money back! I am so upset and angry! I feel helpless and they don't even care. On top of this, I changed my credit card info from my Visa to my Mastercard and they still were able to charge my Visa! Like how? I need help and I need answers!

I ordered a second bottle of collagen and paid for it because I wanted to try the pineapple. Never received it. When I contacted them they refused to send it. That was back in July 2023. They keep asking me to update my payment info. I won't until I get what I paid for. Now they are saying it's past the 60 day return. I just want what I paid for.

The spoiled child hair care isn't worth the money. It's basically rosemary essential oil that comes in what looks to be a big bottle for 60.00 buy is actually a very small bottle of product. Really is a rip off. Only thing good is the smell. I have used this product 2 times and the ~ actual 1.7 ounces is almost gone. Very disappointed! Expensive for zero product!

After using for the first time, I can saw I am happy with the way my hair feels while it is still wet. I can not say how it will work long term, but to be able to see immediate results is a good start. Worth the free 30 day trail, and exploring what the benefits of purchasing the product will do long term on a continues basis.

The shipping is HORRIBLE. Takes a VERY LONG TIME TO ARRIVE. Tracking information is not accurate and when I reach out about it, there is no phone number to call. You send them a message and the response is "you order will arrive in 6-10 days", meanwhile, I've already been waiting 6-10 days. They do not care at all about customer satisfaction.

I've used the collagen for about a year now. Last month my order never came. Now same thing this month. First they told me it was FedEx which I didn't understand because after 1 month it still hadn't shipped. They finally refunded me after a month of back and forth hearing the same FedEx excuse. Now this month same thing. Money pulled off on the 30th and I'm still not seeing it shipped. I've reached out to customer service twice now with no response and I've just cancelled my subscription at this point. It's ridiculous I don't know what's going on but I'm not buying the shipping story.

Hello! I have been noticing my hair thinning after having my two children. I've been very self conscious about my hair and have been looking for a product that will work. I came across this brand and all of those who have tried it have seen great results! I signed up for receiving the product automatically every month. Huge mistake! They charged me every month about 57 dollars but was not even receiving the product. When I claimed it they stated I would get a credit, never happened. These people are scammers they charge a you every month and don't ship the product. Don't sign up for the monthly, you will regret it. I know I did. I will never recommend a this company to anyone.

Hi, after reading the reviews just now I want to say thank you for warning me. I almost put my information in to purchase. Spoiled child you seem to respond pretty quickly to customers on the reviews. It's clear you have plenty of representatives to field phone calls yet you don't have a phone number for Cust to contact should there be an issue! As a result of these reviews and your response to those negative reviews I'm definitely not buying anything from your company. I want to try the products but your business practices by making it difficult to contact customer service has scared me off and I will definitely not even bother with the product and especially would never give up my banking information.
