I always have a great experience dealing with stuff. Love the products. Not too happy with gift card ( i received a $100 git card) It's hard to use the card cause most thing is recurring monthly. I think there need to be some kind of change with the gift cards. I love everything else about Spoiled child and my experience with the company!

I clicked on the link because it said I could try a full-size bottle before buying this yet my only option once I clicked on it was to buy it so hopefully I'm not wasting my money on another product that says it taste delicious and is awful or doesn't work
When I was trying to check out, there were multiple pop ups trying to get me to purchase other products. It was very annoying. I want even sure if I had purchased the product once I closed the last pop up/survey. I had to check my email. I do hope the collagen product is good.
I was having trouble getting the free trial. I also think that I should not have been charged shipping because I signed up for auto delivery. The quiz seems a bit long to me.
I had decided not to purchase but after receiving two emails a day offering all sorts of stuff I thought I would "try" a bottle just pay $9 shipping. The byflow upon ordering is very lengthy and pushy with "extra deals" and I accidentally ordered an additional bottle trying to order the trial on my lunch break. With exchange my free trial cost me almost $100 on my credit card... I didn't realize this was a USA company. I have no intention of supporting USA products. Subscriptions are always a rip off. If your product is that good you shouldn't have to trick people into purchasing. Huge surprise... no way to cancel the order and no response to my email immediately after I ordered to cancel. Nobody has this kind of time. You can not even copy the ridiculously long order numbers.

The price for auto renewal changed when I placed my try before you buy option. It was to drop to $39 on the first auto refill. The information i received states it will actually be $44. Im assuming this is how i get free shipments next time?

Product came super fast which I love! I got the pineapple flavor of the E27. Taste sooo good! I am taking morning and night. I am on week one and my completion is brighter and I feel like I have more energy. Very much so enjoying!

I started this product (in the mango flavor) the beginning of April with a 14 day trial. The flavor was absolutely delicious. The product works exactly as mentioned… you start to feel more energetic, your skin looks radiant and smooth, and you sleep better too. I recommend every one try at least one bottle, you will immediately feel the results.

I placed my order and didn't get prompted to enter address details then when I checked to see where it's going it's my old address that they captured from I'm not sure where and no one has responded to my emails so I can get this shipped to the correct location before it ships out.
I don't understand... I read that I could try it for free and pay 5.95 shipping... so I did that option. Then you come in with (if you sign up for the subscription you get free shipping, 20% off and a another full product for free so I decided to try it. Now it says I left my free gift behind and I already was charged full price plus shipping... I don't understand? As of now I already want to cancel, that's shady stuff.
Don't like how you makes us believe we are getting a $100 gift card but you fall to say we can onmy use it TOWARDS YOUR PRODUCTS and you conventionally take up to 6 month to finally send it and that's only after I sent your organization at least 8 emails asking where is my gift card… to makes matters worse I got on your sight dreading to place an order with the GIFT CARD after placing the order all these prompts come up to try and sell me more items as I kept pressing skip ( indicating that i WASNT) interested then boon once again your site conveniently added another freakin! Orders for additional $44 dollar … so I want my moms back my MONEY refund it back into. Y bank account ASAP! SAY NOOO MORE..
