I was skeptical about trying this product because you get so many fake manufactured out there they claims their products are good. But since using this product my energy level has increased and am able to sleep though the night. My hair has changed slightly and there is less breakage.
I did not sign up for an auto refill subscription I wanted to try the product And then decide afterwards So why do I get all these emails welcoming me to the auto refill program? It's very upsetting! I haven't even received the product and already I'm upset!
Because of the cost of this product I would not have bought it outright. Fortunately they have the try before you buy program!
I researched about 3 months and then went for it.
It worked instantly. I was shocked. It continues to strengthen my hair, heal the split ends, calm the fuzz and create curl detail. Plus softness!
I started using the mask as a leave in conditioner. It takes the tiniest little bit.
Over 50 curly hair is now bleachable
I have never heard of them or ordered their products yet they managed to obtain my credit card information and hit my bank account for large sums of money not once but twice. Beware of this company.

This is the biggest scam company. I saw their advertisement in Instagram with a FREE with full size. And after month they charge all amount from my account. Don't make any order in shop or you will surprised with your final bill. When I send request they wrote me back that they return money back only when i will send products back. How is possible to send them back if i test them and used them. I called to bank to stop all transaction.I don't know how they still working on market!

I've been taking this product for approximately three months now and I've received so many compliments on my skin. Most people notice that my skin has a glow to it. I refer them to spoiled child to take the quiz to determine the appropriate product for them. I'm thrilled that I began taking this when I did and actually see a difference.

Hi Nneka!
Thanks so much for the love! This made our day.
The trial price was $5. So I ordered it the ended up charging my account $115.56 plus $5.35. There is no phone number on website to cancel. I called my bank to explain how they advertised the trial price and got charged the ridiculous amount for shampoo and conditioner. False advertisement.
Hi!
Let me explain what happened -- a pre-authorization was placed on your card (as stated at check-out). Not to worry, this isn't a charge! Pre-authorization is a fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to guarantee the safety of certain transactions. A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and will not be transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product. We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). You will not be charged for the full price unless you keep the product(s). Sorry about the confusion.
The packaging looks like it costs just as much as the product, which I feel is a waste. The 60-day trial is misleading, as well as the ordering process, in which they lead you to believe you are getting these items for free but at the end of the 60 "trial period" I was charged not only for the product, but for the other items that I believed were free. When I requested a refund they told me since the 60 days had passed they could not issue a refund. I don't see a difference in my hair and the product smells like motor oil.
Tip for consumers:
I did not see the difference in my hair and despite what they say it is not a free trial period. They would not take my products back and refund my money.

First of all, I had ordered before and had not done auto refill, but I still had my capsules. I wish there was an option to buy just the product and not the capsule, it's wasteful and more expensive. Also I LOVE my hair mask, so I decided to try the other two, shine and damage repair. REGRETTED IT. I feel like there is WAY less product, and it just doesn't go as far when applied. I wish I had purchased 3 of the signature hair masks instead of one of each. Very sad about that. Love the main hair mask though! :( don't think I will order again just because I spent a lot and I'm disappointed. Thank you for your time!

You can't email customer service to cancel.
You have to login and do it yourself.
Once you do, you have to click through so many offers and questions to actually cancel.
It's classic sketchy marketing.
I've barely even used the product which is on me so I can't speak to it's effectiveness, but personally I am not into giving my money to companies that function like this.

I had heard about SpoiledChild on Facebook & Instagram for a hair product. I looked into it briefly but was not able to pursue it further. I actually saw an ad on TV for the liquid collagen so did a little shopping around and all other similar products are powders and I have not been a fan of those as they don't always mix well. When I saw that yours was a liquid, I had to try it and Mango is my favorite flavor. I can't wait to get my first bottle. I hope it meets and exceeds my expectations.
You’re going to love it! ✨
I've been using the hair and skin products for about 3 months now and I'm thrilled with the results! I've noticed fewer fine lines on my face, and my hair loss appears to be slowing down! I'm very pleased! Will continue using!

They charged me twice I sent the product back because it was garbage and never got a refund
They sent me a fake refund receipt and the 4 digits card on it is not mine.
I tried to read out to them no one responded back
I tried from a different email someone reached out instantly and when I told them about my refund, they goshted my emails.

The product was decent at best, so I canceled at the first month because the cost was too high for "decent". 2 months later I get a random $82 dollar charge in my account from them. I never requested they reactivate or send more. I still never liked the first bottle. When I asked them why, they just keep telling me my account is active. Ummm. Who activated it? I don't want this. Cancel the shipping please. I just keep getting auto emails and no live people. Put a stop from your bank or avoid all together. They are a whole mess!
Tip for consumers:
Stay away, locks you in. No matter how many times you cancel

They wiped my account (that I chose to use) clean ($70) and only left $.10 on my card! Their emails are automated. I had to cancel my card while the transaction was pending. Hopefully it won't go through. DON'T! JUST DONT!

It was really a very positive experience, the site is quick to navigate, you quickly find what you want and among so many wonderful products I was stunned to see so much quality in things that are necessary to look healthy and beautiful. Thank you for the opportunity, you know that you have a loyal follower for future studies.
Thanks so much for the love! This made our day.
I have ordered a free sample and l was supposed to pay 5.49$ for the shipping! But guess what:
This FU…. Company charged me twice, not only for the shipping but they took me 166.19&x 2= 333$ more for a deposit in case l'm going to keep the products!
I haven't made TWO orders but ONE!
Nothing arrived me yet!
IT'S EVOA HOAX! Don't buy anything from them.

All kinds of mixed messaging. Trial is for 60 days. Product only lasts 30, but no results for 90 days. You have to invest hundreds of dollars before you find out the product doesn't work. Cant get a refund. No live customer service. Scam! Scam! Scam! Run the other way!

I ordered an Anti-aging serum in March. It is now November and I never ordered anything but, Spoiled Child decided to go ahead to charge my account and try to deliver another Anti-aging serum after 7 or 8 months. Which I never attempted to purchase. Highway robbery. I will also report their $#*! to the Better Business Bureau as well.

So one please help! Spoiled child is charging my credit card after they did not send my July subscription. They are claiming they do not have my email or name on file. I provided them with my last four of my CC as requested. They terminated email communication. There is a charge pending on my CC so I froze the card.

This past weekend I was trying to order the liquid collagen and ended up ordering the hair serum, which I don't need. I tried to cancel the order immediately yet they had already deducted $159 from my account without even having the product or stating that I wanted the product after trying to cancel the order. I have sent email after email and yet no response. It's not about anything more except horrible customer service. I don't want the product and my co-worker has already bought x's2 bottle of the liquid collagen. I can't use the hair or skin products because it carries items I'm allergic to. I don't think I would personally recommend Spoiled child to anyone in my family or my friends because of their horrible customer service. I will see how this liquid collagen works, most I'm going to stick with making my own hair and skin all natural products.
Tip for consumers:
Don't order from this company, they take your money without giving your products. The customer service team is horrible, your unable to cancel your order without going through unnecessary changes

When I was trying to make a purchase, after I had paid your website kept pushing other products to tack on to the order. I had already ordered what I wanted and I feel like this is just an aggressive sales tactic to try and squeeze more money out of me with your already expensive products.
Hi Nate! Thanks so much for the review and for your feedback - we really do value your opinion and I'll be sure to pass it along to our marketing team.
I placed my order using PayPal which has my old address since I just moved. I'm not able to call customer service and have the address changed. Their contact operates by email which says it takes 24hrs or more to respond.
I am completely irate with yet another internet fraud advertisement taking a "free 14 day trial" and turning it into full payment as well as shipment fees and still never receiving the product to even try for the 14 days. This to me is false advertising...bait and switch! I was not prepared for a pending transaction of $110 on my tightly budgeted business bank account. Therefor the auto draft for a scheduled business bill was intercepted and caused an NSF on my account costing me another $30. Naturally I started searching for human contact to quickly find there was no way to contact this company! I have emailed multiple times and receive auto responses of up to 7 days to return an email. This is the scammiest world! I am learning cash is king and internet sales will only last as long as we keep buying. I however will stick to my local businesses.

I have yet heard back from the company telling me what the ingredients are. It literally burns my scalp when I spray it on. I sent it back in hopes to get my money back, but they charged me today full price. I am very unhappy.

It was horrible and smelled like straight up rubbing alcohol. Burned my scalp. I sent it back two and a half weeks ago. And they still charged me.

Literally was "pre" charged $110 for this "sample" it's not even a sample it's a trial, and after 60 days if you don't return, they'll charge you those $110. Read the small letters, cause that's how they got me. They get you with the ads saying free sample only pay $5. Yeah it's a scam. You try to reach their customer service and it's automated so what ever you write they aren't even reading. The email is pre-scripted. Overall just don't do it their products aren't as good as they claim. I REPEAT DO NO DO IT!
Tip for consumers:
Do not even try it
