Absolutely Amazing

I started this product (in the mango flavor) the beginning of April with a 14 day trial. The flavor was absolutely delicious. The product works exactly as mentioned… you start to feel more energetic, your skin looks radiant and smooth, and you sleep better too. I recommend every one try at least one bottle, you will immediately feel the results.

I placed my order and didn't get prompted to enter address details then when I checked to see where it's going it's my old address that they captured from I'm not sure where and no one has responded to my emails so I can get this shipped to the correct location before it ships out.

I feel like I was tricked

I don't understand... I read that I could try it for free and pay 5.95 shipping... so I did that option. Then you come in with (if you sign up for the subscription you get free shipping, 20% off and a another full product for free so I decided to try it. Now it says I left my free gift behind and I already was charged full price plus shipping... I don't understand? As of now I already want to cancel, that's shady stuff.

Unethical company! Your pirates

Don't like how you makes us believe we are getting a $100 gift card but you fall to say we can onmy use it TOWARDS YOUR PRODUCTS and you conventionally take up to 6 month to finally send it and that's only after I sent your organization at least 8 emails asking where is my gift card… to makes matters worse I got on your sight dreading to place an order with the GIFT CARD after placing the order all these prompts come up to try and sell me more items as I kept pressing skip ( indicating that i WASNT) interested then boon once again your site conveniently added another freakin! Orders for additional $44 dollar … so I want my moms back my MONEY refund it back into. Y bank account ASAP! SAY NOOO MORE..

Too Much Other Stuff

I am specifically interested I the main product and I find all the additional products pushed too aggressive. I also was pulled in by the subscription offer and signed onto it but my first bottle being sent will get charged at the $98.00 full price. It feels like it's not truth in advertising and kind of underhanded.

Per the request to review my online ordering experience, I can only hope that the product is more helpful than the ordering process, which is unfortunately confusing and tricky with an over abundance of questions and an unexpected amount of marketing efforts. This is my 2nd bottle of E27 Liquid Collagen/mango with the leap of faith to opt for an automatic monthly shipment, so we'll see how this option turns out moving forward. I'm very much looking for positive results, whilst taking 2 tbsp/day for hair and skin benefits related to this product.

Order is not right.

I thought I was only ordering one bottle of pineapple, I hate Mango and I also thought this auto shipment was every 30 days! We need to clarify this order ASAP or I will cancel the entire order! I thought this was every 30 days. I'm not paying $78.00 every 2 weeks. Just cancel this order and let me start all over on this order! This has been very misleading! And I'm upset! I need to hear from you immediately or I'm calling American Express and cancel the charge!

Took my money

This company seems like a scam to me. I signed up for a "try before you buy, just pay shipping" type deal, but they "pre-authorized" my card for the entire cost of the item ($100+). When contacted they said it would be refunded after processing within 4 days. Well, the item already arrived at my home (to be immediately returned), so clearly the order is done processing. They have given me the runaround and it has been 5 days with the order actually delivered and now they won't even answer my emails! So I'm out this money, and their crummy product will get out of my home first thing in the morning. Don't trust any company without a customer service phone number.

Confusing ordering

I was ordering Mango taste drink. As I am going through it shows pineapple taste. So I back out. Then finding out that was a another suggestion to buy. It would be good to see all your order before submitting order. I have more then I was anticipating to order because of all the questions. I thought the apple cider vinager was a free sample. But now see I paid for it. The serum also getting 20% off somehow I got that. I hope I like it. Lol

Willing to try

The website of the products and pricing was very detailed and 3asy to understand and I am happy that if for whatever reason, I do not feel or see any results, that I can return and cancel.
