Ordered on 15 nov and had confirmation email followed by several advertisement emails, then on 22 nov received an email simply saying they cannot print my design and i will be getting a refund, ive asked why this happened but no reply, the refund has been issued and it states it can take up to 30 days, im not happy as there was no indication my order wouldnt be available

This site is the one of the best for fabric. The designers are simply gifted and bubbling over with creativity. This site is a must see for those that dally in sewing clothes to making crafts. If I could buy out the store, I would, but, alas, I can't. The designs take my breath away!
I never received the goods I ordered and when I inquired, they cancelled my order and never refunded my money. When I logged into my account, my history was wiped clean so you can't even tell I had an order which was paid for. I've reported them to the BBB

Picture looked bright in colors
Fabric came very dull
For the price I'm very disappointed and would never order again
And it took 2 weeks to get fabric
