I'm would like to make big complain regarding Sport direct Wed options and costumer service. That One and another is discasing services.
All issue start that they send twice Ex-display football shoes.
The Sport direct web is just basic options if you like to find some information, but if you need to sorted out real situation you need to spend hours to find some similar information who can help you to sorted out your problem.
Second one you need to do a lot of different manipulation to connect to costumer service, first you come in to virtual assistant hands, than again u must be very carefully what you are clicking, because you can be send to the beginning! Then again after different manipulation ( thank you) you are connect to the real costumer service assistant!
Now is start more interest conversation with live assistant, they find your order information, they said what they done all ready, but they don't listen you what you are trying to said and disconnecting your conversation! THAT IS UNBELEVEBLE! THAT IS DIGUSTING SERVICE EVER! I'm spend hours to connecting to the right person and then assistant disconnecting because they cant sorted out my question.
Long time don't have that type of costumer service issue!
The whole ordeal just gets worse by the time. It's the most appallingly incompetent company there is.
Now, I received a message that my issue has been resolved, even though no suitable solutions have been offered and I haven't been contacted in many hours.
The company still refuses to come and collect the faulty item they have sent me TWICE, and falsely claiming that I returned due to a "change of mind" when it was clearly stated and proven that the item was delivered damaged, unless I go out of my away AGAIN and pay to print for a return label.

Avoid at all costs! Paid extra for next day delivery. Took over a week to deliver. Once delivered found item was wrong! Contacted CS on Twitter. Waste of time as they keep saying I had not sent DM when I had screenshot proof I did. Managed to find CS email and send complaint. Took days to reply for them to say they believe they had sent the correct item. Replied with proof of order confirmation and photos of item received vs order confirmation photos. They are not replying to my request for a refund. Stores will not accept returns/refunds from online purchase. Next stop is trading standards under Trade description act. I will never use this company ever again as they lie through their teeth.
Order placed on a Friday late night, claiming order already packed and shipped in 'less than 6 hrs' in the middle of the night - told them i won't receive as not at that address. Unwilling to listen, going on with the same rubbish about having sent the item already.No number, impossible to contact.Have lost around £80, will never be shopping from these thieves again. Do not buy- using old address automatically even if new address updated, then refusing to alter details claiming ‘ order shipped middle of night on a weekend’ (really?). They know you’ll never receive it hence cannot return it hence its confirmed money in their pocket.

I have had 2 orders not delivered. The tracking numbers on both when you try to track state invalid. I have received a refund and was told items no longer in stock but that was a lie they and now sitting in my bag. Something very wrong here. They are International deliveries to New Zealand

I have to believe there is something not right when you are given invalid tracking numbers and then told items are out of stock when they are still on their website. Although I got a refund I wanted the goods purchase, I feel that I am giving them an interest free lone for a couple of months.

They sent my order to the wrong address. When I eventually got hold of customer service they weren't interested. Not our problem they said. They've kept my £150 and are refusing to help. The customer service agent "Elizabeth" was incredibly unprofessional and rude.
The reason their prices are slightly cheaper is because they rip people off left, right, and centre (see other reviews).
Do not use this company unless you want to kiss your money goodbye with nothing to show for it.

I got charged postage to return a good. No where on their website does it warn you of this. Their customer service couldn't find anything either and said thats just what they do. I am going to take the matter to the small claims court. If anyone has been charged and wants to join this claim let me know.

I had wanted a set of matching luggage for a while, so took the opportunity to order a sale priced set from Sports Direct - the 5 piece blue canvas Dunlop set. Since there was a standard delivery charge, I also ordered 2 pairs of trainers, some jeans and luggage straps - all were sale priced. Quality of everything was very good, and only downer was that the jeans were sized very small, but I took them to my local Sports Direct store with my order form, and they were happy to exchange the jeans for a mens t-shirt I wanted for a gift. This is a huge company, and staff are all nice and helpful, and prices were excellent.
The order was absolutely horrible. Incorrect sizes, missing items.
I send back shoes I ordered, and wanted to replace them to the right size. Pay 360 SEK (32 euros) in shipping.
What they write is that they repay the money, and say it is out of stock. If I look at their website (today), they can be ordered in the size I wanted from the beginning.
So here I am with the money back, paid 360 SEK to send the wrong, without shoes and without apology.
Had been cheaper and easier to go to a regular store and buy right from the start. Then what happens to things that were missing is a mystery, since customer service does not respond. So I expect these goods or money I will never see again.

Ordered a hoodie online. Their courier company 'Yodel' initially refused to accept they had collected my parcel. I contacted sportsdirect who told me that they would look into and get someone to contact me the next day. Nobody got back to me. I then established that my parcel was in Ireland, I live in Cornwall. Again I contacted sportsdirect for help. They told me no refund until parcel returned by courier or I would have to wait for delivery.
Bought a large suitcase in sale i can't remember if I paid by cash or not, a wheel has lost its rubber runner, called in but without a receipt they cannot help me. Surely they have a way of finding a receipt if I've paid by cash, I bought the suitcase in the Southport store. But no understanding from them regarding the faulty wheel. Disgraceful service. Just don't purchase anything expensive as you will only be given a credit note or exchange. Their unfair policies do not issue refunds. Bit of a joke really, it's basically money grabbing.

I had the most ridiculous experience I ever could imagine, I bough a pair of shoes online and just after I confirmed the order, I realised the address was wrong, I am in London, and my old address is in Birmingham, so I contacted customer service to ask a simple thing, to update the order and to receive the item at my home address. However, after log of trouble accessing the site to contact customer service via chat, going through a robot answering no sense questioning, I finally got to a human and was informed that there was nothing they could do, I'd have to go to Birmingham to collect the shoes (and I am in London), or tell someone who lives in that address now (which I have no idea who it cold possibly be) to return it to the courier. I tried again all the robotic process again through the chat service until get to speak again with another attendant just to receive the very same answer. This is the most ridiculous customer services I have ever encounter. Does is cost that much to go in a computer and write two lines of an address? And I still had to hear that that was my responsibility, therefore there was not they could do to help. Never returning to this store again, not even to buy candies.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Sports Direct use Evri delivery service and when there is a problem *order not delivered), you cannot phone either to speak to a person.
I had been tracking the delivery with Evri & have screen shots saying it was NOT delivered on Sunday 18th due to the weather. I've been tracking every day & nothing to report. I sent an email & chat that I still haven't had my delivery to Sports Direct, & about an hour later get an update from Evri's tracking saying it was delivered on the 17th Dec at 23.59pm (screenshot. That message has now disappeared). SOMETHING'S VERY WRONG. I still haven't received my parcel. I was in and wide awake. We live at the bottom of a quiet close, with no-one passing. No knock, no letter left, checked with neighbours and NO DELIVERY.

They sent me size 18 loosely wrapped in a bag marked size 16.
Fair enough, mistake made, I didn't take their advice and return via recorded delivery at great expense, but I did pay £3 ordinary postage, (which I then had to fight tooth and nail to get reimbursement).
The replacement pair arrived, and low and behold, they were again size 18, loosely wrapped in a plastic bag marked size 16.
Needless to say I complained, they sent me a return label to return them again for exchange. I made a special visit to the couriers drop off shop.
The replacement arrived, This is the Third Pair, again size 18 loosely wrapped in a plastic bag marked size 16.
All throughout this process there has been little concern, or apology on their behalf. As I said, I had to keep demanding they refund me the £3 that I spent to get the first pair back to them. They eventually did refund me £3 "as a gesture of GOODWILL!". The cheek of it! They OWED me that money!
I wanted the item to go on holiday, but alas, it is now too late.
I am resolved to keep the incorrectly sized leggings, and wear them for gardening or something, because I have no confidence, that if I return them again, I will ever receive the leggings that I ordered.
Anyhow, they have not offered me a return label again, and they have not apologised either.
Do yourself a favour, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
I purchased a Carlton 4 played set from your Newbury Park branch at exactly 13:15 on the 1st June 2022. I was planning to go to the park with the kids and have a fun time playing badminton with this but we set everything up but the metal poles were not adequate to use on the grass as it was impossible to get them stable and hold the net tightly. You had to dig very deep to get the poles in would not hold the net firmly we were very disappointed because we had to repack everything and instead find to play football. And once finished at the park I went back to the shop at 19:50 to return the item and get a refund as the kit did not function how it is supposed to and I could not use it. Everything was in its original packaging the rackets still had all their plastic packaging and everything was as new, but the staff there were in such a hurry to close the shop they were very very rude and did not want to listen at all and kept rejecting my return request even though the item is still new and everything was in orginal packaging. The store manager of the Newbury Park branch was very very rude and just wanted to close the shop. I would like to return this item and get a full refund please and make a complaint against the Newbury Park Sports Direct shop for very rude customer service and breaching my rights "Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. My rights have been breached because the item you sold me is not fit for purpose. Can you please let me return your item and give me a full refund please, I will for sure never step a foot into that shop ever again and you have lost a very loyal customer who has been shopping with you for over ten years.
