Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore

I ordered a rifle on 2/1/2024. Has not shipped. No one answering phones. No one responding to emails. (Even if you use their "contact page" email form.). Today is 2/12/2024. Coming up on 2 weeks. Sportsman's site says the same thing it said at the time of order… "preparing to ship."

Do not waste your time. Wondering now if they are going out of business since their being acquired by Great Outdoors Group (think owners of Bass Pro Shops) fell apart in December 2023.

Guess it's time to cancel the order then file a grievance with my credit card company if my money is not refunded.

Turns out they finally responded to the email I sent via their web form saying the rifle would be shipped.4 days later it did finally show up. So I did receive the product. Going to leave the 1 star ranking because of the almost non-existent customer service communication.

I decided to try to give these guys some business after not ordering from them for months. Stupid idea. No customer service. No effort. They also use a sub par shipping company (FedEx) that is pathetic. Don't waste your time. There are many other vendors to buy from.
