I placed an order for one item. They sent me three. I called them immediately. They strung me along for two weeks then told me they wouldn't do a return. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

Gabriel did an outstanding job helping me with an order shipping date. We chatted and I was told the date and then Gabriel followed up the next day to tell me the order was shipped and will arrive sooner. Outstanding Job! Thank you Gabriel.

She was great- she made things nice and simple and not complicated. My item was damaged and I was calling to see what I could do. I was a little stressed but after I hung up the phone with Genevieve, I knew I was in good hands!

I didn't really have any huge problems. All I needed was help with the coupon code that didn't apply to my order and Lexi responded promptly and efficiently. She was so nice and very thorough with everything. The shipping was impeccable too by the way! Less than 48 hours and that helmet was in my hands!

Once receiving my order in the mail, the hologram serial number was not displaying on SM's site. I submitted my email request for help and within less than 24 hours, Cristin from the Customer Service department reached out to help with my issue. She was incredibly timely with her responses and work, even when I wasn't. Cristin went above and beyond to ensure my business with SM was great. Because of her help and how professional she was with it, I am already considering SM for more products moving forward.

Sonia was very helpful in resolving the shipping mistake of what I had ordered, and Sonia stayed on top of it and making inquires on my behalf to the warehouse, and Sonia did a follow-up to see if I had re-received the correct item the second time. Hats off to Sonia.

AJ reaches out to me when my original purchase was unavailable. I was given the opportunity to pick another item. When I did and the item was shipped, AJ reached out to me with the shipping information. Very helpful

I purchased a ball for a young man's birthday. I realized I had overlooked the shipping notices when I purchased. I contacted customer service and Shelby was quick to respond and the ball arrived with plenty of time. Truly lovely customer service experience

I ordered a basketball for my bosses birthday. I received an email a few days later saying they could not locate the original ball I requested. They offered me a different ball that was actually more expensive at no additional cost. I called in and spoke with Sonia Boppell. I explained what had happened and she was able to get the new order placed for me and because I was a little worried the new order would not ship in time she must have over nighted the ball for me. I was very impressed with how they took care of my needs. My boss will love his gift and I will be ordering more from this company again and again. Thank you Sonia you are amazing

Alexander's customer service was excellent. He immediately contacted me regarding the issue I had and he was very polite and understanding of the issue I contacted the company about. The 5 Star Rating is strictly for the Customer Service, not the product.

Donna was a "Life Savior" and went above and beyond to get me the sports memorabilia in time for my boss to present as a retirement gift to one of our VIP customers.
My boss gave me a thank you gift for making him look good! Thanks again Donna for helping me and my boss look great! Greatly appreciated the excellent and timely customer service.

Cristin was absolutely wonderful and continually checked in to let me know where my purchase was in the process. I had initially given her the wrong shipping address and she immediately got back to me. She also followed up to make sure my daughter was happy. Customer Service to perfection!

There was an issue with my order and Jodi Laureano was on top of it and provided great service. She figured out the problem, fixed it fast, and kept me updated on everything! Will definitely shop here again because of her and the customer service.

I purchased a Christmas gift for a friend and was disappointed to learn that a few days after I purchased the item, the price dropped during another sale. I contacted customer service and Lexi was very helpful in making sure she honored the new price and provided me with updated shipping/tracking information. Great experience overall! At first JSA declined the authenticity of the Messi autographed picture. However, after taking another look, JSA V. P. JameS Spence III Has confirmed that the picture is Authentic. Sports Memorabilia staff have been great working with me and I have purchased several other items that have been authenticated. I will continue to trust and buy...

Upon receiving my item I noticed the authentication certificate was not included. When I contacted the company the assigned me Jane Tesoriero who personally assisted with my enquiry. Jane was friendly, efficient and fast which made my experience with the company a very positive one.

I had the opportunity to work with Lauren Alfonzo after I received my order that wasn't quite right. We had ordered an autographed baseball cap and display case to be delivered within 5 days for our grandson's birthday and bar mitzvah. Three days before the event, the case arrived, cracked. Donna O'Donnell said she would try to rush it. She did. It arrived two days before the event. Service could not have been better! John Schwab
