I placed an order for one item. They sent me three. I called them immediately. They strung me along for two weeks then told me they wouldn't do a return. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

My niece and I ordered the exact same gift for her son. Shelby was super helpful in processing the return and prompt refund for one of the Andrew Benintendi autographed baseballs.

First time shopper with Sportsmemorabilia and with the customer service provided by Shelby, I will definitely shop with them again. Now I have to find another gift for a young Benintendi fan!

Cristin Morel is one of those Customer Service Professionals that I can say is a true professional. Her communication, follow-up and follow-through skills were on full display as she assured my items were received before New Years. And for under committing and over delivering they showed up well in advance of 12/31/18.

I hope SportsMemoralibilia.com realizes what a talent they have in Cristin and promotes her as deserved. Exceptional Customer skills are an art, not a science and Cristin is an artisit here!

Cristin, I appreciate all your efforts. It is refreshing to know excellent customer service is still alive and well in the business world today.

Rest assured I will continue to buy from this company for all of my sports memorabilia needs in the future because of Cristin!

This year for holiday shopping I was tasked with finding a Golf Picture for my Father-in-Law. Not only did I find the perfect picture at SportsMemorabilia.com, my item showed up well before it should have and tracking the package was simple. In addition the customer service from Lauren Alfonzo was AMAZING!

I would highly recommend this site to any person looking to purchase quality sports memorabilia.

Ordered my item in may and reached out to see status of item after sometime had passed. My customer service rep was Alexis Mariner. She went above and beyond to find out the status of my item. When was prompt and apologetic for the delay. She sent me emails updating when item was sent and delivered. She also reached out to make sure I was happy with my item. Thanks so much Alexis Mariner, you are an asset to Sportsmemorbilia! Great job!

I spoke with Andrea Mendoza. She turned my experience around. I am a first time buyer and like others nervous about spending a large amount of money online. But, I did my research and decided to go for it. I placed my order. Everything was good until I got a voicemail from Dan about my order was all that was said. I made several attempts to speak with Dan and left voicemails and never did he return my call. So, scared that something was wrong I called customer service and spoke with Andrea. She put me at ease, told me everything was fine with my order and where it was in the process and what would happen next. She even found a coupon and gave me 25$ back! I don't know who looks at these reviews but, give that girl a raise, a vacation and a promotion. She needs to be training the "Dans" of the company on how you do things. Thanks to her I will be purchasing again. Thank you, thank you, thank you Andrea!

I had an issue with an item I purchased and Shelby helped me out tremendously. The item was mistakenly not in stock at the time I ordered it (not her fault at all). She apologized and offered me other similar items. I wasn't particularly interested in those so I asked if she could give me a partial refund since it was going to be pretty late. She was on it right away, got it cleared, and issued the refund promptly. She then emailed me when the product had been shipped and emailed me again when it arrived to make sure I was satisfied. Her customer service was second to none. Extremely helpful, informative, timely, and professional. Honestly one of, if not the best, customer service experiences I've ever had. Couldn't ask for more.

Taryn was very helpful. She provided me with wonderful customer service. I related to her my concern about the product and she got back to me quickly and resolved the problem completely. I was so impressed with how efficient she was. She went above and beyond to get the issue resolved quickly. It impressed me so much, I want to give Sports Memorabilia.com all my business. The framed jersey we ordered (which was the last one available) arrived damaged during shipment. The Company immediately offered to cover the cost to have a local framer re-frame despite the fact that the cost to reframe was nearly half the price of the item. Since our son really wanted the rare framed jersey and we could not find a comparable replacement, we couldn't have been more grateful. It's worth noting that the Company resolved the issue and refunded the cost of the frame within minutes, making this one of the best experiences we have ever had with customer service for an item purchased on line.

I was waiting for my order is ship and it hadn't after over a week from when I ordered. I contacted the company and spoke with Shelby, she was very pleasant and very willing to help me. The next day I got the notice it shipped and Shelby went above and beyond with follow up emails to me. Thank you so much for your great help. I wish everyplace had this service.

I didnt realize I had ordered a change to a product that I didnt need - rather than just accept my order she contacted me to ensure thats what I really wanted and then cancelled the change. This saved me a lot of money and the finish on the product was much nicer! It would have been easy to just let me spend more but her concern was that I get the best quality st the best price! Really appreciate her personal and professional handling of my order!

I was worried about getting my Red Sox Picture as I did get an email from PayPal for the payment but not from SportsMemorabilia so I reached out to customer service and they were fantastic. Lexi responded to me right away and assured me that my package was in fact in transit. I have since recieved it and the picture is better than I expected! Love your customer service and will definately order from you again!

I called with an issue on the shipping of a product I ordered. Shelby gave me up to date info on when I was going to receive my product because I couldn't get a date from the website. Shelby was great to deal with and on top of all my requests! Thanks again Shelby!

Just want to share my experience...
Taryn went extra miles to help... FedEx tried to deliver my package 3 times but I was not available... my package ended up in the FedEx hub... Taryn called the FedEx hub and worked with them to do another delivery... now I got my package and pretty happy with it.

I have purchased quit a few autographed hockey pictures, pucks etc... at Sports Memorabilia. The pictures are of high quality, and the signatures are spot on. The one thing though that really stands out to me is the continuous customer service/support I receive from Connie Hubbard. I know it sounds cliché but it is refreshing to know that customer support/service is alive and well. Connie is a true example of this.

I used live chat and customer rep Tricia Case helped me with an question I had with a coupon code issue I had and had some questions about my order's shipping information. Tricia was patient and helped me with everything I needed. I would definitely recommend shopping at sportsmemorabilia.com, I couldn't have asked for better and fast customer service.

Melissa Ospina is one of the best customer service agents ever. Melissa was extremely helpful throughout the process. She informed me of steps that would occur, communicated throughout the whole process and ensured that my issue was resolved. I wish all customer service agents at all companies were as helpful as Melissa.

I love to write this Review for the very special help I got from a very special person that is Andrea Mendoza. For Customer Service she is equal the the Magic man we all loved in the basketball court (in my book he was one of the best in NBA history). I pray that this company finds way to keep and motivate such a person that has all quality a leader must have. I travel all over the world and in my book she is simply the best. She is my Magic Johnson of Customer Services.

Shelby was a tremendous help. I had issues with my order and she went above and beyond to try and resolve them and ultimately refunded my order in lightening speed! Although i didnt keep my order, i would order from here again.

I ordered two products for my boyfriends birthday; unfortunately I received 1 of the items but never received the other item after waiting almost a month. I was very disappointed considering this was for a gift. I contacted customer service and was very happy with the service I received. Elysha was able to help find a solution to the problem. She was super helpful and provided me with great customer service. I received the item in less than a week and she was kind enough to follow back to see if I received the item!

After getting my signed photos I discovered that they offered all three already framed as a tripic. I couldn't frame the three loose ones as nice for the price. Had no problem returning the photos and the framed version was on my doorstep in 3 days. The customer service lady was very nice and accommodating and keep me informed all the way thru the return process and my refund was issued, all in about 6 days. They have a great selection i. E 14 pages of Georgia Bulldog stuff and 99 pages of Pittsburgh Steeler stuff for example. Highly recommend them

Honestly at first I was a little concerned because my purchase was for Christmas gift, and I wasn't sure if it was going to be here in time and with it being Christmas season I understand that things move a little slow and I didn't get a tracking number as soon as I had hoped. However Alexis Mariner kept me informed and posted and did a very good job at easing my concerns.
My package is due to arrive tomorrow so I can't post a photo of it just yet

Gabriel went above and beyond trying to help me track down my order. He provided excellent customer service trying every method to help me find my order and then went on to help me fast track it in hopes that it would arrive before Christmas. Most people would have just let me know they couldn't find my order using my name but Gabriel tried multiple methods to ensure he could help me out. I was worried that I had paid for my item and not received an email confirmation but Gabriel made feel alot better and assured me he would do everything he can to get it sent out ASAP. He was extremely helpful and friendly.
