I placed an order for one item. They sent me three. I called them immediately. They strung me along for two weeks then told me they wouldn't do a return. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
The only reason why I didn't give this review a 1 star rating is because of Shelby in customer service and the reason why I didn't give this a 5 star rating was because of the issues I had with my order. I ordered a framed sports photo in April and a few weeks later was notified via email that it was shipped and delivered. I contacted Sports Memorabilia and Shelby got right on this. It was shipped to the wrong address. A new one was sent out a month later and I received the photo but it was without a frame. From beginning to end it took 2 months. Shelby continued to proactively follow-up with me to make sure everything was moving along and got resolved and also offered a reimbursement for the frame and an extra 10% for my trouble. I didn't have to constantly contact Sports Memorabilia with these issues. This was the best customer service experience I have ever had and because of this experience, I will shop here again. I understand mistakes happen and accept that but knowing that someone feels the sense of urgency and ownership to resolve the issue is key! Great job! Another satisfied customer.
Gabriel followed through with what he said regarding the shipping issue I was having. Integrity is a rare find these days, but not with him. Because of him, my 9-year old grandson will have the best Christmas present ever.
Shelby has been very fast mailing me back and helpful as well.
She gave me another alternatives in case my first plan didn't work.
I'll contact her in the future for sure.

Marie Wall took a problem I had with a "no show" order and through her dedicated persistence got it handled incredibly well. What made her extra-special is that she kept me posted of her progress each step of the way. People like Marie are really hard to find.
I had a small problem with the seasonal staff. Which happens in a lot of businesses. But Christine stepped in and did more than make things right. If anyone has any problems with their orders contact her and your problem will be solved. Will define try keep buying my memorabilia here.

I'm stationed overseas, the mail issue can get a bit complicated and frustrating. I really want to say how thankful I am for what a great job your agent Shelby Coyle did in making sure my nephew received his Xmas gift. I realized about 10 days before that I had misread the shipping time and I chatted with Shelby to see if I was out of luck. You see, the framed item was being handmade at another site. Thank you to Gabriel Miranda, best employee your company will ever have. I ordered an autographed picture in November. It never came. I called numerous times, never had any luck finding out if it was really going to be delivered. I called today and was lucky enough to get Gabriel. He went above and beyond to get the picture shipped. I gave up that I would ever receive it. Although I am not yet in receipt of the picture, I am in awe of his customer service. Very refreshing since most companies could care less about their customers!
