I placed an order for one item. They sent me three. I called them immediately. They strung me along for two weeks then told me they wouldn't do a return. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

I ordered two items as gifts for a member of my association. I was very late with the order. I called 3 days later and they reported that they were shipped. Customer Service was a 20 out of 10.
She even re-sent my order acknowledgement and invoice to a separate email address.
If the product is as good as the service, then we didn't pay enough.
Genevieve Busby helped me resolve a "wrong item shipment mistake" long after the return policy ended. She listened to the circumstances and was able to facilitate a wonderful resolution for all involved in a timely way. I placed an order for a signed photograph that was not supposed to arrive for several weeks, which was after I needed it in order to give it to my boyfriend as a gift. Shelby was unbelievably helpful, contacting the merchant and managing logistics along the way to make sure that my order got to me on time. She was incredibly responsive and truly went above and beyond for me. Totally rare these days! I can't recommend Sports Memorabilia highly enough. Great service, great company.
Ordering from UK. Took about a week for them to despatch. To be fair, the small print said it might, but this was slower than I expected. This nearly caused a problem because it was scheduled for delivery during my vacation. But Shelby was v helpful and sorted out a redirect to a friend's house. Good service sorting out this issue.

She contacted the warehouse, confirmed they had the item I wanted, provided me easy steps to return the wrong item, and had my correct order shipped quickly. I had a couple of troubleshooting items regarding my order of 3 signed baseballs from 3 different facilities and she not only assisted with finding the tracking information in under 10 minutes for all three, but also provided consistent updates (I had expedited shipping) through the delivery process. Best customer service I've received in years - I would recommend to anyone!
Alexis Mariner is a great customer service rep. I bought one of their products as a birthday gift for my son and while looking it over, I had a question. I called SM and Alexis came on the line. She listened to my question and told me she would look into it, then sent me an email requesting further information, which I sent. A couple of hours later, I received an email satisfactorily answering my question. Alexis was very understanding and efficient in helping me. I would definitely ask for her in the future. Ordered a gift for my dad as a birthday present, item arrived in good condition and as described- he could not be happier with it. I did end up contacting Lexi from customer service for an update on how long the process would take and she was great; quite helpful both with the information I requested and following up to make sure I was satisfied. Waited very long for an autographed photo that turned out to be a player's cancellation and rescheduling of the signing. Connie from customer service kept us up to date via email throughout the process so that we weren't left wondering what happened to our package.
