Just a quick note to let you know what incredible service I received from Jane Tesoriero this week. Called on a Friday about a case I bought having a small scratch in the middle. The person who took that call was able to inform the correct party of my issue and I was contact that following Monday. The whole process of getting a new item was quick and easy.

Jane Tesoriero is an absolute angel! With the holiday season being incredibly hectic, one can imagine the stress of making dream come true presents come to life. Somehow my shipping address and my billing address got combined and mixed. Terrence sorted it out right away and was kind enough to follow up a second time (a few days later) to make sure I had received my tracking number.

Shakira was very friendly and prompt. I called when the item I bought went on sale the very next day. Shakira looked up my order and after talking to her manager said she would refund me the difference. I will continue to purchase all my sports memorabilia from this site.

Alexis went out of her way to assure me in a timely matter that the correct item would be sent to me as quickly as possible. She emailed me with tracking info. I ordered an item to be shipped internationally and had trouble with customs. They asked for a lot of documents in a very short time threatening to send the package back for return. I contacted Sports memorabilia customer service and thank God I got Jane Tesoriero. Jane was so nice to answer our emails and get online and send us documents event went to office regardless of the fact that it was middle of the night! The problem got solved just in time and thanks to Jane ho was so nice to exchange emails with the customs people until they got it right. Outstanding customer service guys! Great job! She got a replacement cap displace cased approved and shipped to me quickly when I reported mine arrived broken. Alexis Mariner was incredibly helpful with my order. There was a slight mix up in my order, where I received a signed hockey puck instead of a signed baseball, and Alexis did an outstanding job of keeping me up to date until the issue was solved.
