I placed an order for one item. They sent me three. I called them immediately. They strung me along for two weeks then told me they wouldn't do a return. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

Did a live Chat today with Gabriel... great customer service! Got me the information I needed very quickly! Aside from the live chat experience, ordering from sportsmemorabilia.com has been awesome! Great products and quick turnaround time.

I placed an order from Canada and had a few questions with regards to the shipping and duties that would be applied to the shipment. I received all of the answers I had questions to right away from Shelby. There was an issue with the shipping and I contacted Shelby again and it turned out to be a FedEx internal issue. That said, Shelby tracked the shipment and kept an eye on it and updated me when the shipment issues were resolved. This is great customer service!

I ordered a autographed Jersey that had a 7 to 10 business day processing time. I reached out to Shelby to either expedite the shipment and to find out what can I do since I will be leaving for a short vacation.

Shelby answered promptly, gave me full details of the shipment, reached out to the warehouse overseas and provided me with all the options I would have.

When the shipment arrived at the fedex holding location, Shelby again reached out and informed me that my package has arrived. After I went to pick up, she sent me an email informing that the package has been picked up and asked if I have any concerns or issues with it.

Shelby made my experience so pleasant and easy. This is the best service I have ever had with shopping online.

There was a mix-up with my order but Ingrid Padron handled everything so well and made me want to shop with Sports Memorabilia again. She went above and beyond what I expected and made the experience a lot more pleasant than it had been. Thanks so much, Ingrid!

I had ordered an item that was not going to reach me in time for what I needed it for so I called in and got Shelby. Shelby made some phone calls and was able to get me my item on the date I needed it. Shelby then followed up with an email asking if everything was as I expected. You rarely get that exceptional customer service with a follow up after you receive something. Highly recommend Sportsmemorabilia.com and you'll be blessed to get Shelby.

Andrea did a fantastic job with my order of an AZ Cardinals football display case. I had a very short time line and Andrea did excellent work in getting it to me on time and just the case i had wanted. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, had great customer service skills and was a delight to work with. I am a big fan now of Sports Memorabilia.com thanks to Andrea and her willingness to go the extra mile to assist me.

I had ordered a Christmas gift for my husband that was taking too long to process so it wouldn't arrive until late after Christmas. She helped me out and ensure that it arrived way ahead of schedule. Ordered an item and had trouble with shipping, Shelby was great to deal with and was very helpful. I ended up getting a refund straight away and also a $50 credit for the inconvenience. Great service on there end and no stress.

I purchased a signed hockey puck for my nephew for Christmas. It arrived, but the tampered seal was not in place. We were only a few days out from Christmas at that point, but Eukneique made sure that a new one was shipped out immediately. Eukneique was super responsive to any of our questions too! Thanks for saving the day and helping to make my nephews holiday!

I placed an order 2 days before my items going on sale. I chatted with Thais and inquired about getting the sale price as it was only 2 days prior that I had ordered. It was a difference of $50! That's a lot of money in the collector world. Thais made it happen and got my items discounted to the sale price! Way to go Thais for being on it!

I purchased an item online prior to the realization that it would not arrive in time for an event. Shelby Coyle was the customer service representative that I spoke to regarding my dilemma. She made it very easy to cancel my order for a full refund. I would absolutely consider ordering from this site in the future now that I have the reassurance of wonderful customer service.

I had an issue with my order. FedEx lost it and became magically un traceable. Cristin was a gem. She emailed me directly so that she could stay in contact with me as she worked out the problem... Right before CHRISTMAS! I can't say enough about how kind and on the ball she was for me. Thank you Cristin!

So I originally messed up my shipping information and immediately emailed customer service. Alexis emailed me back first thing on Monday morning and was able to fix the address. The item shipped fairly quickly and arrived today. As soon as I received it, Alexis emailed me asking if I was satisfied with product. There was a little damage nothing major (a small crease) and Alexis refunded a portion of my purchase due to the damage. The picture itself is amazing! There's a small hologram at the bottom right of the picture. This is used for authentication. This is my second time buying from this company. I highly recommend. The site cares about their customers and the quality of their products! 10/10 would recommend.

These guys are top notch! We ordered a hockey stick that was going to be late for our Chistmas party. They jumped through hoops to get this order changed around and expedited to show up on time for our party. This is the third time we have purchased from them. We will continue to do business.

I've been waiting for a special gift for my grandson and just received the first half of the two-part gift, the two gifts go together. When I opened the collectors item, it wasn't even in the ballpark from what I ordered. I contacted customer service and was directed to Andrea whom was very understanding of what had taken place and the time constraint I was dealing with. She took down the info, verified the correct order, and within minutes had the correct item ready to ship the next day and be at my post office box prior to my grandsons birthday.
In these times its very seldom one gets the caring and quick response of this type, I very seldom if any give a huge "Shout Out" to a company or an employee of a company, but Andrea earned it and deserves it!

I ordered a signed photo for my husband from this site. I chose the option to have it framed. When it arrived, it was MUCH nicer that I anticipated. My husband was ecstatic! My order shipped quickly, no damage, and I loved the quality of the product. The authentication information was attached to the back of the frame, very convenient. I will definitely be ordering from this site again.

Needed an item to arrive in time for a birthday gift- spoke to Donna O'Donnell and she was absolutely AMAZING to work with! Called me back with updates and emailed me with tracking and guess what it got here in time and exactly when promised! Would for sure purchase from this company again!
