I placed an order for one item. They sent me three. I called them immediately. They strung me along for two weeks then told me they wouldn't do a return. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
After the card I purchased was lost by FedEx (through no fault of Sports Memorabilia), Shelby Coyle took care of getting a replacement quickly and hassle-free for me. The process was very easy and Shelby stayed on top of it the entire time. She was great! The card arrives quickly and in perfect condition.
After realizing I forgot to include a promo code when checking out, I called your company and received exemplary help from Gabriel Miranda. She helped me to resolve my oversight and credited my account for the amount I would have received if I had used the promo code. Gabriel was extremely helpful and professional.
Melissa Ospina was absolutely engaged in helping me on the phone today! I did not have my order number, her response NO PROBLEM, may I get your last name and first. Within seconds she confirmed my order and told me shipping status. It was coming Saturday. Problem is no one is at my office on Saturday. Her response. NO PROBLEM I will contact Federal Express and find out options. Within 5 minutes she called me back and informed me she had arranged for it to come on Tuesday! I only hope all of my employees respond to my customers the way Melissa, handled my issue today! Melissa, if you read this. And want to move to Tampa, you are hired! Great job.
I recently needed to return an item ordered from Sportsmemorabilia. A process that could have become a time consuming issue in my busy day was resolved in a manner that was extremely appreciated. Received an autographed photo for my birthday. Didn't really like it and wanted to exchange it. I contacted Shelby and I was able to exchange the photo no questions asked. I also put in a request regarding the quality of the signature which Shelby was able to help with as well. Great help from Shelby.

I was very disappointed when I purchased a signed football by five coaches/players. Two weeks after I purchased it, I received an email saying the football was damaged and said I could pick something else out. When I went on the site, the same football was listed for twice the price I paid. I emailed my concerns, feeling cheated and lied to, only to receive an email back saying it was a mistake on the web designers part and the football would be taken down. Three weeks later, it's still listed for the higher price. An error on their part to list it for the cheaper price but that is their fault, not mine. When they lied about it, it just solidified my decision to never buy from this site again.
I am a first-time buyer of SM and they were very responsive providing excellent service. I ordered a print for my wife's birthday and Shakira promptly followed up, making sure the shipping service was such that it would arrive on time for her birthday. I would recommend Sports Memorabila for any sports fan; nice selection of product, good communication and great customer service!

The warehouse messed up my order multiple times (missing holograms, missing auth cards, damaged items due to very poor packaging for shipping), however, Eukneique never gave up on me until the order was right. A frustrating experience that ended well. 5 stars for customer service from Eukneique, who saved the day amidst a frustrating experience.

I recently made a purchase on SportsMemorabilia.com and then noticed just a couple days later that the price was lower. I contacted their customer service department, where Shelby Coyle was most helpful. She told me there was no problem and the lower price would be honored. She explained how she would do a mock check out at the current price and calculate the difference between the new total and what I paid, and refund the difference to my card. Further, she told me she'd follow up with an email. Shelby followed through on everything, and she was pleasant throughout our phone call. There was no irritation or annoyance that seems so disturbingly common for people in customer service. Rather, she wanted to help from the get go and thus, everything she did and/or suggested was done to that end. She was truly serving the customer. Thank you, Shelby! I hope to be so lucky as to get a gem like you the next time I contact a company's customer service department.
Genevieve Busby worked with me exclusively and delivered excellent customer service. My returned item was handled with professionalism and one on one service. The quality of the item I ordered, compared to the price, was disappointing. I guess I paid for more licensing fees than product. Buyer beware.
Reason I am calling it a bad company is because I canceled my order and they still sent it out well at least they say they did. Then been getting a run around tring to get my refund. This is by far the worst company to deal with. I recommend buying from someone else.

I received a call from Preston Graham that a product I ordered for my son's birthday was delayed due to Hurricane Irma and wouldn't arrive in time for the party. He was very apologetic and said he could connect me to customer service to see what could be done. I was connected to Andrea Mendoza who took the time to contact the warehouse and arrange to have the order rushed through processing and shipped that day to arrive the next day even though they were way behind due to the storm. I truly appreciate both of them for helping to make my son's birthday a special one! Thank you!

Truly great customer service. Gabriel Miranda was extremely helpful in helping me with my order concerns and answered my questions I had about authenticity of the products the sell. He even double checked the product I had ordered to verify it was certified by either JSA or PSA.
After helping with my concerns, he kept me updated on my order and sent me an e-mail notifying me it had been shipped (I got the automated e-mail and his e-mail). Truly glad I purchased through here instead of some other website or eBay. At least I feel secure in my purchase that I know my boyfriend is going to absolutely love.
