I placed an order for one item. They sent me three. I called them immediately. They strung me along for two weeks then told me they wouldn't do a return. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
The item I ordered was beautiful and the person I gave it to absolutely loved it. The shipping was so fast I'm international and it arrived within a few days. Shelby C was so helpful through all of my concerns and questions and I appreciated Romeo calling me to thank me for my service. I truly feel like an appreciated customer and I will definitely be making future purchases

My paypal account automatically inserted my old address at check out (my fault, I know). After clicking submit I reviewed my order and realized my item was to be shipped to the wrong house. I emailed customer service and Marcos reached out to me at 7:00 AM the next morning to let me know my address had already been changed. After delivery, I received a follow-up email from Marcos making sure the item had arrived to the right address and safely. Really exceptional follow-up all around. I put the wrong email on my order and in trying to check tracking I needed my order number which was sent to another email address. I called and spoke with Shelby she was awesome she got me all fixed up. Then Shelby made me aware that part of my shipment would ship at a later date. Shelby then followed up with me after I received the second part of my order. That type of treatment is very rare these days and was definitely appreciated. I look forward to future purchases and you can definitely account Shelby's customer service for that. Wonderful products and Wonderful customer service what more could you ask for.
Linda Blake was absolutely amazing! I ordered something for my nephew for being a ring bearer last minute and the item was out of stock! Linda quickly emailed me to let me know, and was on top of finding something similar for him. She was able to ship it out immediately and get it just in time for my wedding.

Never received the item and it was just sent to the town over from me with no specific address or instructions. Unsure how to recover the jersey or how to be reimbursed. Kind of disappointing if I lose money and receive no item out of this exchange.

Bought an item, never received tracking info. Called to check on it, order had been cancelled but I was never notified. Still showed that the item was available on website. Called to ask why there was availability and was told the website runs behind. However after ordering it the item went from available to unavailable back to available. If you are in a bit of a hurry do not deal with this company it could your Christmas. Also when I ordered the item I talked to an individual to verify it was what I wanted and was never told it was unavailable.

I placed an order online about 10 days and hadn't heard anything on delivery nor received any tracking information. I went back to the website and decided to Live Chat. Andrea Mendoza, the Customer Service representative was able to check on my order within minutes and gave me the expected ship date. She went above and beyond, in my opinion, as she asked me if there was a date I needed the item. I gave her the date and with the expected ship date it should have been delivered in time; however, she took it upon herself to contact the shipping department and got my ship date moved up so that there was no question it would arrive in time. This made me very happy as this is a gift.
I was disappointed when my gift arrived damaged. Our customer service rep, Genevieve Busby was extremely helpful in getting this resolved. She was empathetic to the situation and was prompt and courteous in her communications. A replacement was sent and I was notified by her with tracking info. Genevieve provided excellent customer service.

I bought a signed Tom Brady jersey about 9 days ago and after days of getting ahold of someone. Connie (service rep) told me they were all sold out. Pretty sad since I spent $1,700 and had to put in hours of leg work to find that out. After more convos with Connie she told me they should be receiving more in 2 months. Sure is a long time to wait over such an expensive order. Worst part is. Looked this morning and they had several jerseys available that were signed but for $2,000 more since they just won the super bowl. Every time I call, it says no one is available but Connie who has not been the slighest bit of help.
Worst customer service I've seen by far. And the MOST expensive order I've ever placed. Who knows what will happens but I want my jersey and the same EXACT deal I purchased
I was fortunate enough to be in contact with Shelby Coyle from sports memorabilia. As i received a damaged photo she quickly and promptly resolved my case. I received a reasonable credit for damaged photo as such photo had some sentimental value to me. I can not say enough about her professionalism.
