I placed an order for one item. They sent me three. I called them immediately. They strung me along for two weeks then told me they wouldn't do a return. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
Thais Evans of Customer Service was extremely helpful to me with regard to resolving an issue with regard to applying an adjusted sale price to an item that went on sale shortly after I had just ordered it. I am very happy with his quick response.
If it weren't for her, I think SportsMemorabilia would have less than one. I knew there had to be someone there that could at least 'try' and help me out. Unfortunately, I was only dealing with one person prior to reaching her. I ordered an item well within the timeline to have it before Christmas, but unfortunately, it didn't make it. All I wanted to do was be helped. I finally gave up, decided to call and request someone else. That definitely did the trick! Andrea Mendoza totally rocks as she me with excellent customer service! She saved Christmas with the in-laws!

Jodi Laureano was magnificent - the site is actually one of the worst I use to purchase Sports Memorabilia from, but she was patient and knowledgeable and supported me through a couple of orders, redeeming some points and re-setting the account password. Without her I would have probably gone elsewhere.
I had ordered a print for my husband that arrived in a much better setting than I had paid for. I contacted Donna O'Donnell and she informed me that since the error was on their part, that I could keep the more valuable print, with their best wishes. Wow! What a generous company with gracious employees. I'll continue to do business with them in the future.
I made an order the other day and for some reason forgot to enter the coupon code. Called Customer Care and Trish Case helped my get credited back the amount for the coupon without any trouble. Thanks Trish!
I ordered signed football and a case and had a little trouble with tracking in the beginning (my fault) I called in didn't have a wait time, they were extremely helpful and also tracked my packages for me and updated me. They were very nice and professional also. I will be returning customer. Go Hawks!
I want to thank Cristin for her excellent customer service support. Although the item that I had ordered did get shipped to one of their warehouses instead of directly to me, Cristin replied promptly to my emails and through personal contact and emails, the issue was resolved quickly. She went out of her way to find answers and solutions that assured me that all was taken care of and, for that, I am grateful.

Crisin is awesome. I ordered an item an unfortunately the wrong one was sent by mistake. Cristin M was able to successfully locate the right item for me and went above and beyond to ship it out the next day so that I could receive it when needed. I had an issue with an order that I placed on Amazon for 2 pieces of memorabilia. Amazon didn't update their "remaining quantities" and essentially was selling a product that was no longer available. I called Sports Memorabilia.com customer service and spoke to Cristin Morel who couldn't have been nicer. She was able to resolve my issue quickly and offer me comparable items to my original order.
Good customer service goes a long way and I will definitely be back to purchase to more thanks to Cristin's help.

I have been emailing Kevin Centeno for a few days back and forth on how I could return something. He was very friendly and got through the whole process quickly and made sure I got everything figured out that I needed. I love shopping through Sports Memorabilia and it is even better knowing that if I need to make returns or have questions that the people working there are just as great!
I purchased a jersey from the site for my dad and input the wrong address to FedEx returning it to the seller, i emailed their customer service rep Gabriel and he was very helpful and always on top of it. He tracked it from the return and then once they couldn't find it in the warehouse offered a different product at no cost to me even though it was my error, i truly feel confident buying from them again as I know they will look out for their customers, thanks Gabriel!

My order was a gift and a message was supposed to be included with the item. It was not included. The recipient would not have known it was from me if I had not told them.
I ordered an item for our daughter's birthday and was worried that it would not reach her in time. When I called to check on shipping I spoke with Lexi and she assured me that it would arrive on time. She emailed me with shipping info and then followed up with an email after the item was delivered (on time!) just making sure that we were satisfied with the purchase. Great service and I'll definitely shop here again!

This company failed to ship me an item $98.00 but didn't bother to refund me my money. They did the same thing on a second item where they cancelled the order but didn't refund the money. Good luck getting someone on the phone or a response on their "chat " site. They never respond.

2 days before xmas we received a damaged item and Cristin made a miracle happen she had a new item shipped out immediately and we received it Christmas eve it's a gift for my God mom who has severe M. I'm from Canada and came across this site online as I was looking for fun items for my living space. I ordered 3 items, had an issue with shipping (I didnt know duty was a factor) but one item was scratched and the other two exact items had a different size logo. Iexpected a sorry, too bad email but I did not expect such customer service but Shelby was absolutely amazing.
We had an order that was supposed to be shipped Friday with two day Fed Ex. We had not received it yesterday. This morning they told me they shut down Friday due to the hurricane and didn't open until yesterday, and it was shipped yesterday, so we will receive it tomorrow on our son's 50th birthday.
