I placed an order for one item. They sent me three. I called them immediately. They strung me along for two weeks then told me they wouldn't do a return. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
Alexis was amazing! I was worried that my husband's gift would not arrive in time for Christmas- Alexis made sure I had my tracking number and was in touch with me boxing day to ensure that i had my order and all was well.

Shelby Coyle was able to figure out why my order had not shipped and got back to me that very same day. She was able to figure out the problem and I received my package within a couple of days. She was excellent.

I placed an order for a Signed Jersey as a Christmas present, there was so type of computer error and Ingrid personally did all she could to get me my perfect present! I received the jersey yesterday and it is perfect! She saved my Christmas!
I was in a pinch for a Christmas gift to deliver from the site. It had been held up for some reason. I contacted them and got Shelby Coyle. She was very helpful in getting with the warehouse to find the problem, communicated it with me, and got a resolution. She did everything she could to get it to me on time and I couldn't be more appreciative of her efforts.
I ordered a ticket stub from the 1983 World Series as a gift on a Friday, and paid for FedEX next day shipping so that I could have it on Monday... But when I was checking out online at 1:40pm, I noticed that it said orders placed after 1 pm would be processed the next business day... I called and got Alexis, who pulled the order, flagged it at the Distribution Center, and made sure it shipped... and I received it Monday morning in time to give it as a gift Monday night. Thanks so much! PS, my friend absolutely loved it!
We ordered our item and had some issues in delivery due to the courier. Shelby went well above and beyond to make sure we got our item with minimum fire and dealt with the issue with the courier. Best customer service I've had in a while, will order again.

Had a few issues with confirmation of my international order and, due to Labor Day weekend, had major problems contacting anyone to resolve it. Thankfully, Ingrid Padron was the only person to respond over the weekend and did a fantastic job resolving my queries. Thanks Ingrid - you're a real star!
Cristin was absolutely excellent and fixed my issue in no time. I had received a defective product and Cristin got a replacement sent out to me within the week! On top of that, Cristin was incredibly responsive and provided me with all of the information I needed! Easily one of the best customer service representatives I've had!

I used a signed puck and a display case. The display case came with a flaw and that is what Cristin corrected in less than a week. It really meant a lot because it was a birthday present!
I order something at sportsmemorabilia.com and I had an issue with the estimated shipping. I called the customer service and Thais Evans and Corey Bandremer were amazing in helping me out. They both took charge, solved my issue and were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend buying from them.

Purchased a framed autographed NFL photo for my son's 50th birthday on line. The next day photo was priced cheaper. Called and talked with Shelby and she lowered and credit my account with the difference. I was very impressed. Then when I received the photo the frame had a very small scratch on it. Immediately emailed Shelby and she responded with a solution to this issue and I sent back the framed photo and without a lot of delay problem fixed and we were very happy with the final product. I needed help finding my hologram for authenticity purposes and used the live chat on the website. Connie Hubbard was my agent and she was wonderful. She was very patient and helped me locate the hologram. Excellent customer service.
Alexis helped me out when I was curious about shipping dates for my order. She was always available and quick to respond to my questions. She kept in contact with me throughout the shipping and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase!
I ordred a signed framed Bellinger World Series jersey on Aug 16. It took several weeks to arrive which was ok, but when I opened it up, the frame was cracked and damaged. I called customer service, they told me to take pictures, send them and return the item. I did that very day. Fast forward to today, Nov 1. After not receiving a replacement, several phone calls and emails, zero help from them, being told to contact Fedex I was told that Fedex lost the package and there are no more left so I will have to accept a refund in another 7 TO 10 DAYS! If they would have helped me when I started asking for help, maybe they wouldn't be "sold out" of the jersey I bought. No offers to help me find a replacement jersey to make up for their mistakes, no customer service, just sorry, we'll have to give you a refund.

I contacted customer service and Shelby Coyle found out what was going on and kept me informed. She was extremely helpful and concerned that I got the surprise gift on time. I was very impressed by the prompt helpfulness of Shelby Coyle in resolving the issue I had with the gift card I ordered for someone. The gift card was received in a timely manner after I contacted her about a problem in receiving it. Again, thanks for your prompt help!
Connie handled my questions in a timely manner. She communicated me on 3 different occasions to make sure that I understood the changes in my order and to report that the item had been shipped according to my request. I appreciated her polite and friendly phone demeanor.
I bought a photo with a signature from the site that said it had a lifetime authenticity guarantee. When I received the photo, it came with a card that said to check the serial number and affixed tamper-resistant hologram. The photo has neither a serial number nor a hologram. I reached out to the company to point out the problem. They initially responded quickly and asked me to send them photographs of the front and back of the photo. I sent them pictures within 5 minutes of their request. It has now been 2 days, and the company has not responded to 2 follow-up emails. I'm afraid I may end up having to take this up with my bank, and consumer affairs.
Edit: 5 emails later and I still have not received a response from the company.
Shelby Coyle helped me and did a great job! The site never sent me a confirmation email after I purchased the item. I chatted online with Shelby and she helped me greatly. Everything was square and no issues.

After having received a replicated signed item from another provider, I found Sports Memorabilia and purchased a new item for my fiance for Christmas. Given the short notice, I was told the item wouldn't be shipped until Dec 21 which was cutting it close to Christmas. Gabriel immediately ensured that the item shipped earlier and made sure to keep in touch with me to provide updates. I received the item in less than a week and couldn't be happier.
