I placed an order for one item. They sent me three. I called them immediately. They strung me along for two weeks then told me they wouldn't do a return. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

Once receiving my order in the mail, the hologram serial number was not displaying on SM's site. I submitted my email request for help and within less than 24 hours, Cristin from the Customer Service department reached out to help with my issue. She was incredibly timely with her responses and work, even when I wasn't. Cristin went above and beyond to ensure my business with SM was great. Because of her help and how professional she was with it, I am already considering SM for more products moving forward.
Sonia was very helpful in resolving the shipping mistake of what I had ordered, and Sonia stayed on top of it and making inquires on my behalf to the warehouse, and Sonia did a follow-up to see if I had re-received the correct item the second time. Hats off to Sonia.

I ordered a basketball for my bosses birthday. I received an email a few days later saying they could not locate the original ball I requested. They offered me a different ball that was actually more expensive at no additional cost. I called in and spoke with Sonia Boppell. I explained what had happened and she was able to get the new order placed for me and because I was a little worried the new order would not ship in time she must have over nighted the ball for me.
