I placed an order for one item. They sent me three. I called them immediately. They strung me along for two weeks then told me they wouldn't do a return. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

When fedex lost my package I was extremely upset, because it was a Christmas gift. Melissa Ospina Is who I spoke with and she made sure to get me a new one out pronto and make sure it was here by Christmas! I couldn't be more thankful that I got a agent that was willing to go above and beyond for me and to get the situation fixed! She was very polite and kind.

An item in stock became out of stock when its price was not updated before i ordered it. Then i received calls from guys "on the inside" that had me if i wanted REAL stuff.

I made an error in ordering (clicked ONE too many times!) and needed to get one of my items returned - after refusing only to have FedEx return to me she helped me through the return process and was OUTSTANDING! Not only was she on top of things but also humorous as well-don't we all need that this time of year?! Can't say enough about her customer service skills - you guys are lucky to have her! AND, the product is FANTASTIC! My husband will love it when he opens it at Christmas!

We ordered a framed autographed Saquon Barkley jersey for our grandson from Sports Memorabilia. (Yes, it is an expensive item, but (after all) it is our grandson and he's a huge Giants' fan.) When the estimated delivery date had passed and the jersey hadn't arrived, we called Customer Service and (luckily) were directed to Cristin. She said there was a problem with the delivery but promised to solve it. It took a few days, but after a lot of work on her part, she re-directed the jersey to the right place (and to our deliriously happy grandson). Once it arrived, she made sure to contact us and remind us that the package should be opened carefully and if there is any damage, like a chip or a scratch (there wasn't), she would jump on it immediately. The whole process took a little longer that expected but thanks to Cristin, the episode had a Hollywood ending. Great job, Cristin, in providing exceptional customer service.
Bought a $9000 bat for my husband's birthday which was supposed to be delivered Sent 28th and since it wasn't I called customer service. Well, it seems that although my credit card was charged and I have an order #, they told me that they no longer have the bat. I was offered nothing for their mistake and now have no gift for my husband. Shame on you SporthsMemorabilia, shame on you. I have no doubt someone else with status offered more money after I bought it, and it was given to them. Terrible for business and you just lost mine.
One order, two boxes. One came the other didn't. Called Sportmemorabilia, they told me to call Fed Ex. Fed Ex told me to call the vendor. Starting to worry I was getting the run around. I have had a trouble with my package at customs in Czech republic and went crazy that I will not receive the puck (gift for my boyfriends b-day, huge fan of Mike Modano :)) . I have contacted sportsmemorabilia directly on the site to give it a go if somebody could assist me and got assigned to Cristin who was the best really :D Cristin has checked the package, tracked it back to SM, and made sure that it will be delivered to me. The package arrived just after the b-day (well, customs, I should have thought about that and ordered 1 week earlier). Cristin prepared a lovely card with description of the gift (and even including a czech sentence that I wrote for my boyfriend :D) so he knew what he will get in few days!
