“A "friend" said they had what I was looking for”

A "friend" said they had what I was looking for. Unfortunately I believe I have a problem. No order confirmation, my card has been charged, the site has no way to check my order, difficulty reaching the +86 country telephone. It looks like I am out my $110. Buyer beware. I will report back if things work out, but the outlook isnt good.
