After spending a year looking for the perfect company to build my dream home, I made the best decision to go with Sposen Homes. The team at Sposen patiently walked me through every step. From making incredible suggestions with design and color options, to the final details down to the landscaping, everything was completed beyond my expectations. Thank You Sposen Homes!
FIRED the company after not having done any work and already trying to charge an extra $20k cash within 5 days. They allege delays and in my case all were lies. They delayed themselves. Currently in a legal battle to try and get back the over 100K they have. NO WORK was ever done. Nothing justifies keeping our money. Do not use Sposen and more importantly do not use HIS OTHER OWNED Companies under the thought it will speed things up. What it will do is release any Escrow money given to Hyperion (he owns) over to Sposen. Also do the research on how many people are seeking legal action, all the entities seeking legal action and how many banks have pulled back from using them. We used a bank they HAD relations with and they have since pulled and now helping us find alternative as well. Do NOT fall for the tactics. If they try and bully you, join us, they are outnumbered and the time is coming.

Please contact me directly and I will share information on MANY others having the same experience with the company. He will TRY and bully you but it is not slander when it is TRUE PROVEN FACTS with evidence.

If you're planning to get a house built by this company, don't sign anything before doing your research, and don't sign anything without your lawyer reviewing it first.
Sposen homes managed to finally finish my 1400 square foot home in a little over two years. We went through five construction managers. Thousands of dollars over the initial cost. I did my due diligence looking for reviews prior to signing my contract in October 2020. I did not see any negative reviews ( in retrospect that is hard to believe).
We are on month 30 of a less then 2000 SQ home. Jeremy has already asked us for an additional 30K for materials. We are on project manager number 6-7. Something major is wrong with this company. They sell you lies.

Buyer Beware! Prepare for endless legal threats and half-truths from the fella that runs things. We experienced excessively LONG building delays and random steep price increases they would not clearly explain. Once your Sposen home is built prepare yourself for more financial strain. We learned from our neighbor that our home was built by a revolving door of subcontractors and managers who did a terrible job and would frequently complain about the guy that runs things to the neighbors around our home. My wife and I have had multiple issues with the condition of our home since moving in and Sposen is not interested in making things right or correcting their subcontractors' shoddy workmanship. This has been a very expensive mistake for our family. Take it from my wife and me and find another builder!

Builder is building a house next to my house and the have no care or professionalism for other people properties. I have had to have the police our twice for them driving skid steers on my property and ruin the lawn. The built the house without drilling the well before they built the house and now there only access is through my property and I told them absolutely not they should have planned better and did the well before they put a structure there! I would never reccomend this company at all!
