Misrepresentation

Class Action lawsuit should be filed. False advertising, material misrepresentation and fraud. Sprint customer for ten years. The company has the market, lead customers in with deals but low and behold you didn't read fine print on 4 advertised deals and get nothing. I brought three people from Verizon- NO DEAL and NO DISCOUNT. One bought Iphone 7 so his wife get IPhone 6 free and it's still on my bill and they won't stop charging me for it, then charging me a late fee. Class Action orif consumers would shop elsewhere and give another company the market they may be able to offer better rates.

Wow I just want everyone to know that Brenda and Stephanie at the sprint store in Tracy on Naglee Rd. ROCK! I went in and the customer service was the best I have ever received. All my questions were answered and I feel the customer service was over and beyond. In my career I deal a lot with the public and these two employees I really hope are recognized by Sprint. I would hire them in a heart beat! Anyway my experience was awesome and I would recommend anyone to go to that sprint store. Brenda and Stephanie thank you so much for a wonderful experience. Best Phone Company

Great phone service, Sprint has been breaking records with their great deals on phone, Such as getting upgrades every 3 months, leasing a phone or getting out a phone for only 5dollars monthly. Unlimited Texting and calling with 4g high speed internet. I have great service every where i go able to share hotspot and fast internet also. I also a LG tablet under line getting 1GB of internet monthly

Big Disappointment! AVOID at all cost, any service outside a local Sprint outlet.
1. They contract some of their Customer Service overseas to India which makes it difficult to communicate because of their accent and the level of trust is difficult to establish overseas.

They go on asking personal questions including SS#, Date of Birth, and other personal security questions. Big NO NO. (SAVE yourself the Concerns and headaches. Buy a phone at a local Sprint store!)

2. Their department do NOT communicate with one another.
3. Sprint website has many bugs.
4. Difficult to ACTIVATE phone with wrong videos! No easy activation whatsoever!
5. No 24 hour customer service like other big phone company like AT&T
6. Errors left and right. Called customer service to update my address 3 times! YES 3 times and still can't get it correct so my NEW phone was returned to Sprint!
7. They can't and don't have the proper device to transfer contacts from different phones.
8. They CLAIM to have 24 hour live CHAT but that is a lie!
9. Not as good reception as Verizon out in the country.

I have been with Sprint for 13 years. I have good coverage, excellent customer service with them. I have no desire to play the field as they all have a good deal at one time or another.

Good afternoon to everyone that work for the Sprint Mobile Cellphone Company Customer Center. I do hope that all of yous will have a very wonderful Monday ok smile. In ending I want to tell all of yous that Sprint Software Support person name Ashley was so very very very Professional Helpful and very Caring when I called in to ask her to delete one of my phone links that I wasn't using anymore and she did very very quickly and successful ok smile. Last of all Ashley has very very very very Excellent Communication Skills and she loves her job too and JOB WELL DONE ok smile. Now from both of us to all of yous Ashley is always a very Positive Representative for the Sprint Mobile Cellphone Company that she works for day in and day out and all of yous take care smile.

Purchased sprint phone service 2 months ago have been lied to and mislead my rate is not what I was quoted at purchased the quality of calls is unacceptable told it would be better now with t mobile untrue customer service needs to be contacted several times due to poor customer service people made several calls been on phone many hours no farther ahead with my problems it as if they do not care looking to go back to at&t

Interview expectations
February 12, 2016

As a former HR professional, I had the most egregious interview with Bob at the 3346 N Western Ave, Chicago store (shift lead role) yesterday.

From the beginning of the interview, he said "I don't know why I‘m interviewing you" no less than 4 times. He asked me what brought me to Chicago and then said I had qualification over those for this position. From the beginning of the interview he continued to relate my experience with his wife's employment situation. I nailed the managerial questions, and then there were questions he said "oh, I don't have to ask you this."

As a job seeker, I am as equally evaluating the company I am interviewing with, as well as being interviewed by the employer. I feel like I had no chance from the start, which is a very unpleasant place to be. I expect better than this! My valuable time was wasted!

I had issues when my due date was moved to the 5th instead of 13th. Had been paying late. Contacted sprint may 2020 to see what I could do. May bill was paid. Cycle change and now sprint is billing me again for May and June making my bill $324.24. This changed how my bill looks since they change my cycle. Sarah V. Executive Services Analyst Had refused to go back and look at conversations I've had prior to making changes. All she cares about is making me pay for my May bill. I even provided screen shot were customer service from sprint said I paid 5/11 yet they refuse to fix charges. Instead she mails me bill which I didn't ask for that. I said provide charges and payments as I know I didn't have past due in May. They refuse to go back to conversations I had. All they keep saying is I changed my cycle. If I would have bee. Told changing your cycle we are charging you double I would have never done it.

Don't switch over!

Worst customer service. Online over the phone and in store. Call, keep you on th phone for 30+ minutes and get nothing resolved. Go into the store, nothing gets solved. Asked to speak with a manager because they could not help at all and they gave me the "im the manager." Service is horrible. Always have dropped calls and always find extra chargers on my phone bill.

Cell phone started giving trouble in Dec of year one purchased. It has not worked properly since then in spite of many calls to the provider. And no satisfaction of correct service even in my own home and now they have charged me $260 to cancel service early. I had to purchase a new monthly service which works perfect in my home and on the outside also'.

FIND ANOTHER CARRIER!

My husband has been a customer for over 6 years with this company and have continued to experience inconsistent billing, unprofessional customer service(when you can get to a live person) and very poor service. They don't have 24 hour customer service/ chat like their website says to get help and they are never responsive. This company has not learned the meaning of exceptional customer service. Apparently this is why they offer so many deals to get you to become a Sprint customer. Save yourself the headache. Yes, they may offer you a cheaper plan, but you get what you pay for! Spend the extra money and choose a better phone carrier other than Sprint. BUYERS BEWARE!

Predatory practices for lease buy out options
June 21, 2022

They have a green check box and green box around the buy out program to purchase the device outright. I log in and see that I have the monthly buy out selected after my 18 month lease is up. What they DONT tell you is that having a GREEN CHECK MARK AND BOX around the selection does NOT mean the option is selected. You still have to go and fill out some more information. Who would have thought the green check and green box wasn't enough. To top it off, after going round and round with chat help, they eventually signed me out of my account so I didn't have to talk to them anymore and the chat box disappeared so I couldn't recontact. Predatory practices from such a large nation wide company.

They do NOT do their due diligence to make sure people understand that they're paying indefinitely towards absolutely nothing instead of wrapping up the contract. How much money do they need for a used phone?

Just avoid Sprint at all cost. They are the most dishonest, deceitful, and despicable company to do business with and by the way, their service sucks. I'm qualified to render this opinion, I've been with them for 28 years since Sprint Spectrum.

They will suck you in with false promises and when you attempt to leave, they make more false promises. They refuse to put anything in writing. Just STAY AWAY from this sinking ship.

Sprint customer service personnel will tell you whatever they need to get you off their call line. I have been calling in every other Tuesday trying to get a equipment refund for leased phones for 2 months. Every time I call I am asked to be patient, or they tell me that they will investigate and call me back in 2 or 3 days with an update. I never get a phone call or a refund. The equipment was returned and in their possession 7 days prior to Sprint taking $580.25 from my account. My recommendation to all who read this would be to think long and hard before you get Sprint as your provider. As I write this review I have been on hold waiting to talk to a supervisor for over 20 minutes.

Stay away from Sprint
August 19, 2019

I had a very horrible experience with Sprint. I am sharing my bad experience with Sprint to inform all customers of their unfair business practices.

You should be extra careful if you are leasing a phone with Sprint. They will change the monthly rate and plan mid lease and you are stuck because you are still in the lease. This looks like a trap designed to squeeze more money from the customer. If you decide to close the account, they may charge penalty, lease agreement amount, buying option amount... etc.

If you want to switch over to another wireless company, you may have to pay all the dues including fine and cancellation charges otherwise they will keep the phone locked.

Even if there are disputed charges, they will send it to collection agency and to the major three credit bureaus to make your credit report bad. My best suggestion to avoid this trap is to stay away from Sprint.

I did not find one ad that was true. Free this and that all has conditions at check out. They advertise no contracts. No so. I insisted on no contracts and was told my card was declined. I contacted my branch manager and was told "Nothing was presented on my account". Just a way to switch you to a "contract". Billing and shipping must be the same? When asked why downloads had great things to say about their system. Customers did NOT. Agent told me that only whiners complain.

I have called and asked for help and they take money out. I was to pay 151.00 amd they took 300 out of my account. Service sucks and its a lie about 100 % satisfaction. They don't care. Run as far away from sprint as possible

Dont get it

Service sucks... like everywhere now.
When putting in new service towers, our service was out for like 3 months. They did nothing about it, no temp towers or anything. So we were paying for 3 months with no cell service. Waste of money.
But overall no dont get it, unless you plan on using like wifi 24/7 for texts and calls
