Good product. The app however need to be updated so that I can access the camera and audio on my apple phone
I have called and left messages"VM" as well as 4 emails for setup help for a month now and no replies. "0" stars if possible. I am unable to use my camera with the battery pack I purchased due to not having a close outlet. The camera will not work on just the battery which negates why I paid for the battery. After reading their return policy, now it's been too late while waiting on a response. Shop elsewhere. Also, they do not deliver unless someone can sign M-F 9-5. Most people work and it gets sent back to them and they don't reply to ANY type of communication. I had to fight through PayPal to get my money back the first time to then reorder and sent to my job. And now stuck again.
It was very hard to get in touch with somebody regarding my questions. When you call the 800 number, no ones answers, then the live support link doesn't work. Not good customer service at all...

The first shipment had the wrong color of outlet and the wrong USB item; I reported it and the correct ones were immediately shipped with an RMA for the other items. Products look great, and the fact that they were so quick to correct their mistake says much about their customer service.
Products were great----we had problem with our internet/router box, etc. love the website and all the great gadgets. Just wish it was EASIER to communicate to company.
The device I received was NOT what was advertised on your website. I specifically purchased the upgraded 1206 Protect bug finder because it had such a wide frequency range of 50 (Kilohertz)-12 Ghz.
Or so I thought.
The model I received was only
50(MHz) -12 GHz. No KHz range at all.
When I called about receiving the wrong model, I'm told 'sorry it was a 'typo'. NO, more like a $450.00 typo! A typo is when you misspell a word, not when it's advertised on your website 6 different times!
If you purchased a car online and they told you it had leather seats and when you received it you discovered it had cloth/fabric seats. When you call and they say, sorry it's a typo. How would you feel?
Skygeargadget is a JOKE! I returned item (because it didn't work) and have yet to hear from anyone from Spygeargadget! I know they received return, they never answer phones, return emails, they have gone into hiding! STAY AWAY!
Apparently shipping options narrow rapidly if you aren't in the USA. I am assuming, since you haven't explained it. Only follow up should be placing such a statement on your website.
Seems a bit clunky. I guess if I wanted something high powered I'd have to pay more. The motion detection doesn't seem to trigger any alerts to my phone.
I haven't been able to get this product to work properly (despite following the instructions properly and using a Rogers high-speed internet connection).
Product does not work as advertised.
Can not get it to link so that I can view anything unless I am in direct connection with router in the house.
Even when I can get a video it is ina grainy black and white.

You make it VERY easy and user friendly to order. The device works exactly as I had hoped. I am very happy with the overall purchase. I think it may be a little over-priced, but still worth it to me.
It is easy and fast to get what I'm looking for and getting it ordered. This is second item I have purchased and will continue my business for the same quality products.
User guide was written by someone with a poor grasp of English. The product is exactly what I needed and expected. A re-write of the user guide wood definitely be a value added plus.
The product I wanted on the website did not show an option to ad to cart. So I had to settle for a different product. Prices are pretty steep as well.

I'm not very keen on the fact I have made several phone calls to speak with someone about operational nuances of my products and no one has returned those calls. What's the point, if email is your only available outlet than say so.

Only thing I was dismayed by is that there was nothing on the website that said you need a pc computer to get the thing to work properly. I have only Mac computers so now what?
Very easy shopping experience and great product! My only issue was that the shipping provider was not listed so I could not use the tracking number that was provided to track my shipment.

It definitely worked like it says. I could even hear the person on the phone, not what was being said, but from where i had placed it, I was amazed. It definitely records very clearly
I like the product, but I am thinking I got a used flash drive because there is some recordings in the library. Not happy about getting a used device, but satisfied with the operation of the device.
Before ordering online I spoke with a rep at your 800 number. He was very helpful in answering my questions. He also recommended the vr95 over my original choice. I chose the vr95. Thanks!
The website to update the date/time stamp of the video was not found so I am unable to update the date/time on the video recordings. How can I fix this?
