Good product. The app however need to be updated so that I can access the camera and audio on my apple phone
I have called and left messages"VM" as well as 4 emails for setup help for a month now and no replies. "0" stars if possible. I am unable to use my camera with the battery pack I purchased due to not having a close outlet. The camera will not work on just the battery which negates why I paid for the battery. After reading their return policy, now it's been too late while waiting on a response. Shop elsewhere. Also, they do not deliver unless someone can sign M-F 9-5. Most people work and it gets sent back to them and they don't reply to ANY type of communication. I had to fight through PayPal to get my money back the first time to then reorder and sent to my job. And now stuck again.
Received defective device. Tried calling, emailing, chatting, but no one answers or returns messages. It's been over two weeks. Avoid at all cost!
Product Didn't work. No returns. Terrible service. They don't return calls or emails. Wasted money and time.

I wouldn't suggest this product again Cause there were a few flaws on it that I didn't like about it.
1. No way to switch from military time to regular time
2. Time stamp is wrong don't know how to change it
3. Volume can't hardly hear what's said when it recording

Very easy and straight forward purchase. However, the HC450 as received was/is defective...3 phone calls to Customer Service with no follow-ups...4 e-mail communications over the past week to try to resolve the problem with no success. Your overall Product Service is poor and I'm going to retune all products purchased.
The microphone on the VR80 works great but it's not voice activated as advertised. You turn it on and it records continuously in the dead of night with absolutely no ambient room sound present. I purchased for the voice activation feature when audio is heard, but it never goes in standby mode when audio stops, it just records dead air continuously. On the plus side, extremely fast shipment.
I was very pleased with the product and the price was fine.
I was shocked that UPS charged over $30 for brokerage fees when the cross border Duty for this product is $0. It was $30 I did not factor into the overall price.
I would never use UPS again and suggest strongly that you consider another delivery provider. Their behaviour is unprofessional.

$400 down the drain. The cameras dont work and you will never hear from them. No customer service. No response from email or voicemail.
A bit pricey and some products say audio and video in the description then there is a disclaimer that audio is not included. I do not need the products I ordered and would like to return them.

First time customer, so far so good, we'll see when I get my merchandise. Well, I received my flash drive recorder and it is pretty cool! Easy set up, easy to use, my test recordings went well. I am very satisfied with my purchase, it is exactly as advertised. Delivery was quick and well packaged. Spygeardadgets will be my go-to place for cool little covert thingys!
This company never answers your calls and sends out devices that do not work. You have to email them.
Although I am very glad I found your site, it is not the easiest to find doing a general Google search (eg. Hidden spy cameras)! I am glad I book marked it in my browser when I did find it otherwise I am not sure if I would have found it again.
We are unable to download the video from the spycam. We have Windows 7 on 2 computers and Windows XP on laptop. Can you please help us. We have tried everything to get it downloaded. Thank you.

The app the camera using is TinyCam. The app does not work and has terrible reviews. I wish I knew that before I wasted a hundred fifty bucks.
I was unable to download the software and ultimately discovered that your item will only work with ChromeBook or Android - neither of which I have. Although your description states it will work with these it fails to state that it will ONLY work with these. Very disappointed. I would like to return the item for refund or exchange for something that will work with my computer.

I called and left a message on the product support voicemail on 1/8/16. Never got a call back. I emailed the product support email on 1/9/16 because I couldn't get the motion activated camera function to work. I have since been able to get it to work. I still have not heard a word from either my message or email.
There is suppose to be a no hassle return policy. I have been trying to recieve a RMA so I can return to of the items that I decided I did not need. I did not use them. Please can someone send me the RMA information.

The product itself is not user friendly and I cannot get the device to recognize the WiFi connection. Worked ok at home but I am currently on vacation and can't make it work plus I have yet to find a phone number or customer service site to address these issues. Not at all happy with this product and would like to RETURN IT.
I may have missed it in the description but it does not support 5g. So it does not work the way I need it to. If it was in the description it needs to be more apparant for people like me that speed read through the specs.
Really like the Flash drive, works beautifully and it's easy to use. Use it to record meetings so I can type up minutes with absolute accuracy. Had to reorder flash drive audio recorder, I either lost it or misplaced it. Wish these little gadgets had a little loop of some sort so you can connect to a key-ring or a necklace chain. They can be easily misplaced. Wish they came in difference colors other than black. I also order a wristband audio recorder, unfortunately, never had the opportunity to find out if it worked. Due to poor design or manufacture defect, the wristband fell off my wrist within 3 hours the first time I used it. Gone, lost to me forever. I have asked Spygadget for a refund or credit, but have not heard back :( DO NOT BUY THE WRISTBAND AUDIO RECORDER!
