I have called and left messages"VM" as well as 4 emails for setup help for a month now and no replies. "0" stars if possible. I am unable to use my camera with the battery pack I purchased due to not having a close outlet. The camera will not work on just the battery which negates why I paid for the battery. After reading their return policy, now it's been too late while waiting on a response. Shop elsewhere. Also, they do not deliver unless someone can sign M-F 9-5. Most people work and it gets sent back to them and they don't reply to ANY type of communication. I had to fight through PayPal to get my money back the first time to then reorder and sent to my job. And now stuck again.
Item did not work as described. Tried contacting support and they were slow to respond. Phone was never answered even during business hours.
The USB Wall Charger Camera videos are black and won't play. I downloaded the VLC player as recommended and it does not play the videos beyond black...
Tried to contact regarding the setup instructions alittle confusing, not setup just yet I will try to contact again next day or so

I still have a problem with the 1080P mini clock hidden camera. It worked for perhaps a couple of weeks and then stopped recording. The clock works but it won't record video. I'm not sure what to do next. This was my original support request: "I recently purchased a 1080P HD Motion Activated Mini Clock Hidden Camera with Night Vision. The device worked as it should for two weeks or so. Now it will not record. I have reset everything to the point of turning the internal switch off, removing the SD card and removing the clock battery/reprogramming the clock from step 1. It will still not record. When I plug in the ac supply the blue light comes on and the remote has no effect. I can't start a recording at this point and I can't turn the device on or off with the remote. I notice the blue light comes on as soon as the remote is plugged into the device. I have checked for recorded files on the sd card and none are there, but there are new random folders (empty) on the card. Again, the device worked and recorded normally for about two weeks. I checked the battery in the remote and it is good. Please advise what I should do next. Thank you." I think my last response in the technical dialog sent around the end of July explained that I was using a PC and the memory card was purchased from you at same time as the device. Card was a 32GB San Disk Ultra. I just need to know if there is anything else I can do or check on the device before giving up. Thanks.

The clock was very easy to use - the camcorder I still have not figured out how to make it work.
