Contrary to other 'persons' opinions, Squeakecleancarpets worked on the weekend, arrived on time, were concerned with getting the job done correctly. They went about their work, cleaned up and left quietly.
They were professional, knew their work, and polite.
Poor customer service and quality. Can't clean carpet and remove stains. My carpet looked worse than initial condition. Expressed concerns and were subjected to insulting comments.
Tip for consumers:
Website comments indicates commitment to quality. Results were very poor. Still wanted money and no interest to fix the problem unless I pay them more money. Dumped dirty water and carpet fiber on my front yard.
