“This was a bad purchase they had me to wire the money...”

This was a bad purchase they had me to wire the money for 1kg 18 inch wavy which they charge more money for It took a week for them to send me the hair. I ordered 18 inch when I recieved it 3 packs were14 inch 2 packs were curly the hair was hard not soft at all I don't even know if this is Indain hair. I contacted them told them I would like a refund they said give us another chance well do better next time. I don't have money like that!
