Pro: The quality is what you would expect The color is same as pictured Sizing is as it says online (tip order a size up if you are worried and get it fitted at home) The online bot will give you a USPS tracking number once shipped and is helpful I included a picture of the Dress from the website for reference I have one more dress coming so hopefully my results are the same. My advice is to order your dress 2-3 months before you need it to give ample/extended shipping time and get alterations as needed when it comes. Overall I am excited to wear my dress and it looks exactly like the picture, and I cannot speak to others but this is a real review and I do love the dress I received. Con: Dress does take longer than it says to ship that you would expect The reviews definitely scared me however that has not been my expierence at all so I almost feel like some of the negative reviews are inaccurate.
Their custom fitting department is a joke. The dress they sent cost $80.00 to have altered in the waist and hem. The top of the dress, which was the only part not altered, fell apart in the middle of the Homecoming dance leaving my daughter exposed. They are refusing to give my money back.
Both dresses arrived in individual bags.
My daughter is 5ft tall, both and a size 8 on the bottom half and size 10 on the top.
I knee she would need the dresses would need tailoring. Material was good quality and well made. Able to track the delivery.

I bought a dress last year from this company and I was happy enough with it. So I bought another one this year. I was shocked at the quality and fit. The cut was the weirdest thing - it was falling off me in front, the shoulders were huge, and I couldn't zip it up in back.
So I contacted them and told them the problem and asked for a refund. I measured the dress and it was not made to the measurements I ordered. After more than 20 emails back and forth they offered me a small portion of the cost in refund and refused to give me return shipping. It would have cost me more to ship it than they would have given me on a refund.
So I'm out 200 dollars and no dress. Customer service is horrible. They are rude, condescending and legalized thieves.
This company are appalling, they take your money, provide you with clothes that are not fit for purpose, their customer service attitude is disgraceful. I was offered £10.00 for two dresses costing me £200.98 and the offer of a discount on a future order, I would never give them another order. Some of the emails said if you be "nice" we may consider more refund, who do they think they are. Looking on the website they are making a lot of money out of making people very miserable and should be unable to advertise their goods i the way that they do. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.
I made a mistake of ordering a wedding gown and was very disappointed when i received it. The website had a beautiful gown with beads on the waist line and the neck, the one i received have a plain white ribbon on the waist which looked very cheap. I sent the pictures to the team and they agreed its not the same and gave me options that they will send flowers for me to decorate myself. I also received a veil with flowers on it and they are very bad. I asked for a refund and then they say that the gown is the same as the picture and they didnot find any fault. I am still struggling with them for a refund as they are coming up with excuses.
Dont risk buying a wedding gown from them. I am sure they are ok with party dresses.
I ordered the dress, size and color were right, but the work is done terribly! Brown atlas has sewn with white thread :)) . The embroidery is cheap glass and is tightly sewn. The dress on the websait and the sent dress are completely different. The certificate they send with the dress is a big joke :)) They cheat on customers!

Bought 2 dresses and paid for express delivery, its all over their site shipping in 48 hours, DO NOT BELIEVE IT, Also Paid £29 and was assured it would be delivered in 6 days NOT True, when asked to refund as arrived day after wedding they took so long to "process" I missed the window (this was later than would have requested as I was on Honeymoon. But still in the window of time had they responded

We received a dress in about ten days - completely acceptable timing. The dress looked cheap on my daughter and did not fit well. I immediately requested a return ticket, as this is their process. I indicated it did not fit well (I did not want to insult their material, so I stuck with fit only - being too large).
They took their time getting back to me. John replied, saying, "May I know which part doesn't fit? Could you please provide us some pics you trying on?"
I replied that I would not send him pictures of my 16-year-old daughter in a dress that didn't fit (creepy!) and that he could please provide the return ticket.
I received an email back a few days later asking for an additional $40 and measurements so they could remake the dress. I replied, once again, requesting a return ticket and a full refund.
This is the start of my negative reviews. I never write negative reviews, so I will be hunting around for general sites so I can get the word out. Seems others have had similar problems. Consider this a friendly warning and go shop elsewhere. I will be returning to the many other companies we support and buy from for future events and dances.
Do yourself a favor and abandon that cart your have going on Stacees. Go to Princess Polly, Revolve, Bloomingdales, or Love Shack Fancy - whatever you want. Anywhere but here.

The customer service is shocking. I started my return in July 2022 and to this day i still haven't got my refund nearly 5 months later. The email battle commences but for anyone who is in the same situation don't let them fob you off that you have to send the items back to china. THEY HAVE A UK RETURN ADDRESS IN PRESTON!

Bought a dress from Stacees for my daughter in a standard uk 16 when it arrived it was more like a 12 the zip at the back couldn't be fastened.contacted Stacees asking to return the dress straight away but they won't give a return address instead they offer £20 which I refused then they use every excuse like customer has to pay more than £30 for return postage.so I said ok what's the return address then they said it was custom made so they can't accept it back.Each time taking weeks to reply to emails.Their own policy says they give full refunds but they don't.AVOID STACEES.I went to another shop bought a standard uk16 prom dress for my daughter and it fit perfectly.

I do not recommend shopping from this place as you will not be able to return anything. I have gone back and forth at least twenty times with this company and it is a nightmare.

We ordered my daughter's senior prom dress from here, providing exact measurements as her size is unique and it is hard to find dresses that fit her. First time ordering from Stacees, and most definitely the last.
After accepting the original order and timeframe they asked for an additional $30 on top of the $28 we had already paid additional for express shipping. Dress came not altered at ALL, way too big for her to wear and we were forced to put something together last minute with only 2 days before the event. Couldn't use the dress at all and was so upset. Immediately tried to return it, but Stacees went quiet on us, not responding to emails. I reported them to Pay Pal, which got them emailing again. Instead of providing return/refund instructions, they offered us $35 and keep the dress. We can't use the dress, and wanted the $166 we paid for the dress refunded, so I kept pushing. They came back a second time and offered $60. I pushed back again and they responded saying they couldn't do anything unless I send measurement photos proving the dress doesn't fit. All during prom and graduation season, which is SO busy already, with no time to be messing with a dress that never fit. Paypal closed the claim cause too much time has passed and now I am still trying to get a refund on my own.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding, with the understanding that I could return it (as written on their website). Got the dress, did not fit properly and wanted to return it. After writing them many many emails, and explaining that it was not a proper fit they offered a reimbursement- which was approximately not even half of what I paid for. I NEVER could return it.
I now have a dress that do NOT fit, and looking for another dress, VERY VERY disappointed and will never order from them again

Turpin wore a mask when he was robbing people, stacees has let us down for my daughter's prom dress,we wanted to return the dress for a full refund but have been told to sell the dresses, I don't think so stacees, just keep a lookout for your summons to a small claims court in the post, also we have sent all evidence to financial ombudsman. Stacees think they are Billy big balls by robbing people so I'm looking forward to our debate in the courts, I'll post a reply on here to keep the public updated, good news is people they are using a.co.uk address so go and seek advice from your local citizen advice or trading standards office like we have. But PLEASE PLEASE GIVE THIS COMPANY A WIDE BIRTH. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. Appalling terms and conditions for returns and refunds. Outrageous misrepresentation re purchasing. There are 2 options for dresses standard or custom. One would assume that standard is off the peg and ready, so I purchase standard. That way, the product has not been tailored and could be returned, right? WRONG.
Then came the emails requesting measurements for a tailored dress. Utterly confused I stated that I only wanted standard size and had not paid or chosen for a custom. They then replied stating that everything is made to order and therefore the process has started. After complaining a number of times demanding immediate cancellation and full refund, no more replies from them. It is utterly stressful and upsetting when you know your money has been taken over a very poorly worded and misleading website and set of terms.
Upon demanding a cancellation and refund (and this was within 8 hours), the messages went dead. No replies and now an onwards battle. Looking into their website further, immediate cancellations request on 90% refund plus your P&P. I can deal with the P&P but 10% loss is disgusting.
Seriously, if you have any doubt whatsoever on colour, style or size, you've pretty much had it. The silence from customer services once a complaint was raised was utterly unacceptable.
We are now short of bridesmaid dress options will very little spare time. Utterly upsetting and no sign of cancellation or refund. Ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming wedding. None of which were perfect. A couple were too long and they had little brown/black dots on them in lines over the top body bit. But I thought no one would see them. Then the last dress was tried on and it was awful. The sides were like puckered. They didn't sit flat and had lumps coming out and the straps were longer than the rest. I have emailed stacees numerous times about it and their first response was iron it. (which considering the way they were packaged mad sense) however this did not work. So I emailed again and have had a couple of responses saying take it to your local seamstress. I have asked to speak to management but they keep ignoring that part. After looking to write a review on stacees website it seems they only publish the 5 star reviews so innocent people buying of there website are oblivious to what they could potentially end up with! I would never recommend this website! The website is a co.uk one but they definitely aren't. Some of the responders struggle to out a sentence together!
I bought a standard size dress (cheaper than tailored), but they demanded exact measurements (although at no extra cost). So when the dress came, and the length was way too short - they refused to refund or take it back as it was 'tailored' made and they could not sell it on, and that they would make a loss if they did. They deflected all responsibilities and accused me of measuring the dress wrong. THEY WILL NOT REFUND. DO NOT BUY.
I was unsure as to buy a dress from the internet such a important dress (mother of the bride).
I had never heard of them before, I had no need to worry, I forgot to put my measurement for the length, a really nice man phoned me up to take the information he needed, he also confirmed on the phone the date I wanted my dress.
My dress came 3 days early, and when i opened the dox I was overjoyed, it was even better than the picture, and fit me perfect, I am more than pleased with it, I will defenatly be shopping here again. Thank you all for makeing me my beautiful dress at a fraction of the cost on the high street.

I ordered 2 x dresses from this terrible website - I specifically ordered 1 x standard Size 8 and 1 x standard Size 10 and expressed in my order email that I didn't want any bespoke sizes making, in case I didn't like the dresses when they arrived. They expressed no issue with this and sent me standard sized dresses.
The dresses were terrible quality - rough, scratchy fabric and - most irritatingly - they were ROSE GOLD when the colour I had requested was CHAMPAGNE GOLD. They were very pink in colour.
As these were for my bridesmaids and my wedding colour theme is gold and cream, they were unsuitable.
I requested a return address and a refund; the company are refusing and have offered me a £20 refund - I spent £189 on these dresses. £20 is an insulting offer.
Please, PLEASE stay away from this company - 100% NOT worth buying from them: zero after-care and the products are NOT as advertised.
