This company is a joke!
The dress was NOTHING like the picture! Material was cheap & basically transparent! When reaching out for a return, they offered for me to resell the dress due to the cost of returning the dress, then offered me $15 to just keep the dress! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!

BEWARE & DON'T get scammed by them!

I bough a dress from Stacees in January made to measure and with a different colour from the one showed in the picture I couldn't be more impressed with their service from start to finished their communication was excellent and their customer service was to par, I got so many complements for the dress as it is stunning.

I requested a full refund as the dress is way too thick and heavy, the skirt is separate from the dress which was not explained in the description. This dress is unworn and did not fit.

I got married overseas and the dress did not get delivered until the day before my flight so could not return in within the 14 days... the refused to refund the dress.

THIS IS A WARNING TO EVERYONE!

I gave one star because I can't give zero. Do not order from them. The colors look completely different in person and although they say they will accept returns. They will NOT.

Sadly there was far too much padding in the bust area and it made me look larger than I am. It was uncomfortable and will not wear it. Very disappointed as the fabric and style were lovely.

Shocking way to treat people i ordered a dress its far to big for me so i requested a return to be told no but i can get a little discount on another one then the shoes i had the diamantees are missing again i was told nothing can be done i can have a little discount i am now in a row with the company does anyone know the returns address? Awful company no after care at all dont vbuy you have been warned return to rong mao zhang, room 201 first block, huicui gardens, 21, jiang xing road, pingjiang, suzhou jiangsu *******, china. Please be persistant tell them you have contacted trading standards in china and england and take many photos of the fit the postage the label attatched to the dress still etc i am posting mine back today..

REFUND IS A JOKE, you will NEVER receive a refund under any circumstances.

Absolute disaster!

This company is a complete joke. Myself and 4 bridesmaids all ordered our dress from them. Initially when the dress arrived we realised that measurements had been incorrectly taken and 3 of the 4 of us needed to pay for expensive alterations. However, this is all pales in comparison to the nightmare that was the colour of the dress.

All of us bridesmaids live in different parts of the UK and so the first chance we had to all meet up was the 4 days before the wedding. At this point we realised that we had been sent 4 different coloured dresses, and not all burgundy as ordered. This caused a huge amount of stress as we were 4 days away from the wedding, and had spent a considerable amount of money on the dresses.

We are now in the process of complaining to the company and trying to get our money back. The company are a nightmare to deal with, rude in response to emails, and as I'm sure everyone is well aware not based in the UK (despite trading from a UK website).

Avoid at all costs.

The service from start to finish was impeccable they couldn't do enough for you, the dresses came quickly and were amazing, they were made to measure, very good quality and fitted all the girls perfectly would highly recommend them THANKYOU

This is a dress for my daughters prom and she only likes black and this dress was perfect as it has more detail and looks classy.

They take forever to respond. They have a clear returns policy, which they ignore. Shoes took a long time to come and eventually they suggested I fix them with glue!

I was kept up to date about my order all the way through. I was not disappointed when my dress arrived looks and fits amazing. I would recommend to anyone!

The dress was awful not as described at all didn't fit at all your selling the dress but you don't say about measurements being taken and all the padding etc just awful

I ordered a pair of shoes from this website for my wedding, they turned up labelled "Jimmy Choo" but clearly aren't! They were not advertised as Jimmy Choo on the website. They don't fit me and I ordered a heel height of 10cm and they are 7.5cm high. I've been emailing for a week now to get my money back and they have offered £20 when I spent £58, or offered a different pair of shoes or a discount on a dress! Totally shocking company, and I didn't realIse they we're I now Hong Kong as they have a. co.uk website address. I will be complaining to the Hong Kong Customs & Excise as suggested above! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

From the time I ordered my dress this company was amazing through the whole process. MY dress arrived yesterday and I was over the moon perfect in every way.

Very pleased with the dresses I ordered for the bridesmaids. Good quality and arrived quickly. The customer service team were responsive and checked I had ordered the right sizes.

The customer service was outstanding, the dress was a perfect fit and the help we received was first class. The dress came within the order time period and was beautifully made. Many Thanks

AVOID THIS COMPANY! STACEES...what a joke! I ordered two outfits to try as mother of the bride. Total £235. Items very poor quality, ill fitting, awful material. Requested a refund, the customer service and returns are a joke finally offered 70% after many email exchanges and live chat, but that didn't include the £29, shipping cost I paid for in the first place or the return fee of £11 to a warehouse in Doncaster. Unbelievably they offered silly refund amounts £20, £50, £70... I argued all the way but finally had to accept £144 of total £235! Totally unacceptable, unlawful terms and conditions in UK law and against the UK consumer rights act. I don't know how they've not been prosecuted and clearly make their money by offering paltry refund amounts. I don't know of any other online retail companies who do this. So PLEASE PLEASE do not use STACEES and read the small print of refund policy. I wouldn't have gone near them if I'd read it closely. I'll believe it when I see the refunded money back in my account!

The dress I ordered from Stacees is beautiful and fits perfectly. Stacees checked my measurements with me twice toensure accuracy.
I would definitely recommend Stacees.

To any one who has a special event coming up do not order from this company I confirmed with them a delivery time before ordering and they did not deliver the event was my sons wedding so ended up having to go shopping the day before my sons wedding to buy another dress in total I spent £500 I emailed Stacees on a number of ocations to ask for confirmation of delivery they never did this my sons wedding was yesterday 20th of November 2017 and I still have not received that dress. They r now asking me to keep the dress for another event what a cheak after all the stress they have caused do NOT order from this company I wonder how long it will take me to get my money back.
