I use for to be able to receive goodies from my favourite author who doesn't post directly to England. Stackry are good at keeping me updated on all aspects of my parcel. They let me know when it has arrived at the locker, along with if it needs repacking or not. They are honest. Have received a few items this way and highly recommend
Stackry is a well known organisation among the UK comic book scene for how affordable it can make shipping multiple comics from the US to the UK in comparison to using other postal methods. With their consolidation options and the care they take in packing your order I can see why they came as highly recommended as they did. On this first package alone I have saved over $110 in shipping costs and received my package in under 2 weeks. What an absolutely brilliant service, thank you very much!
Overall the website is easy to navigate and handle, the process of consolidating and packages identification is easy and clear.
I would hope for a better quality and well angled pictures for the packages and items.
It would be also nice to mention that as a receiver from a shipping company I might need to pay for custom(taxes).

Huge anime fan, sadly being in the UK, we don't receive that much
It seems fine, though I can't believe that the cheapest option to send a tiny package to Sweden is $32 🤔
So it is worth it for this package that they couldn't send internationally, but I won't be using it for other stuff as I had originally wanted to.

I find the service very good although Walmart don't recognise the address anymore so won't ship my items to you. It's one of the main reasons I started using Stackry which is disappointing.

Been good, although not clear what 'keep invoices' means, you keep them, or the parcel keeps them? Assumed that by not ticking the invoices are removed.

It's been good, with nice help from the support staff. However, I thought that as part of the service the VAT would be collected on my behalf prior to shipping, as one of your competitors does. Depending upon what I'll be shipping in future, would depend which company I'd choose or recommend to ship items to the UK, as the VAT collection prior to arrival is very helpful.
There is a delay with the shipment consolidation. You. Need to address that.

Not that this "new" system of inputting data to complete the order is poor, but I found the "old" method much more efficient.
Super service, easy to manage the minimal number of steps required to complete a shipment. Would like to see an option where following delivery, the customer is able to rate the chosen delivery method on price and quality of service.
Quick responses to queries but a little confusing about whether repacking is required to fulfill different shipping companies requirements. Stackry have been great but a little more advice would be welcome.

So far the overall experience has been very good. But would have loved if there was UPS as one of the options for courier to India. I have imported several items from US and find their rates very reasonable, and excellent service as far as customs clearance is concerned.
