Great price and shipped to me in 3 days. I almost didn't order after seeing these reviews but I'm sure glad I did. I had a very positive experience. Maybe they corrected some things because I would recommend them without question.
Really bad experience with customer service. I bought some lights for my truck they never sent me the tracking number, I had to email them several times and when they finally answered the tracking number was incorrect. Then they told me they couldn't give me the tracking number because baja design hadn't sent them the tracking number and that's who they buy lights from. So I had to call baja designs no problem with them they gave me the tracking number fast. I waited 1 month until I got the package then when I was installing the lights I noticed they sent me the wrong wiring harness! So I called them and they told me that I had to send the whole package back and if it was opened they couldn't do anything about it so now I have to spend more money because they sent me the wrong parts. Never buying parts from this company.

They advertised product at one price, sent me the completely wrong part then asked for more money and for me to ship back their mistake. Nate in management was completely unhelpful and happy to cancel my order then ghost me. I had to file a consumer complaint with the Arizona Attorney Generals office as this type of deceitful practice is illegal in their home state. Buyer beware!

I purchased an exhaust for almost 2 grand. Shows up, missing parts - I'm told I have to wait, they're pointing fingers, days to respond / and not their problem that I'm being charged for reassembly and shop time. I can go on more, but the point is, avoid them at all costs!
Ordered item that said ready to ship and said item ships within 1-2 days. I had to initiate contact on day 3 to find out not in stock, minimum of 2 week lead time. Guess I should have read reviews first. This is first and last time I will use this company

I was not familiar with Stage 3 Motorsports and when I searched "reviews", I saw a lot of not-so-great feedback. I typically don't write reviews but wanted to share my positive experience. I placed an order at 5:06 PM on a Tuesday. At 5:25 PM, less than 20 minutes later, I receive a notification that my order shipped. I assumed a label was created and it would be a day or two (or more) before it actually shipped. 9:15 PM that same evening, I get an updated shipping notification that my package is due to arrive on Thursday. Sure enough, Thursday rolls around and it arrives before 2 PM (Arizona to New Jersey), less than 48 hours after I placed my order. Amazing. It arrived safe and sound and I couldn't ask for more.

I ordered an item on 20 July 2017 and they didn't ship it until 27 July 2017! What kind of crap is that? I am quite certain they got my money the day I ordered it! Why it takes 7 days to ship it is beyond me and highly unacceptable! If you order items from this site don't fall for the free shipping! Time is money so its really not free! On top of that, I won't be getting the item until 31 July 2017... 11 days after ordering? THAT IS NOT FREE SHIPPING!
I ordered a oil catch can on April 24th. To this day May 11th my order still has not shipped. I tried this company in hope that the reviews were wrong but the reviews about this place are spot on. Ill be a one time only customer of stage 3 motorsports.
They sold me the wrong part in the right box. After paying a mechanic to install the part and finding it was the wrong part (the part number is one digit off) I had to pay to have the diff put back together. After talking with them they shipped the new part (after lying to the manufacturer of the part, stating that they had put the wrong part in the box) they manufacture shipped out the right part. I am now stuck with $180 bill and having to pay for the reinstall. VERY poor customer service and "management " won't talk to you. They just have customer service reps say "sorry manager says it's not our policy"
Just order from the manufacture, they provide much better customer service and a better price!
Worst of the worst customer sales and service.
A 4K order. Took my money in a second! But when i tried to contact them with question about the order they immediately cop and attitude and act like they don't know what your talking about, even after following there protocol for contacting there customer service or sale. Partials shipment and missing parts from items that were received with no concern from them. Still waiting on my order to be complete.
I ordered a full set of Bilstein Shocks and steering damper. My CC was charged within minutes. After a couple days trying to get shipping answers I was finally told the front shocks were not in stock and offered a refund. I ask for a refund. After a few days and no credit on my card I called and emailed again. After another few days I received the front shocks (yes I was told they were not in stock) and damper. Now the rear shocks are not in stock. A few more days pass and a couple phone calls later I receive a refund. They charged me full price (not what I paid) for what was shipped and refunded the difference. This difference was around $50 less. After numerous calls and emails I have received no responses. BUYER BEWARE

So I ordered some drag radials from here, they had a good price, and state that they ship in 1-2 days. After 3 days, I reached out for a tracking number, and was told they should have one in a couple more days. WTF! I went with them thinking I could get these tires in time for a race, but obviously they can't live up to their statements in advertising. I ended up canceling the order with this outfit, lesson learned.
I order a set of headers almost 2 monthes ago. They said "In stock" when ordered. They never sent them or a confirmation. 2 weeks later I called and spoke with Chris and he said there we're shipping anyday. Then he sends and email they will ship in 3 to 4 weeks.
When I cancelled (now 3 weeks after ordering and still with NO expected delivery time frame), he got mad and suggested I should have purchases the $300 more expensive model... I have emails to prove it!
In all, I cancelled the order 3 more times andyet they continued to refuse to cancel the order. When they found out that I already had the parts from someone else (now 8 weeks after originally ordering them), they then sent them out the very same day; coincidence I think NOT. These guys make smelly Dirt Bags look like angles!
I ordered three items for my F150 from Stage 3 Motorsports:
1. Fox, Stage 1, Leveling Kit
2. Firestone Airbags
3. MAGNAFLOW muffler
The leveling kit and airbags worked perfectly; however, the muffler, not even close.
During the order process, the sales rep stated several times that the muffler would be a simple bolt on. Needless to say, the muffler delivered, REF NUM. ******* / muffler *******, was completely different than stock.
I called several times to see how it could be rectified, but received repeated slaps to the face, "Sorry, nothing we can do".
1. I ordered thousands of dollars in parts and this is how I am treated... Wow!
2. This was 100% their error.
Needless to say, I will no longer be ordering anything from Stage 3 Motorsports.
Ordered shocks, received email confirmation for delivery by the end of the month (2 weeks). Didnt receive the parts. Tried contacting through email, no response. Called sales and talked to a very smarta$$ guy. He told me that the order had been pushed back for 3 months. I asked why i had received no response or update, replied that it wS te "first time in histy" that it had happened. I asked for a refund and was told 3-5 business days
Ordered some 25 and 30 millimeter spacers, came in, found out they won't fit the premium package wheels on my car, didn't have that stated on their page either, got the 30mm in about 3 days *only good thing to come out of this btw* 25mm never shipped, told me it would be 10 weeks for shipping, asked for a refund and was never notified of it going through and was practically harassed for asking where my refund was when I didnt know it went through. Ryan, the customer support guy, seemed pretty snappy thru his emails. Overall a horrible experience, never buying from them again, and recommending everyone avoid them.
I ordered several items from here at stage3. The items I ordered were manufactured by rough country. When I finally received the items, I decided to send the items back for return as we didn't need them at that point. The items were never even opened and were returned in the same package it came in. Now after 2 weeks, I still don't have my credit back from them as they told me that they had to wait to hear from rough country because that's where stage3 had got the items from. I had even told them that I ordered it from them and not rough country to please give me my refund. Here I am still waiting even after 2 weeks of the return. This is some pretty bad customer service and would suggest to stay away from stage3 and just order the items direct from the manufacture and cut stage3 out of the equation... You will be much better off. I will be letting everyone at 6g bronco know this as well.

Called today to ask questions about Turbosmart BOV and spoke to Ryan. I told Ryan what year of truck I have and what turbos I am installing on my truck. Ryan told me I was trying to get free information because I did buy my turbos from Stage 3. Ryan was completely rude and disrespectful! I was going to talk to him about buying a intercooler and the BOV from Stage 3 but now I so glad he didn't even give me the chance to spend my money with them! I will never spend a cent with Stage 3 Motorsports, Thank you Ryan!

I ordered a Set of Bilstein shocks & struts, I got 4 struts and returned the extra struts they never sent the rear shocks or refunded the payment for the shocks.
Price was fair, packaging was good, shipping on time. Was a small dent in chrome tip, just figured ups did that.
I've been dealing with Stage 3 Motorsports from 2014. And present my Sales associate (Joel) was knowledgeable, satisfied
