I wanted to update my previous review, as Stamping Out Loud changed ownership earlier this year and the new owner re-opened mid-June 2018. I've ordered twice already and though I haven't had to contact the shop for anything, I've received emails when my order began processing and when my order was shipped. Both orders (one small, one large) shipped within a week. The quality of the blanks I received was good, but I did have to send them through my own tumbler because several were cloudy. I would recommend that anyone who has dealt with the previous incarnation of SOL to give the new owner/shop a try.

One of the owners, Dean, came off very condescending when I contacted them about a minor concern on an order. Something that turned out to be our mistake, and he definitely made sure it was clear in a patronizing fashion. It's to bad, we liked the items and were ready to make a very large order but we'll have to seek another supplier. Not to mention, the order took a very long time. Out of all the companies we ordered samples on, this was the first we ordered and the last to arrive. 2 weeks after order before it shipped. Again, these were just samples.

As every other review has stated, the wait time to get your order is terrible and the employees are rude. Their FAQ says it takes about a week during non-holiday periods before orders ship out, but that's completely inaccurate, my current order has been in limbo for four weeks. When I emailed to see if there is an update on when it will ship, the reply I got, after several days, was extremely condescending and unprofessional, like it's your fault they've dragged their feet. I've had to deal with Stamping Out Loud for a couple of years because they were the only ones I could find with the finished edges (and even then I have to toss about 25% of the blanks because of mars and scratches), but this order ($500+) will be my last.

I loved this place always had great service and they where always friendly and fast. I will order from them again if i can find them.

My suggestion is to find these products elsewhere, pj tool is quite good. My first order at stampingoutloud was for multiple different items and the quantities were not even close. I ordered 15 of one item and received 3 etc. Correction of this type of error took weeks and cost my company. I ordered several other times thinking this was a one time error but quantity errors, deep scratches on most items, long delivery times, and the worst of all is the poor customer service make this company difficult at best to deal with. The customer service is on par with wal mart. Don't try to return poor quality products, it will cost you more time and effort than it's worth.

EDITED REVIEW: After being a customer for several years and disappointed with the customer service on a continued basis, I was thrilled to find out that a new owner took over. Wendy has been absolutely fantastic. My orders have shipped quickly (used to take weeks, now the turnaround is around a week and sometimes even faster) and any emails get responded to quickly.The quality is perfect and they are without a doubt my favorite charm supplier. Thank you Wendy for doing a great job and for providing such a great resource to other small business owners!

The worst customer service imaginable. And they blame all their problems on another seller. Sorry, but if your customer service is this bad, its no ones fault but your own that your products arent selling. Word of mouth spreads fast in this Industry. Do yourself a favor and get a grip on your business, if its your livelihood give it 110%... not just the 10% everyone has been getting.

Order from this company only if you expect o wait a loonnnggg time to receive your order. Not only did they take more than a month to deliver, but they promised several times that my package was on its way when it was not. VERY dissatisfied overall.

I ordered a few aluminum blanks from them and was happy, so I ordered 25 more. They were dull and grey, as opposed to the original few I ordered which were silver and shiny. I reached out to try to remedy the situation and had a very disgusting email exchange with Dean. He was condescending and mocked me because I expected the same quality of blanks from one order to another. I will NEVER buy from them again.

The worst customer service ever! 1) The owner completely ignores your emails regarding your order. 2) The processing time is awfully long. 3) If you receive defective charms from them, it is your loss. Please stay away from them if possible.

I placed an order with StampingOutLoud and I had to wait about 3 weeks for my order. When you contact the owner Dean, he is unprofessional and rude. He didn't provide me with a tracking number, but "sweared to God" that he definitely shipped it out. Swearing on your religious figures or anyone doesn't comfort me in knowing that my order has been shipped, providing me a tracking number is what should have been done. When I FINALLY received the blanks, the metal was deeply scratched and dirty looking. I had to clean them and try to polish them myself. Only 1 positive thing was that the edges were smooth, but I'll never order from them again.

I placed an order over a month ago, aside from the 'your order is being processed' email i have received zero correspondence. I have emailed them Mulitiple times reqesting a ETA for my order, or any sort of idea of when it will ship - Nothing, no response even when contacting Dean directly. Terrible way to run a business - i'm Totally done and will tell others to stay away

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered Oct. 1 and here it is Oct. 30 and I have not received my order yet. I needed it for an event last weekend. I left a phone message and multiple emails and no response. They have my money and I have no order.

My order took forever to arrive and when very nicely requested an ETA for delivery nearly 2 weeks after ordering, I was treated with incredible rudeness. I'll never do business with them again.
