Does not answer your phone calls. Spoke with the owner. Extremely unprofessional. Talked over me on the phone. Rude, disrespectful, never have dealt with someone like this in awhile. Don't try calling they don't answer and when they do she was awful. Stay Away!

Seller does not answer Phone calls & when shipping the wrong product makes the customer jump through hoops to get a return authorization or Credit Refund. Use a company who really cares about Customer Service!

I sent them an email asking if they had a catted H pipe for a v6. They sent me one response asking if it was for v6 or gt. After I asked them if they read the email, I told them it was for a v6 as stated previously in the email subject. They never answered, so I guess they don't care about their reputation or making a sale. I will spend my time & money somewhere else.

I ordered a part for my hubby's mustang in mid-December. Within a few hours, the company emailed me and said that the part wouldn't be in stock until after Christmas. They said they would ship it as soon as it came back in stock or gave me the option of cancelling my order if I wanted to. I told them to keep the order and asked if they would expedite shipping when it came in. The response said they would.

I got an email when the item came back in stock, which was the exact day the CSR estimated. It came from CA and was shipped via UPS Ground (not expedited) and I was a little bummed about that. They did, however, ship some "extras" along with the part. My hubby was really excited about the mustang keychain and the StangMods decals—he already put them on his car. He was also quite happy with the way the item was packaged and said it is exactly how Ford packs/ships the item.

Overall, I think StangMods.com is a good company. However, I do have to knock off a star because the website was not updated to reflect the stock status of the item, although I was happy I could order the item at the sale price and have it shipped when it came back in stock. I just wish there would have been a note that said something along the lines of "This item will return to stock on XX/XX. Place your order now and we'll ship it when it becomes available." Additionally, they did not expedite shipping like they promised. For the price and ease of communication, however, I will definitely buy from them again and I would recommend others do, too.

I ordered an Airaid Air Intake on a Wednesday. The order was shipped on Thursday and it was received by Friday. I founded it for a lower price and the even honored a 5% coupon. Since then, I ordered a complete exhaust system and the same incredible service was provided. I would definitely continue to buy from these guys.
