Purchased 2016 vehicle from Stan McNabb Chrysler Tullahoma, TN and provided signed contract and deposit to buy contingent upon inspection. Coordinated via email and phone with manager Rich requesting that vehicle and paperwork be ready to go when I arrived. After 200+ mile drive neither paperwork nor vehicle were ready when I arrived. T Jack handle and lug wrench were missing and have not been provided to date. Two sales persons were nice and helpful but the manager is a dud. Based on his treatment I will never do business win Stan McNabb Chrysler again
And do not recommend them. Eric
