Back to school soon, so i ordered few school goods.
They arrived fast, but poorly packaged. The pen box was destroyed.
I mean, i can't even tell if they just sent me a refunded or used products.
I bought a high end router from Staples brought it home and found it was extremely complex to setup and configure so I carefully repacked everything back as I had received it before returning it to the store.
I explained it to one of their electronic sales people and they agreed it was not an easy router and quite daunting for most are overwhelmed with it. No problem, checked inside, provided refund and I bought a different high end router which I have used for almost a year without a problem. Definitely would do business there again and recommend this store with its no hassle returns.
No matter the size of the order or what it is, we have it in Staples for paper & computer needs. I found everything at Staples & buy online & in person. Follow their fliers & get excellent deals.

I had placed the order on staples.com and when I submitted the order, its showed me a final receipt showing total of $5.38 for print out but when they emailed me the receipt, it showed me total of $5.40. I seriously don't think its right for the customers to go through this. Its wrong! I have never seen any other online stores doing a tax estimate. When I called to speak to a representative at *******330, they said they couldn't do anything and it was a female representative. This is why they got three stars less.
