Yes, it is nice to go into a Starbucks from time to time (depends on the store however) -- especially if you have things to do on a laptop or perhaps read a publication, but the price/quality ratio for their coffee is now beyond absurd.
Went at Starbucks in Las Vegas and it was obvious that the staff there was not completely up to date on training. Multiple mistakes made throughout my visit. Actually getting your correct order is becoming rare. Very disappointed and will not be returning to what used to be my favorite coffee shop.
Today I ordered a Dark Roast brewed coffee. And when I got to the bottom of the cup. The quantity of grinds was overwhelming. This quality is quite low for this level of establishment and price point. I am not a frequent customer of SB. However, this is unacceptable at any frequency. It's no wonder the coffee was especially bitter today. I have pictures that I would like to include if allowed.

Starbucks is pretty consistent with their coffee and they always prepare it just the way I like it no matter where I go. It depends at what time of day you are ordering your coffee but for the most part its prepared quickly.
Superb coffee, great staff, great experience! I used to hate coffee, but I'm hooked right now. Thanks to the gods of coffee at Starbucks. They always refund me whenever there is a problem with my order, and I am so thankful for that.
Well even tho there is a big rat problem and the rat is like a teenager size there was also this girl that Brought her robot everyone was nice even the customers well some but no one wears their mask thing is they make coffee to die for so maybe that's why also a guy was just on a poll for no reason

When the Starbucks app didn't send the order correctly, the employee, Sami, was very helpful to us. She helped us solve the problem and made our beverages new. She 's got great customer service, a really friendly person. She also loves her hard work and compassion.
Starbucks coffee shops know everything, what do they have there? So in each cafe very comfortable and cozy interior, all the details are thought out and look harmonious. Large range of different coffees, desserts, pastries. Everything is very tasty and appetizing. There is always a pleasant and cozy atmosphere.
Well for those who love this place more power to you but for me I just can not see paying such expensive prices for a drink. I do go there occasionally for a Chi Tea but only because I was given a gift card. But their employees are extremely friends and know how to treat their customers.
I was seved by a lady called jenny omg how rude no customer service skills at all I touched something on the counter and she spoke 2 me like a piece of s**t but it's ok 4 her 2 touch my cup without washing her hands after scratching her hair very very disappointed won't be going back to this Starbucks again.

Coffee shops also sell fresh pastries such as croissants, cakes, etc. It is also a fairly stable business, people often buy coffee in the morning and go to work or school.
Had the wonderful coffee experience over here, Good quality, Service was polite and efficient even during a busy saturday morning. I also like the chocolatiiiii muffins. I would highly recommend this place for all your needs
I appreciate that you have to hire Millenials with very limited attention spans but somehow the training is not sinking in. A great number of your workers seem to think it's ok to run out of coffee after which they quickly grind and start a new pot. Since they were chatting rather than working they pull a cup before the brew is finished. That's ok for the first customer but subsequently turns the rest of the pot into brown water.
Maybe try an edict that says the Bunn machines are running all the time. Given your cost of beans vs your charge out I suspect you can afford to throw some coffee away.
So I was just told by a Starbucks customer service representative that the very berry hibiscus refreshers are discontinued for good! I'm beyond disgusted! I'm not a coffee drinker and told them what about all the rural areas that don't have access to Starbucks besides their local grocery store!? The only thing I've been drinking for years is the very berry hibiscus refresher a box of 6 packets you could by from the grocery store and make at home! Now they are gone for good They said they have to go based on popularity when drinks come and go then she told me to go order a kiwi drink! Horrible customer service probably wasn't even a real person I was chatting with, and I repeated rural area no access to Starbucks! Unbelievable
I frequent Starbucks #******* 2108 South Clear Creek Rd. Killeen Tx. The young ladies on the early morning shift are soo helpful and energetic! I have had the greatest experiences and have tried beverages that I usually wouldn't due to their suggestions. If you haven't been go and experience Whitney and the crew on South Clear Creek rd. Killeen Texas. Who knows you may even meet me!
Had the worst experience at the Chowchilla, CA Location. They had six employees working. We were the only ones ordering inside and no one at the drive through when we walked in. We waited 20 minutes for a bagel and oatmeal to complete our $40 order. They were busy making on-line orders which were piling up on the table in front of us. Others came in after us and ordered. They all got their food before us. I asked if they had forgotten the two remaining items that we ordered. We waited another 10 minutes and I asked a second time to be told they have three lines and they would call my name when they were ready. You would think they would finish one persons full order before they start someone else's order. The icing on the cake was when I opened my container of blueberries and poured them into my oatmeal I realized they had mold on them. I looked at the packaging and they were expired and rotten. I will never return to this Starbucks. Very rude and incompetent employees.
Purchased a drink without the ice. Was provided half a cup. Spoke to them and asked if they thought it was acceptable and was dismissed… absolutely appalling customer service… I didn't want half a cup of ice..
I would rather spend my money at one of those small local coffee hot spots where the service is both good and the price is fair. Service in Starbucks is generally good, but the bathrooms are quite dirty and in some places there is not enough seating. Overall a good place to go when there are no other options, but if there is nice local joint i am going to go there before I come here

We just went to Starbucks in ATL Concourse C and got awful customer care. The drink I ordered wasn't made correctly and when I let them know they argued that it was. I paid extra for expresso and mocha drizzle which they said they were out of whipped cream too. The only thing that they added for me was the mocha drizzle. They didn't even put the caramel on top plus no whipped cream to put it on. They could have cared less. One lady was screaming at people waiting for their drinks about where to wait. She was very curt! I don't recommend this place.

Went to the ft bliss Starbucks at the PX and I have to say I had the time of my life at this coffee shop the staff was friendly and upbeat. Got my drink out quick and talked to me the whole time I was there almost forgot my drink till they called my name that was how fun and exciting they made it. So I sat down and just watched for about five minutes thinking it was a fluke and they just did that for me. Nope they did it to every customer and even carried a bag around front of the counter to hand to a lady that had a small child with her. Adriana i think was ger name. Great place and I'll be back for sure. Someone should recognize this Starbucks for superior customer service..
Starbucks is the nicest and most solid coffee shop. The interior in every establishment is tasteful, very nice and well thought out. The food is a separate art form. Many kinds of coffee and cakes, muffins, macaroons, a lot of things. I often go there to eat something delicious.
My friend and I went for coffee - she had forgotten her mask; they threw a fit as if Covid just hit. She left immediately because the staff did not have any masks to give her. When I ordered the two coffees, the cashier said that I had to wait in line until they finish serving the drive-through. I was the only one in the store and there were 3 staff behind the counter just lingering; I said why can't one of you give me the order which was just plain black coffee no sugar or cream; the machine and cups are right behind you all and - they all had an attitude and grudgingly gave me the coffee. Arrogant staff with total of lack of ethics and knowledge on how to provide good customer service. I told her first and last time - never again. May be Starbucks has good business, but they could have even better if the attitude of their staff improves - this seems to be the norm from what others have told me.
I have seen in Guatemala, where much of the coffee comes from, tender care and hard work. These people deserve a shout out. The coffee in shop is some of the best quality. The house and staff all over world friendly and clean. Well rounded business.
Coffee is good, but website stinks. I know I entered the correct password, I signed in just yesterday, tried again still failed, so I followed the instructions to change password from my email account, it says password change successful, but site still says "sign in unsuccessful". Same thing happened months ago, now I can't log in again, so frustrating. They should hire the Dunkin Donuts IT team.
