Went at Starbucks in Las Vegas and it was obvious that the staff there was not completely up to date on training. Multiple mistakes made throughout my visit. Actually getting your correct order is becoming rare. Very disappointed and will not be returning to what used to be my favorite coffee shop.
Today I ordered a Dark Roast brewed coffee. And when I got to the bottom of the cup. The quantity of grinds was overwhelming. This quality is quite low for this level of establishment and price point. I am not a frequent customer of SB. However, this is unacceptable at any frequency. Luckily for me I work somewhere better, somewhere that will get places in life because they hire the right employees. Starbucks if you continue to turn down good employees who are willing to work any hours and deal with any schedule changes, you WILL run out of business.
