I placed order for 2 drinks for my kids through the app and waited for more than 20 minutes to receive it. When I asked the store employee, I was told that the app timing is not correct and it'll take more time to get the order.
I followed up twice with the employee at the store to get my drinks, but there was no sign of getting any quick response. I asked to cancel the order and without even trying to speed up my order, they canceled it and not even thought of doing anything to get the drinks quickly.
This is really very upsetting and inappropriate behaviour what your employees are doing to clients like us. I'm going to put a bad review on google as well because my family had to leave without enjoying their favourite drink
I frequent Starbucks #******* 2108 South Clear Creek Rd. Killeen Tx. The young ladies on the early morning shift are soo helpful and energetic! I have had the greatest experiences and have tried beverages that I usually wouldn't due to their suggestions. If you haven't been go and experience Whitney and the crew on South Clear Creek rd. Killeen Texas. Who knows you may even meet me!
What on earth is in the food? I ordered up some egg bites for my German Shepherd who enjoys a culinary treat of garbage & the occasional snack of dead decaying animals with no digestive issues at all. Feed her a couple of Starbucks egg bites & she's throwing her guts up.
Honestly, there coffee is the best in the world. I really cant imagine my morning if I don't drink there. Always fresh coffee with very polite staff. Love it

Have been going there for years and the coffee keeps getting worst and worst. People that have no training whatsoever on how to make a latte or a flat white but charge u for it. It's nasty. Train your people.

Miserable customer service, executive department and website/apps. We have a Starbucks account where our payment method is linked to our account so we may earn stars for rewards. The Starbucks Cafe we go to is in a Market32/Price Chopper grocery store.
Previously, every now and then purchase history shows with the $ amount, but no stars, shows as 0.0 earned. Then this started happening on a frequent basis. Called customer service, most speak English with a very broken accent. Explained the issue. We were told they stars are being added after the fact, even though they do not show in the history of the app & web page portal, the stars are still being added as they can see this on their end and to just "Trust Them". I don't trust them, the site should reflect the added stars/adjustment after the system adjustment in history. Each and every time we call them about the problem, there is an endless computer voice prompts from hell, then you need to jump through hoops to get to a live person, prior you need to enter your gift card #, the pin, then the person on the phone will ask you the same info. Waste of time.

My daughter was ordering for me and her, and we were ordering medium orders of Frappuccino(mocha)and a refreshment, but they ended up giving us a large order of normal Frappuccino(not even mocha) and the refreshment. Pretty awful to kids I guess, since every time I ordered something they never gave something that was wrong.
I know times are hard and restaurants don't fill up drinks and sizes have changed, bur this was really noticeable.
Just ordered a medium latte from London Victoria station branchbof Starbucks.
Got the drink and I could see and feel that the cup was light and it wasn't a medium.
I asked for a small cup, the batista reluctantly gave it to me. I poured the drink from the medium into the small cup abd it fir perfectly... foam and everything.
I called out the barista and server and he said he'd make me a new one, but wow will think twice before ordering at that branch and if Starbucks, even if it is my only option.

I have seen in Guatemala, where much of the coffee comes from, tender care and hard work. These people deserve a shout out. The coffee in shop is some of the best quality. The house and staff all over world friendly and clean. Well rounded business.
Starbucks is the nicest and most solid coffee shop. The interior in every establishment is tasteful, very nice and well thought out. The food is a separate art form. Many kinds of coffee and cakes, muffins, macaroons, a lot of things. I often go there to eat something delicious.

I ordered a caramel macchiato iced tall. This is my favorite drink I always ordered so I know how is supposed to taste. But today it was a big disappointment not only on the coffee but their service and how they handled my feed back after questioning the coffee having too much milk more than usual. Their respond was well next time you should pay to have an extra shot of coffee so it won't taste like milk so much. I was shocked by this decided to toss the coffee and ask for a refund back to my card. This is not the way to talk to a customer, nor they will continue to have my business.
