Extremely bad experience

Had the worst experience at the Chowchilla, CA Location. They had six employees working. We were the only ones ordering inside and no one at the drive through when we walked in. We waited 20 minutes for a bagel and oatmeal to complete our $40 order. They were busy making on-line orders which were piling up on the table in front of us. Others came in after us and ordered. They all got their food before us. I asked if they had forgotten the two remaining items that we ordered. We waited another 10 minutes and I asked a second time to be told they have three lines and they would call my name when they were ready. You would think they would finish one persons full order before they start someone else's order. The icing on the cake was when I opened my container of blueberries and poured them into my oatmeal I realized they had mold on them. I looked at the packaging and they were expired and rotten. I will never return to this Starbucks. Very rude and incompetent employees.

Won't provide a receipt

I went to a Starbucks on New Years Eve with 4 others. They were slammed with business and we waited in line over 20 minutes. When I paid with my credit card I was not given a receipt. It showed up on my credit card bill but I need the receipt for work. Online unable to make me a receipt. Agent was fine, but policy is unacceptable.

Just okay

Today I ordered a Dark Roast brewed coffee. And when I got to the bottom of the cup. The quantity of grinds was overwhelming. This quality is quite low for this level of establishment and price point. I am not a frequent customer of SB. However, this is unacceptable at any frequency. It's no wonder the coffee was especially bitter today. I have pictures that I would like to include if allowed.

Coffee shop nowadays

Nowadays, coffee is very popular and many coffee shops are popping up. Because it is a very profitable business. The mark-up on a cup of coffee can be up to 800%. Coffee shops also sell fresh pastries such as croissants, cakes, etc. It is also a fairly stable business, people often buy coffee in the morning and go to work or school.

Discontinued refreshers!

So I was just told by a Starbucks customer service representative that the very berry hibiscus refreshers are discontinued for good! I'm beyond disgusted! I'm not a coffee drinker and told them what about all the rural areas that don't have access to Starbucks besides their local grocery store!? The only thing I've been drinking for years is the very berry hibiscus refresher a box of 6 packets you could by from the grocery store and make at home! Now they are gone for good They said they have to go based on popularity when drinks come and go then she told me to go order a kiwi drink! Horrible customer service probably wasn't even a real person I was chatting with, and I repeated rural area no access to Starbucks! Unbelievable

This is the review on Starbucks store # ******* University of Central Florida, Orlando, Student union, 2nd floor. The staff in this store are extremely rude treat customer with a discriminatory behavior. You will feel "White racism" and "Black rudeness" by the staff in this location.
Please stay away from this Starbucks store.

I go to Starbucks everyday! I expect the same drink and the way it taste to be the same everyday! The price for these drinks are not cheap! I want my drink strong with flavor, not to taste like water. I don't want to pay $ 5.00 for watered down drink at Starbucks! Sincerely, Refresher lover!

Bad service

This was the worst experience EVER!
I just stopped by to buy my family and I our evening drinks.
- there were 3 associates in the store, none greeted me or even bothered to take my order. I was the only one there standing in line with my 3 kids and my husband at 6:30pm on 12/28/2021.
- finally I asked one of them if they could help me and one of them turned around and said: "sure, shortly"
- after 5 minutes the person took my order. I ordered a Quad espresso with Vanilla sweet cream foam, trenta passion tea lemonade, a trenta peach tea Lemomande and two cake pops.
- 10 minutes go by and I am still waiting on my drinks and pops ( I am still the only customer in the store). The associate informs me that they don't have lemonade. Keep in mind there are boxes full of lemonade right in front of me. Furthermore the associate tells me that they can't make the passion tea beacuse they can't brew anymore tea. I asked her why and she said that they closed at 9pm… it was 6:30pm!
She said that they can't waste tea. I asked her to ask her manager if they could make an exception. The manager didn't even come out, the same associate says "yeah- no we can't".

I shop at Starbucks EVERY DAY, This was a first for me. It was very disappointing to get this type of service.

I am a loyal Starbucks drinker, client and customer. I have been a fan of this coffee for 20 years. I always find myself coming back for the great coffee and great service. Today I was really let down!

I really hope this is address and fixed, people like this should work in places like this!

In January, 2021, I ordered the Egg White Egg Bites, and bit down on two toenails in my food. I immediately contacted the Provo Starbucks, where I bought them, and they apologized and gave me my money back, which was nice, but not enough. I was sick for two days afterward, which makes me wonder what other surprise ingredients were in it, and completely disgusted with Starbucks ever since. I'm really sad. I LOVED the egg white egg bites, and Starbucks has been my go-to cafe for years. After trying to contact Starbucks Corporate to resolve this for the last 11 months, I haven't had any resolution other than a perfunctory soooorrrryyy and a small gift card... for more Starbucks, and no follow up with my case # **************. The toenails in my food felt intentional, and someone needs to at least contact me. After trying to solve this privately, to no avail, I'm letting the public know. This problem needs to be fixed! Be warned. Your food at Starbucks may have more ingredients than you think.

SO the job description says no experience then I apply and call and they're like "try again when you have more experience" So one or the other is lying to me, either the girl or the description is lying. Both can not possibly be true, it's impossible. It'd be like saying you're a human AND a cat, I'd literally know you have some issues. So do you need experience or not? Luckily for me I work somewhere better, somewhere that will get places in life because they hire the right employees. Starbucks if you continue to turn down good employees who are willing to work any hours and deal with any schedule changes, you WILL run out of business. Good luck continuing to hire $#*! bags, turn down all the best employees and see where that'll bring your business.

Wasteful

Starbucks is not only wasteful, but the amount of 15 minute old coffee that is poured down the drain, everyday to insure freshness from every Starbucks cafe and it's affiliates, is an environmental disaster. The amount of caffeine going into our rivers, and oceans is criminal.

I was seved by a lady called jenny omg how rude no customer service skills at all I touched something on the counter and she spoke 2 me like a piece of s**t but it's ok 4 her 2 touch my cup without washing her hands after scratching her hair very very disappointed won't be going back to this Starbucks again.

Visiting Jacksonville, Florida from Germany …. Went to various ones here, but the one on Dunn Avenue stood out to me. Not so much the employees but the manager! He is so friendly and don't mind doing cleaning! Very dedicated to his job. Love going there … got 1 week left here.

Spending on average $150 a week at Starbucks and having supported them throughout lockdown when there were virtually no customers; yesterday l was refused service by the same staff at the Galleria outlet in Melbourne, who know me by name - for the 'crime' of refusing an experimental jab. The most disgraceful, disrespectful and discriminatory conduct by a corporation that has long sold its soul. Boycott ban for life!
