I was buying a hot tea in Riverdale NJ Target Starbucks always. But November 30,2020 I asked the woman, which making tea not to touch the hole of the cover in the glass with her hand, because COVID. She did not listen to me. And she poured the tea to the brim of the glass. I asked for another cover to close the glass myself. But I was uncomfortable, because there was glass to protect workers from covid, and I spilled hot tea on my wrist. I asked this woman to give me a napkin, she did not. I asked to call the manager, she began to quickly wipe the table and glass from tea, only when she finished, she called the manager. All this time I stood without help, without ice. One manager came, she said she would call another. Another manager said they didn't accept complaints in writing. My questions are why they worked with money and never wash hands after it and go straight to make coffee, even now when situation so bad with COVID and another question who will answer for my burned hand?
I go to Starbucks everyday! I expect the same drink and the way it taste to be the same everyday! The price for these drinks are not cheap! I want my drink strong with flavor, not to taste like water. I don't want to pay $ 5.00 for watered down drink at Starbucks! Sincerely, Refresher lover!
I just learned about the starbucks reward program and I cannot believe I have been missing out on this. You get free coffee and lots of discounts throughout the year if you just bother to get a starbucks card with your name on it and it is free. If you go to starbucks more than just a few times a month it is worth it.
The place is nice the staff are nice. Staff are usually pretty quick to server and there's often plenty of space to chosen from. Nice atmosphere too. Only things keeping it on four rather than 5 stars is that it is on the pricey side

The Carmel-Coffee balance doesn't always work out and it's always too sweet, but I can't put it down. The service was great and I wish I could only say thanks to the guy in the windows! I would certainly recommend that you add that crunch to your next Carmel Frappe. It was divine.
My friends gave me a small present as a thermo mug from Starbucks. In the beginning I did use it a couple of times, but then slowelly a start use it more and more and for now I use it everyday. It's very comfortable and it keeps the drink's temperature a long time. For example coffee can be hot for around 30-40 minutes. So I am very happy with this present.

Everybody do not know what tall mean at Starbucks I know small, medium and large. You just don't walk away from a customer, who is trying to pay(I mean I had my money in hand, in mid air giving it to her she just walked away.) Customer service, really you need to be retrained or find another job. I'm coming in to work that early in the morning I don't need that nasty attitude.

I have gone into my neighborhood Starbucks since the day it opened and I still go 3 to 4 times a week. The manager is outstanding and the baristas are so helpful. I am handicapped and they make sure I sit in the handicapped table and take whatever I have ordered to me where I am sitting. My drink is custom and they make it perfect everytime.

If you load it up with money, you can get free soymilk, free flavors, and free coffees for every 15 drinks. Very good deal if you are spending money there anyways. Coffee cake is delicious!

It's my favorite coffee in the world. Every day I pass by the coffee shop Starbucks and I always to go there. I love their coffee and atmosphere in this place. I know all sellers and some of them arewelcome on the streets.
I purchases from them every single day for years, yes they have great drinks but what i did notice is you spend tons of money on their drinks and they charge you for every single extra item you get like an extra shot, extra whip cream, or vanilla etc. I buy 6 shots total on each drink and they give automatically 3 on a venti so i buy extra 3 shots but when you get the drink, they think you won't notice and dont give you the extra 3 shots which you had paid for. I also tip them but didnt notice i was ripped off until i left. I buy 6 shots everyday for years, i think i know what 6 shots look like in a drink. After a while i get so ticked off from being ripped off and this happens in every single store especially when they start getting to know you. Which does not make sense. I keep going back because honestly, im addicted to the caffeine and they know it. Not fair. They should stop ripping people off on their prices and what they order in their drinks

It is a pleasure to get a cup of coffee whether a pound or cup. I am impressed by the charity work that Starbucks does.
