Yes, it is nice to go into a Starbucks from time to time (depends on the store however) -- especially if you have things to do on a laptop or perhaps read a publication, but the price/quality ratio for their coffee is now beyond absurd.

Got some starbucks "peppermint hot cocoa" for Christmas. Even made a cup with milk like the package states. THE WORST CUP OF HOT CHOCOLATE THAT I HAVE EVER TASTED. Thought it might be a bad package, but to my surprise, another pack was just as bad. Threw the hold lot out. Got them as a Christmas gift from local fire house. Sorry, no receipt.

It looks like nobody wanna be there when they looked at you as if you opened the door to ask for a free drink. No diversity was observed in the staff combination as if other ethnicities doesn't know how to make coffee. Recall, coffee was discovered in Ethiopia and I don't believe there is any population in the world who enjoy coffee cerimoniously. Anyways, I couldn't even swallow the green tea late I ordered since the test was not the same as the other one which I used to order for years, but this one with about $5. I reordered plain coffee and decided to comment about this place of the Starbucks with a terrible experience with a disgusting taste of green tea latte machha. The place and the environment make me to stop going to Starbucks coffee shops anymore.

I have been having Starbucks coffee since I was 13 and its absolutely amazing I would give this place 6 stars instead of 5 if I could this place is magical and it makes the best frappuccino ever its a wonderful place to stop in a middle of a difficult day and try one of their frappuccino, the employees who work there are really kind and helpful

I visit Starbucks everyday at a lunchtime to have a tasty coffee break. As for me this is the best place to forget about bad vibes while enjoying your coffee.

Starbucks is REally goo, especially the Iced White Mocha, but it is FIVE DOLLARS. I don't make that much, but I love Starbucks. I think they should lower their prices a bit, but if thats not possible, I guess I can stop my egg bites and sandwich coffee breakfast.

In January, 2021, I ordered the Egg White Egg Bites, and bit down on two toenails in my food. I immediately contacted the Provo Starbucks, where I bought them, and they apologized and gave me my money back, which was nice, but not enough. I was sick for two days afterward, which makes me wonder what other surprise ingredients were in it, and completely disgusted with Starbucks ever since. I'm really sad. I LOVED the egg white egg bites, and Starbucks has been my go-to cafe for years. After trying to contact Starbucks Corporate to resolve this for the last 11 months, I haven't had any resolution other than a perfunctory soooorrrryyy and a small gift card... for more Starbucks, and no follow up with my case # **************. The toenails in my food felt intentional, and someone needs to at least contact me. After trying to solve this privately, to no avail, I'm letting the public know. This problem needs to be fixed! Be warned. Your food at Starbucks may have more ingredients than you think.

The absolute worst starbucks company in the world. Poor customer service and horrible services. I went to 2045 Broadway, New Yor,NY store was closed on 10/10/2023,and Staff was in store behind counter at 9am. I contacted Starbucks and customer service representing stated for your inconvenience. I'll load 12 dollars to your gift card this was a lie. I've proof of the call on my phone with date time etc. I went to purchase some coffee on 10/23/2023 and nothing was loaded called I'm received the run around. This is unacceptable. Stop lying to customers and of course have proof. I don't recommend Starbucks how they treat their customers. This was an absolute embarrassment to not have money loaded which was promised when ordering. STOP THE LIES TO CUSTOMERS. TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED.:: :(( (((((((((((

Deserts aren't always wow but coffee is good so if only their prices were cheaper. Love their new program for giving away food to the soup kitchens and stuff like that.

I am not sure why consumers continue to support Starbucks versus the small local coffee shops. The organization does a very poor job of training their people. One Starbucks gives you one version of your coffee choice, and another will be a completely different experience. My daughter worked for them, and stated that their training is just poor, as they throw new folks into rotation based on the amount of volume experienced... Consistency is probably 50%, which for a food franchise is just horrible... STOP SUPPORTING A BRAND THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEE AND CUSTOMER EXPEREINCE

I don't know what people did with the pumpkin bread, it tasted a little wet, maybe it sat too long. If you are going to have it, at least have it warmed to take away any bacteria.

Here's the skinny (gotta love a coffee joke this early in the morning) on Starbucks.com
I'm a Washington girl, love my iced coffee so sugary that it no longer resembles or tastes like coffee.
We use gold cards at Starbucks but reload them online through starbucks.com The process is super simple and user friendly (that's always a plus when hopped up on a $5.93 coffee). There is one thing that I DON'T like about the card site and that's the hunt and pluck method one must use in order to find the option to transfer from one card on your account to another card on your account (reload my gold card and transfer funds to my midget's green card). Once you find it, it's super easy and takes all of 10 seconds, BUT it takes a few minutes to find it.
The online customer support when you have an issue in store if usually quick and very helpful and understanding. I've had to utalize them a couple of times and each resolution was more than acceptable.
Overall, great customer service, informational website without too many bells and whistles, functional, and quick.

When attempting to login in to my Starbucks account, I received a response that my password was not recognized. I had the option of resetting it which I did three times receiving acknowledgements that the resets were successful. However, when attempting to use one of the reset passwords, I received the same error message. I chatted with a customer service rep with Starbucks who advised me to reset my password. When that did not work, I was advised to change my browser then call customer service. I spoke with customer service who suggested that I reset my password which also failed. The rep indicated that someone would be sending me an e-mail to help me reset my password and that I should save my receipts when making a future Starbucks purchase because that might help. Unfortunately, I can receive as many Starbucks e-mails as they typically send in a week, but cannot respond or make use of any of their offers other than in person using my Starbucks card which was functional about two months ago.

Honestly, the business itself is pretty great but their customer service number sucks. I had an issue at one of the locations where my discover card said declined on their terminal twice. So then I used a second card (us bank) and that one went through just fine. As soon as I left the drive up lane and reached to discover why my card got declined, they said the transaction was already processed both times using that card. I waited for the 3 pending transactions to complete. Once completed I called up Starbucks and told the girl I got charged 3 times for 1 drink, I explained the situation. She was nice and immediately refunded me 1 charge but not the other. She then had me email my situation along with pictures of proof from both receipt and transaction history from my cards. I waited 2 weeks with NO response. I called the customer service line again and got someone who hardly spoke English. I explained my situation (which she NEVER UNDERSTOOD) and kept saying I already had my refund, but only half of it. How does making 3 different transactions and only getting refunded for one my full refund. Then she kept bringing up a different day transaction that wasn't relevant to this specific day or time. She started being rude to me then hung up.

I am a fan of Starbucks and normally would stop there few times a week. My favorite is Chai Lati and I always find fresh marble cake. Customer service are friendly and helpful all the time.

People always say that Starbucks coffee is not the best or whatever. I not only enjoy the coffee they make sure that the customer has the best experience.The loyalty program is pretty cool.

Tip for consumers:
Be nice, If its not to your liking they will be happy to change it.

I don't even know where to start. 1. They treat their employees as disposable garbage and cut every corner they can to avoid paying workers enough/giving them health insurance or 401k (kiosk workers technically work for the store their in, not Starbucks) 2. Customer issues get bounced off of one employee and onto another, they don't ever take responsibility for their mistakes and just send you to call another person after another. (The app isn't run by Starbucks, but for some reason the app help center says to call the stores for issues.) The stores can't do ANYTHING about the app, it's doesn't have anything to do with what they do, and they will tell you to call the people that run the app who can actually take care of your issue (if those people aren't in the mood to talk to customers, they might just send you back to the store number (which, again, they can't do anything.) Just a very poor corporate giant with a poor business model that still remains functioning and thriving as they avoid taking accountability for everything they do.

Miserable customer service, executive department and website/apps. We have a Starbucks account where our payment method is linked to our account so we may earn stars for rewards. The Starbucks Cafe we go to is in a Market32/Price Chopper grocery store.

Previously, every now and then purchase history shows with the $ amount, but no stars, shows as 0.0 earned. Then this started happening on a frequent basis. Called customer service, most speak English with a very broken accent. Explained the issue. We were told they stars are being added after the fact, even though they do not show in the history of the app & web page portal, the stars are still being added as they can see this on their end and to just "Trust Them". I don't trust them, the site should reflect the added stars/adjustment after the system adjustment in history. Each and every time we call them about the problem, there is an endless computer voice prompts from hell, then you need to jump through hoops to get to a live person, prior you need to enter your gift card #, the pin, then the person on the phone will ask you the same info. Waste of time.

Also read plenty about accusations about Starbucks Union Busting Efforts, but denying it all.

Another Woke, Go Broke Company. Bet the Executives are making a huge amount of $$$ even though the are inept. Take a look at how much their company stock has gone down in the past year. They are just as bad as BBB.

Every time we go to Starbucks we ask for triple carmael and we pay for the drink and what we want i it so why DON'T we get it? Because they don't get it! Then they want be smart asses and fill half cup with carmael so they still ain't getting it right! That's a slap in the face putting that much carmael in it! Come on ppl all we asked was triple carmael.it NOT that hard! Then they act like we are the ones who are wrong? We as customers are the bloodline of all and any business we go to but some ppl DON'T get that! Or is it because Starbucks is such a wide successful business that they don't care how many customers they lose because there's always another new person that will drive thru or walk up? ONLY REASON IM GIVING 2 STARS IS FOR THE VANILLA BEAN SCONES THAT I LOVE! AND THEY DO DESERVE A 5 STAR SO MAYBE I SHOULD DO A DIFFERENT REVIEW FOR THEM!
