Sales person misrepresented the cost of service. During the installation, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $1400 or they would have walked out in the middle of the job. After the installation, I met with Todd Truly, the service Manager at the Hurst location, to voice my concerns and request a refund of the $1400. It was conveyed that I should have called him during the installation and there wasn't anything he could do except to talk to the General Manager when he got back into town. Even on their paperwork, it states money back guarantee, which they did not honor. I ended up spending over $17,000 for a brand new furnace, AC, duct work, insulation, etc. I do not recommend this company because once you are in the middle of the project, they will demand more money than what was originally agreed too.
We are part of Stark's monthly membership club. Unfortunately tonight, we started having a very bad sewage back up. When we were unclogging one of our bathroom toilets, the raw sewage started backing up into the shower of the same bathroom and then it started to do the same thing to the other bathroom's bathtub. We ended up calling Stark Services at least 6 times this evening and we still have NOT received a call back. This is completely unacceptable, especially after paying a monthly fee. We need a plumber ASAP as we have RAW SEWAGE backing up into our house. We do not have any working bathrooms in our house and If we would of known that the on call manager would not ever have called us back, we would of made other arrangements.
