Starluckflowers

Starluckflowers took my order for out-of-state flower order #******* and they charged my credit card, but then they notified me that they had to cancel my order because it was an out of state credit card. I have never received a refund. When contacted, they tell me that '"they are working on my refund...".
Business address is hotel room in Great Neck NY.

Be very careful when ordering flowers on line and avoid Starluckflowers.com. They are a scam that has a pretty website and has no intention of sending or delivering your order. They take your money and run. I called them about the order that was placed. They said they don't deliver to that area. Then I asked about a refund and they said it was already processed. No it was not. I filed a complaint with my credit card company to dispute the charge.
