Starofservice is a smoothe professional scam, Lucas: you have insulted my. Intelligence and respect for your sevice. And you do even care. And no one in yourt company follows suite. What an excuse for a service. You probably don't even know what I an so angry with. If i could tell thew internet to stay away from you i would.
Somehow star of service started charging me a subscription in May which I did not agree to. I used the service to increase my internet presence which it did not do. The leads over the last 6 years have been absolutely pathetically terrible and false quite often. They have changed their platform offers so many times that I have given up on what they are doing. I'm now in a situation where I have to pay the subscription for one month to be able to cancel and remove my account. They offered a 50% discount to pay the account off so I can cancel it. When I go to pay it it gives me no option except to pay for the full amount. Their emails to me have been incorrect which could be interpreted as lying. When you go to cancel the service unless everything is absolutely correct according to their records, which could be anything it will deny you the ability to cancel their service. It was a 27 plus page form that has asked for screenshots of my account Etc. This coming from a company that has allowed false companies to operate on their website for more than a year by my observation. I'm very upset that I can't give it less than one star. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy any dealings with star of service. Their name should be changed to Cesspool of service.
A complete scam. I signed up for a "FREE" trail for 10 days, but it wasn't free at all. They take the money off you anyway, and then won't let you cancel in your trial period. This was for premium. Then to make maters worse, once you have premium, you THEN have to pay again for a subscription plan. After loads of emails back and forth, someone eventually agreed to use the £500 I paid to put towards an individual plan, which I had to pay a further £180 for (£680 total), just so I was able to actually contact leads. Just when you think it can't get any worse, the 10 interactions you have each month, automatically get used up within days, to leads coming in that are no where even near your service area. And trying to speak to the customer service team is like going round in circles. I'm absolutely gobsmacked. I'm going to be looking at some way I can get my money back or take some sort of legal action against them as this is just wrong! AVOID! All the other 1 star reviews pretty much say it all.
The fees are huge, charged without giving you any leads, even when client clearly tells you "No".
They steal (they don't even recognise it as an error from their side) real money from your credit card and then make "commercial gestures" (as it was your own error and you owe them for their generosity) by giving you virtual credit available for 30 days only.
Taking into account that qualified leads appear in their system once in a good year (and the next year is still to come for me) - this is pure robbery.
So, in this case be sure to act fast and report the charge to your card issuer otherwise you'll never see your money.
Their support is a parrot type, they don't care about the issue, they don't try to understand the nature or propose a solution, they copy-paste the answer (which is believed by them to be a solution).
And as a cherry on a cake they have system of fake reviews on their website where they recognise reviews of customers to providers as reviews of their service and put this fake rating into the footer: StarOfService.com est évalué 4.4 / 5 par ******* membres.
WARNING THIS IS SCAMMER! They trick companies into annual subscriptions, and there's no going back. Currently all our companies are preparing for a marketing campaign against this company!
The marketing is misleading. They double charge and wont credit. They don't respond timely. The leads are very few and far between. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SERVICE.
I received an email from an old account saying a customer had attempted contact. I had tried to close my free account years ago but I didn't like the idea of my details still been available when I don't do that work any more.
When I saw a free trial was offered I clicked through so I could read the email. There wasn't an email or message from any customer. Withon the hour I was trying to cancel my so called ree trial.
First they ask you to email.
Then they reply with a form to complete_ 10 pages long!
Then you have to tell them you have completed the form.
All the way through you are having to send screen shots, give proof that you are wjonyou say you are and after all that they tell you that they will Assess your case!
I ended up contacting PayPal to put an immediate stop to any payment requests. I am glad I did. Within the day they had put the subscription through.
The free trial is 3 days but the small.print says you must cancel two days before the end of your free trial ie... the same day you take it out! For most people this would slip them by I only took it out to read a fictitious email. The cost of the error is not small. Had PayPal not helped me they would have got over £500 of my hard earned money!
This site is a complete scam and they really should be shut down and done for fraud

As an independent, I was seduce to create a free profile, where you pay only when you interract with a client.
But quickly I realised this company was abusing of our prvate information and were sending sms ans mails few times a day every day.
It was also reminding few times 'please take action or you will lose your profile.
I was not at all convinced by their services and I just let the thing go.
I was annoyed by their non-stop campain to make me have new clients just to ask eme for money.
I never ansered any of the proposals.
On the 25th of october 2022 at 14:58 I receive a mail "we are sorry to see you go, your free suscription is finished. If you change your mind you can come back".
I checked my paypal by hazard for something else, and I've seen there was a payment of 252€ made for Starofservice on the 25th of october at 15:08, only 10 minutes after I received the mail in my spam.
I never clicked on any link to accept any such payment plan. Who would deliberately pay 252€/month for a service that didn't gave any client for a year?
The communication with them is impossible. You are writing to someone, then someone else is answering you (probably a bot), asking to write to another service.
I want to delete my profile but they say it is impossinble because a plan is active.
DO NEVER USE THIS SERVICE! PURE BANDITS!
In New Zealand at least this site is nothing but a scam, other photographers I have talked to agree.

Which translates litterally as "try our Premium offer for free for one week". And then the list of perks goes on. But the price of a Premium was never mentioned!
I've tried. Forgot to unsubscribe before it was expired and guess what - the morning 28 December they charge me 285(!) EURO per 3 month for the Premium!
I've tried to contact them several times - ALL IN VAIN.

Un message pour avertir encore une fois les pros et les clients de ne pas utiliser StarOfService qui utilise des pratiques plus que malsaines, et ce jusquu'à la résiliation.
Des réponses des "clients" trop rares, on parle de fausses annonces.
Ce que j'ai expérimenté, c'est leur système crapuleux de désabonnement.
Un formulaire de 35 questions que l'on reçoit après demande par mail. Sérieusement? 35 questions tournées pour vous faire abandonner, vous tromper dans vos réponses, vous vendre des offres comme un marchand de tapis. (-50%, puis 3 mois offert, puis 1 mois, puis une formation,ETC...)
35 questions! La question 35 n'en est pas une, puisqu'on vous demande de vous aquitter de 15€ de frais de dossier qui auraient été offert à la souscription... Déjà, la souscription ne mentionne pas ces 15€... Puis, si c'est offerrt, c'est OFFERT...
Et quand vous avez payé (parce que 15$, oui des dollars... c'est toujours mieux que 130€), il vous faut encore envoyer un mail pour dire que vous avez bien payé...
Et ce genre d'entreprise existe encore...?
Je rajouterai que j'ai pris un essai à -50% et que j'ai été reconduis sans mail d'avertissement me donnant le choix de continuer ou non.
En plein lancement d'activité, ces 130€ m'ont fait très mal...

Answer: It's a scam. I used this service as a professional, not as a client. In just a week I was charged 150$for clients who supposedly had clicked on my telephone number. I asked customer service about this practice and replied with "If you receive a message from the customer, If the customer consults your phone number to contact you, If you consult the customer's phone number, If you use the platform manually, when the customer has not contacted any professional, we send his number to the professional who sent his quote first. These coordinates are invoiced." Basically, StarOfService will charge the professionals at their will. Beware of this scam!
