Terrible company. My order number is *******. I paid through the Wise card in the App Store. The card was not delivered, and I had to open a dispute through Wise to get my money back. Previously, I had purchased several items that were delivered, but the last time they started requesting a lot of documents that I am not obligated to provide. They are breaking the law, do not buy from them under any circumstances!

I plan to involve several other people to make purchases that will not be delivered and then take the matter to court with my lawyer. I will enjoy seeing them deal with the consequences for causing me even the slightest inconvenience. I will make sure they spend a lot of time and money on this. Additionally, I will file numerous complaints and statements with law enforcement agencies from different people. I will instruct my lawyer to do everything possible to create maximum inconvenience, up to the point of closing the company and imposing huge fines.

Trying to buy PSN UK cards, the first purchase(cheapest card) was smooth, received it under 10min(fast). Deciding they could be "trusted" went for the kill with my real purchase lo and behold money taken via Google pay(mind you) but the bane of my existence atp ID verification. Soundly rejected not once but 4 times. At the very least their refund policy is solid refunded within 20 min at most. Customer service via WhatsApp be giving you the generic answers that tells you nothing(had more comprehensive chats with AIs). The email version was better but still no solution found. All I can say is try at your own risk...at least you'll be refunded (4 times yes I'm hopeless but they DID refund TT_TT)
