I ordered 10 wall plaques, out of which 2 came damaged in mail. I sent them pictures of the damaged pieces. Received a call from Miguel who was very professional and understanding. They sent me the replacements right away without any extra charge to me. In awe of their products, and highly appreciate the customer support that I've received.
Stopping for a fountain for our front yard, decided to go to a statuary specialty store. Saw what we wanted in a catalog. Ordered it. It was delivered in a timely fashion and the delivery company placed it very close to where rupture was going to be. When we were installing it, the item instructions were from WAYFAIR! I looked the fountain up and sure enough…Wayfair has it. $450 LESS. And with free shipping. Not sure if the company sells to Wayfair, but it's rather annoying. The fountain is really nice…color looks a bit off from what we chose, but it's ok.
Bought a garden statue as gift for my sister who lives in another state. The statue arrived on time and exceeded expectations.
I was having difficulty with a discount code on my order. After a quick email to and prompt response from customer service with the answer I was able to take advantage of the Fall sale discount. I really appreciate the free shipping and the 3 Wise Monks are perfect under the Japanese Lace Leaf Maple tree.
We were greeted immediately upon arrival and asked if we needed any help. We told the gentlemen that we were looking for a large water fountain and described what we wanted. He told us to go ahead and look around and that if we did not see anything that we liked that he had books we could look through. He helped us look through the book and pointed out a few possibilities. We ended up purchasing one and he helped up with the check out. He told us how long it would take to receive the fountain and how to take care of it. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely come back.
Placed an order and no one has told me if it has been shipped. I will wait and see a little while longer, due to the circumstances we are all experiencing.
Update: problem was resolved.
Was so pleased to open a well-packed shipping box to find a delightful crouching kitty statue. I haven't seen one like it anywhere else. I'll be shopping here again!
I ordered a set of metal/stone ant sculptures to put in my garden plot. They amuse me every time I see them. I'm totally satisfied with my transaction.
Miguel was great to deal with, The Cat and Fiddle statue looks wonderful in my yard and is solidly made. I am sure I will have many years of pleasure from it.The workmanship is of very high quality.
