I foolishly let a customer service rep convince me to buy into a Stauer "platinum" program. The very first time I tried to use a discount, I was unable to make a purchase. So, I wasted money on THAT privilege. Also, I recently gave a jewelry set that I bought from Stauer to a friend for her birthday. The clasp was broken. It was so embarrassing. Last but not least, every silver item I bought from Stauer almost immediately turns black. Most silver jewelry has to be cleaned periodically, of course; but usually not within the first 10 minutes one owns it.

Stauer aggressively sells Platinum memberships when customers call to order products. At three different times, I repeatedly stated to the agent that I did NOT want a Platinum membership. When I received an email confirmation of my order, a membership was listed and included in the charge to my credit card. This is a dishonest and unethical practice to include memberships in customers' orders without their consent or even when a customer specifically says that they do not want a membership. Unless you check your emailed order confirmation carefully, you might end up paying for something you did not order.

I got the earrings from Stauer which I ordered to my spouse birthday but was really disappointed. One of the earring was defective (gap in the middle of the earring caused it fell apart, Did't expect it from Stauer. I thought its products have good quality control.

I bought the tennis bracelet based on a social media post and am very pleased with it; love the golden pearl 12mm necklace as well. I also bought the layered necklace in gold and was very excited to receive it believing it would look really nice and high quality. However, it's VERY yellow looking and overly shiny which makes it obvious it's not anywhere near real gold. I included pictures of the necklace next to a couple of other real and fashion pieces so you can see what I'm talking about.

Given that you have to pay for shipping and also for return shipping should you want to return it I just decided to keep it but definitely disappointed in the overall look and quality of this for the price.

Purchasing from Stauer was so fast and easy. I loved being able to find such beautiful merchandise so quickly and the quality is amazing. My daughter was surprised with her birthday gift and absolutely loved it! Thank you Stauer.

I have to be honest with you, your prices are good but today I only buy the knives, (my stepson is a collector), and earrings and necklaces with silver. I avoid any jewelry with gold color because my wife had complained, said after a year one of the items I had bought for her, the gold finish turned to like rust color. She ask I not buy her anything with gold color in it. And so I don't.

I ordered jewelry for my girlfriend's birthday and I must say that I really didn't expect to get the jewelry so fast! Quality and design is 10/10! The delivery came early so I had time to prepare. Everything went smooth. Thanks for your great service and quality. She was very happy with the present and she is wearing it every day!

Adequate list of items from which to choose. Easy and seamless navigating the web page. Discounted price which is a nice incentive. This bracelet which I bought for my wife is rather attractive, however, it tends to unfasten on its own while she's wearing it. This poses the possibility of losing it. The fastening feature is too flimsily made and the bracelet has the tendency to fall off her hand, unknowingly.

Bought two wathces from Stauer. Both quit working soon. Took one to a Watch Repair shop. The repairman is a master craftsman who could not get the parts for repair because the watch is Chinese made. The web site looks great, but they sell a cheap product for several times more that it's worth. If you do decide to buy from Stauer, buy the insurance package with your watch. At least, if you do have to return it, at your own expense, they will replace the watch.

The watch is a little confusing. However I have to take some links off. Can you send me a video or instructions on how to do that? Also tried to find tools to remove the links but could not find on your web site.
