I bought a men's ring to replace my wedding ring (matching my wife's). It was glued together and one stones came out (it had been glued in, not set in. We sent it back; they held it until we called to ask about its repair (more than a month), and they told us they would get it in the mail. They did send it back but apparently there was no effort to repair it nor was there an offer to a. Exchange it, or b. Get our money back. Now I have an expensive ring which I will have to try and repair myself, or out a lot of money (pocket change to the rich, but not to me. 0
I bought some jewelery from this company and in less than 6 to 8 months later the stone had started falling out and as u know, their stuff don, t come cheap. I contacted them was told that i could buy some sort of policy and then they would fix them. I live off of disability and can not afford to buy what ever it was. I bought a ring and a pair of earring and now i can. T wear it. I wanted to buy from them again but i, m scared too.
I ordered two pairs of earrings (the sterling silver and the gold-plated ones. They were EXTREMELY small, so much so that I could barely put them on. I have since returned both pairs. The photograph of the items does not show them to scale on the wearer's ears. I was very disappointed.
We purchased our initial watch from this company pre Covid, the we purchased a second watch and it came broken. When I tried to contact the Stauer again she was extremely defensive telling me the product was not broken! Sorry to say it was, and after she said this can't be true it is and was! Then when we fought, her choice to return it as well as ours she was like a grizzly bear, however working from home during Covid. How do I know this? Her little children were in the back round howling with her dogs and she was so $#*!ty to me. If I did that for the major company I work for my $#*! would be trash! I don't blame her!

I have purchased several pieces of gold over jewelry for my wife. The pair of 1/2 ct drop earrings have a too thick too small wire so they are not wearable. I also bought the Aria bracelet 18kt over silver marketed as original price $399.00 ( sure) and the Italian made twist hoops originally $299.00 ( again sure). I guess they forgot to dip them because they look like cheap brass from the dollar store. Don't fall for the lies like we did. JC Penney has better gold over for $10.00. Better yet check out Gorjana on line.
Over the past 15 years, I have purchased several watches from Stauer and they were generally good and always attractive. But I never went beyond men's watches until 2022. This year, I have ventured carefully into jewelry for my wife and a pair of Italian deck shoes for myself. So far, my wife has enjoyed the jewelry and the deck shoes, although expensive, seem to live up to the hype in the catalog. Customer service has always been excellent and, so far, I have no legitimate complaints.

Placed order for my Eagle Eye glasses and received them in 4 to 5 days. Glasses were as advertised. I wear them on bright sunny days and also partly cloudy or thin cloud days that are still bright. Glasses are very comfortable.
My Stauer watch looks expensive, but is made very cheaply. The alligator band is made of plastic and broke within a month. I love the looks of the watch, but I would rather pay more for a decently built watch. Stauer cuts corners at every step. I won't be buying any more products from them. Once bitten twice shy.
I am a platinum member, paid for the privilege. The thing is, they give you a price of their 'sale' item, then stick it to you with ridiculous shipping fees. The margin on the items sold is more than made up for with the add-on fees (30%)! It's the old 'shipping and handling' sham by telling you it's for 'insurance' regardless of the weight of the item.
I have purchased many different rings from this company in the past and just recently. I think that the quality is very good. I haven't had any issues with any of the rings, and people comment on them all the time.
